I am very satisfied with the service I received from The Roofing Guys. Their field rep, Raul, was professional from the first roof inspection, through the claim process and material selection, all the way to completion of my new roof. Unlike reps from some other companies, he did not even hint at trying to deceive my insurance company to get my claim approved. Straightforward and forthright. I definitely recommend this company when you need a new roof.

Roofing guys went above and beyond to assist me in my roofing needs. Monica was very helpful from start to finish and was always available to talk me through options and best practices. This was a first for me navigating the insurance claim process and decisions surrounding full or partial replacement. I couldn’t have done this alone. I truly felt like I was being supported by a friend. The entire project was done in one day and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I called Mr. Layne the sales agent, but he was much more than that. I did not know I had roof damage until he actually went on the roof. I am so appreciative of him. He was courteous, friendly and professional. A great assess to the company.

Mr. Layne Sims was very helpful and facilitated the coordination of all efforts in our total roof replacement. He answered questions promptly and assisted with all insurance and inspection efforts. The work crew was very professional and prompt even with the hot day temperatures!! They did a good job with clean up and we’re very happy with our new roof!!

It took them 5 days to come to tarp - and we had already tarped most of the roof. Then charged $1600 for that. 57 days later, they finally came and did the roof. That went well. 4 months later we received the bill and it is double the standard roof price because it was a storm. the roof is nice, but the price is ridiculous. My house is 2400 SQ ft under roof and no high pitch. Not a $20K roof. Maybe under normal circumstances they're reasonable, but not after a storm. Will never recommend them.

Shannon drop by one day and offered to put a new roof. I was skeptical. Shannon organized the Insurance Company which initially wanted to patch the roof. Shannon knowing the process did a thermal nuclear test and proved that patch work could not be done because of the cascading affect of lifting one shingle to patch the other and that shingle would crack. The Insurance agreed and replaced the complete roof. Shannon made it happen. If the Roofing Guys drop by let them do their best and you will probably have a new roof. Great Guys

I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and honesty that I received from this company. My suggestion, unless you absolutely have no other choice, go with someone else. After attempting to hire Roofing Guys to repair our roof after the 2020 hurricanes, we were unable to receive a quote or a call back from them after our initial conversation, so we ended up having to hire someone else to repair our roof.
I arrived home one day to my roof being tarped. I never received an invoice for this work. I later started receiving personal text messages from an individual with this company harassing me for not using them, criticizing the new company that we had hired, and stating that they wanted their money for the tarping job that they apparently did, but had never invoiced us for, called us back with a quote for, or had us sign an agreement for. An invoice was finally emailed to us 4 months later stating that we owed $3900 for a partially tarped roof of a 1400 square foot house.

We recently experienced damage due to a storm and we decided to go with Roofing Guys for the repairs. They did an amazing job on everything we needed repaired! Not only did they have our roof looking amazing (even better than before), they were even able to get our back patio and fence fixed!! They really are a one stop shop! Thanks so much Roofing Guys!
