Company provided excellent customer service and guided us through the process from start to finish. They were able to work with what our insurance paid for and covered, and they worked hard to match the repair to the existing color of my roof. Overall they did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend!

I had Tony's company replace my roof, and take care of some other damages to my home due to a hail storm. He did a great job for me doing an excellent job, but also doing what he agreed. He was timely and at a competitive price. The clean up was done and my home left in good shape. Some time later after some very heavy rains I discovered a small leak at some flashing he had nothing to do with. He came back several times at no cost even though it really wasn't his problem to make sure the issue was fixed. Recently I thought one of the solar powered vents had quit working. I called Tony and he ordered the part for me under warranty even though it was 6 years old. He came to install it but it was working fine. He said it could have been a few cloudy days before I was checking it and hadn't recharged. He checked back with me several times to makes sure all was right.

I had a service business for over 50 years and maintained an honest reputation with my customers and know how important that is to a business. Now being retired I always look for a business that is operated the way I did. Not only doing good work but having integrity. Tony has shown me he does what he says and is concerned with his customers.

Excellent customer service from Tony and his team in replacing our driveway. The end result is beautiful - better than we expected. The Team was professional and the entire job from start to finish took 3 days. We would definitely recommend Roofing & Remodeling of Dallas and will use them again when another project arises.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH STEVE TRIM AS HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN HE CAME OVER TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE HAIL DAMAGE OF MY ROOF, AND PROPERTY . HE FOLLOWED UP DURING, AND AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED WITH THE OWNER(TOY), WHO WAS ON THE JOB SITE WHILE THE WORK WAS BEING DONE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH THE ROOF, FENCE & WINDOWS. i EVEN RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL OF MY NEIGHBORS.

After the major hail storm last year, we needed a new roof and several other items fixed. This company did a great job! They did the job when they said they would and even cleaned up everything afterwards. They even helped us negotiate everything with our insurance company. I would highly recommend them!!!

These guys are great! Had a fantastic experience with Tony and his crews. In and out in a day with one beautiful roof to show. The attention to detail was great and he made working with the insurance company a breeze. Really glad we found a quality company that really cares.
