My wife and I are very happy with our experience with Jim Olivier Roofing and Home Improvement. They replaced our roof and were very customer oriented and did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Professional and courteous administrative personnel and workers. They took care to protect our property and answered all questions. We liked them enough to add a window replacement to what was originally just roof and gutters. We definitely will use them again and felt very secure with our decision.

After Hurricanes Delta and Laura, I began the journey of getting roofing estimates and securing a reputable contractor. Of all the contractors who inspected my roof, Roofing Louisiana’s representative gave the most thorough inspection. Doug Palombo was the only person who inspected my roof for exterior damage as well as my attic for internal damage. Not only that, but Doug also gave the most excellent, user friendly presentation regarding the damages with my roof and how Roofing Louisiana would replace it. Doug visited my home during a time when the pandemic was at its peak. I truly appreciated the respectful care that he demonstrated to my family and I by wearing a mask and even shoe covers when he entered our home. Cindy Prejean has been a great asset in the communications with my insurance company. She is a phenomenal negotiator who truly defends the best interests of Roofing Louisiana’s clients. The customer service at Jim Olivier’s Roofing Louisiana is outstanding!

Roofing Louisiana doesn’t cheapen the quality of their work to compete with anyone. The high quality shingles and roofing techniques produce a roof that is durable and aesthetically pleasing. Doug even discussed colors of shingles with me that would be most suitable for my home. The Roofing Louisiana crew and production managers worked as a well oiled machine on my roof and rain gutters. They are truly a team! Every manager who spoke with me exhibited genuine care and professionalism. The one and a half day process was quite a production that captured the attention of my neighbors. After seeing the excellent work ethic of the managers and crew, one of my neighbors expressed interest in becoming a client. Everyone worked with excellence and treated my home and yard with great care. Supplies were delivered on schedule, and the project began on time both days. Not a minute was wasted. My yard was left equally as clean as it was before the project began. I know that Roofing Louisiana is the best company for my roofing needs, and I am glad to be on this journey with them. I chose Roofing Louisiana to quote the replacement of my roof damaged by hurricane Delta due to their reputation and their Platinum status with Owens Corning. The salesman, Doug Palombo, was thorough, courteous, and honest. We discussed the work that needed to be done and the products that would be used. I signed the contract knowing that I was likely paying more than I would with other roofing contractors, but I felt I was getting good value for a 30 year investment.

I had a couple of interactions with the production manager, Shad Lantier, about ridge/soffit vents to maximize attic ventilation. He was open to my concerns and ultimately the number of ridge vents were installed as I desired. On the day of the install the carpenter made sure that the vents were installed as we had discussed.

I had numerous contacts with Cindy Prejean working through the insurance claim. She was very patient with me and always seemed to be going the extra mile to get as much reimbursement for me as possible.

The roof tear off, install and clean up literally took 1/2 day. The entire crew was very professional and after inspecting the work I am confident they did a first class job. I have to give special credit to the clean up. I have found only a few roofing nails and a few pieces of old felt paper on my patio cover and in my flower beds. I think that is very impressive.

All in all I could not be more pleased with my new roof. With Cindy's diligence the insurance company paid close to 50% of the cost and the new roof is top notch.

They went above and beyond to help us navigate our insurance benefits. The installation was flawless and took only one day. Exceptional professional service. Very pleased.

From office to installers, all were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Crew showed up when promised. Did an excellent job. Worked non stop. Had supervisor on site the whole time. Yard was cleared of all debris when the job was done.

We utilized Jim Oliver's for minor roofing repair after hurricane Laura. The company was quick, responsive, and the repair looks great. The company was professional and we had a great experience!

Came out for an estimate when they said they would and on time. Work wasn't scheduled for two weeks but it took exactly one week for a crew to get out and repair my roof. Crew was clean and very professional. 10 for 10 would recommend and use them again.

They conducted the free estimate the very same day that we initially called. After all decisions were made, they scheduled the roofing around our schedule. The crew that did the project showed up on time, with high-quality products and they conducted themselves very professionally, doing an outstanding job. If you want a professional, quality roof, this your place. I recently had some storm damage. Called Jim Olivier's and they were quick to come to my house to assess. They did all the communication with the insurance company from start to finish. When done, the job was done in LESS THAN one day. When I had to go by the office to finish some paperwork the owner came out and personally thanked me for my business.

The workers stayed and got the job done in 2 days. They arrived early and worked all day, got most of my roof done the first day. Then when the finished the job, they picked up their tools and any trash that they had and cleaned it all up. I am very appreciative of that. Needed some minor roof repairs and they did the job exactly like I wanted. Outstanding cleanup after the job as well. Best part was that the estimator didn't spend an hour trying to bully me in to changing my entire roof.

January 2017: Used them twice for a roof repair. When we purchased our home, they came and did a repair. 2 years later we had a leak. They said it wasn't repaired right. Had it been repaired correctly, would we have had another leak? Regardless, they were professional and we are satisfied with them. Mrs Anna followed up with a call to make sure everything went good and we were satisfied!
