ROOFING EXPERT DIVISION provided service repair to our concrete tile roof. Benjamin Duenez was responsive, by providing service within 24 hours of the estimate. RED was on time, courteous and left the work site very clean. We highly recommend his company for roofing services.

3 years ago I moved to LC. After a storm I found a leak in my patio ceiling. 3 roofers, 2 stucco guys and a general contractor later I found a recommendation for Ben on a neighborhood website. My leak is GONE. He is thorough, methodical and he explains everything he is doing. He tests each step he makes and he tests his repair when he is finished. His prices are very reasonable. I cannot give a high enough rating to the quality and timeliness of his work. Give him a call. You won't be disappointed.

Benji communicated well on what he was going to do and his pricing was very reasonable also! We also made an appointment for a specific day and he showed up sooner and got to work because he knew we were in for some rain! Highly recommend!

Benji has recently completed two projects on our property in an exemplary manner.
First, he designed and built a dry retention basin. This will greatly reduce the heavy storm runoff that previously ran thru our backyard. The basin is both functional and attractive with Benji's suggested use of cobblestones.
Secondly, he came over after hours to help us after our septic system backed up. Having recently moved into our home, we had only a vague idea where our septic tank was located. Using a metal detector, Benji found the metal handles to the tank lids. He then dug out the compacted dirt covering the tank. This enabled us to call a company to service our septic system.
Benji is extremely hard working, courteous, customer oriented and effective at a variety of work. I highly recommend him and look forward to his help on future projects.
