Had the best experience with RRSA.
I had trouble finding a company to do some minor repairs of my siding where a couple of planks dislocated and were getting worse with every storm, so I was happy to find a company that does small jobs too as every company that I reached before wanted to do the whole house.
Communication was very efficient, I only had to send some pictures, the repair guys did the job in minutes I didn’t even have to be at home. The price was very reasonable.
Definitely recommend.

Our whole experience with RRSA has been great! I would highly recommend them. We had trouble with our insurnace approving the claim after a major hail storm and RRSA was our advocate the whole time. They fought for us and got the claim approved. The team completed the repairs so quick and did an excellent job of cleaning up after each day. The outcome looks wonderful and we are very pleased. We will use them in the future if we ever need them again!

In addition, and this makes him worth his weight in gold (literally), Eric worked directly with our insurance company (Liberty Mutual) to submit the paperwork to claim back all that we were eligible for in addition to what we initially received. This provided me with peace of mind on so many levels, knowing that the repairs were done well, our property was respected, and all the paperwork was taken care of. When additional work was needed, he was also able to recommend first class contractors with a similiarly stella work ethic. If you like your neighbors do not use this company. They parked the job site trailer in front of my house. Not the one they were working on. I didn't say anything because I like my neighbors. they carried everything through my yard. I let that go. I got home from taking my grandaughter to school and found they had a pile of stuff off their house in my front yard. I told them to get it off my grass. they started to load it in the trailer so i went into my office. i looked out and the guy was on top of the pile jumping up and down it trying to smash it to fit better in the trailer on my grass. I called them up and he said I called them to late. It was my fault. I said I shouldn't have to tell a company to respect peoples property. He said its a public street and they can park where ever they want. Then he hung up on me. I retired from construction management after 30 years. This no way to run a company and deal with people. I have seen this before. Just lack of good management and common sence.

Amanda was professional and courteous. Her knowledge and expertise made repairing my hail damaged home easy peasy. I was clueless with the insurance claim "speak" and she handled everything, giving step by step direction. She was patient when repeating what she had already told me. I highly recommend her for your roofing and restoration needs!

Amanda was helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The roofers and facia and gutter workers where great. My only concern was no one spoke English so it was very hard to communicate with but very hard workers. Again Amanda was the best!

I used this company several years ago and was happy with the service and work.

Over the past week, they've been harassing me with multiple phone calls every day from what I can imagine is a farmed out offshore call center that they shared my contact information with, trying to chase the hail storm that came through the area.

I'd expect that from an out of town company coming to the area chasing storms, but not a local one.

Brandon was professional, friendly, honest, and competent. It is difficult to find people you can trust and rely upon. Brandon's job performance has encouraged me to use RRSA for my future roofing needs.

Excellent service and work. Eric and his team walked us through every step of the process to get our new roof. They also helped us through the process of doing the claim with our homeowner's insurance to get everything covered as well. A+. Would use again and will recommend to everyone I know.

Amanda was fantastic, she took me though the insurance process from beginning to end. All I did was hand her my insurance paperwork and pick a color. Exactly what she told me to do.

I can’t say enough about how amazing RRSA and every worker we came into contact with was. From Eric coming out to talk about our options, then Camden and Andy managing the project, walking the perimeter multiple times an hour to make sure there weren’t issues and to see that the work was progressing, to all of the laborers that spent 12+ hours on our roof and finished in one day.
The work they ALL did AND the clean up showed their incredible skill and pride in what they do.

Had more than a GREAT experience with this company! Amanda came out and assessed the roof and wrote an estimate. A week later, the roof was delivered and put on the following day. New roof, gutters, siding, and shutters! Absolutely love it! Couldn’t be more happier with the work!

I don't want to bash a local company, but I'd be remiss if I didn't share our experience. What started out great with RSSA communicating well on our behalf to the insurance company quickly took a turn for the worst. After getting the initial estimate we started looking to see if our siding was available for patch work or if it needed total replacement. The contractor "forgot" to collect the siding sample to send off to the lab and so we were delayed almost a week in sending off our sample while we waited for them to come back and collect it. Once that was taken care of, we stopped getting any communication from our contractor for two weeks. It turns out there had been a medical emergency, but no one in the office cared to let us know or pick up the slack while they were out. Once our contractor was back to work, we attempted to sign a contract to replace the siding, they were adamant on doing a new roof (our insurance and realtor disagreed). We asked not once, not twice, but three times before we were given a contract to sign that did not include roof work. This involved the contractor asking to come to our home to review the contract in person. We obliged in hopes of getting it done ASAP as we were now two months from our original consultation. I left work and returned home during my lunch break to meet with the contractor at our agreed upon time. 30 minutes after our scheduled time had passed, I attempted to call and then text with no answer. They called back at the one hour mark to say that they were lost in our neighborhood. Keep in mind this was going to be the 4th time they'd been to our house in the last two months. They showed up an hour after that, two hours past our time, with their dog in the car fresh from the groomers. Stumbling around our driveway and hardly able to string together a sentence, it was obvious that they were drunk or on some sort of drugs (bad enough thay neighbors came out to watch. Supervisior later confirmed she was high on Xanax).The
y tried yet again to get us to sign a contract for the roof to which we declined and asked to sign a digital copy without the roof. They then informed us that the cost would be more than originally though as they wanted to account for extra siding to ensure there was enough. Fast forward another month to installation day. They tell us that they were short a piece and would have to order more. We show up to take the listing pictures for our house to find that HALF OF THE BACK of the house is missing siding. Call RSSA and they would not own up to the incorrect measurement, denied that they were at fault, and said they'd be ordering more at our expense. This whole process from consultation to completion took four months and due to their lack of communication, inability to measure, and general incompetence, we were delayed in the sale of our home. I would highly NOT recommend this company.

Judge for yourself! On Saturday I notified Mr. Wylie @RRSA St. Louis, that I observed soffit water damage and requested that he have the situation investigated and a correction proposed. Since it was a week end, I expected a response on the following Monday at best. But not so, because shortly thereafter he replied, from “Colorado”, that Adolfo could be at my place the following day, Sunday, or on Monday; my choice. On Monday Mr. Adolfo Ramirez, carefully inspected the damage as well as the roofing system, on and about the Chimney-Cricket, and the masonry chimney itself. He deftly, correctly, and convincingly concluded that defected, chimney tuckpointing and masonry, was the source of water infiltration. After confirming that RRSA offered the needed repairs, I inquired as to when could they do it. He took out his smartphone, looked at the weather forecast, and said, “How about tomorrow? It is supposed to rain on Wednesday and snow on Thursday”. And yes, the work was done yesterday, Tuesday, as promised. The site was left spotless, and the cost was actually considerably less that I expected to pay. Mr. Wylie is clearly customer focused and personally insures that promises made, are promises kept.

Eric and the crew at R&RSA did a great job from start to finish! Starting with being very responsive in estimating and throughout the job. They completed full roof and gutter installation on schedule and budget, including three new skylights. A five-star review!

This place was great to deal with! Had a leak in my roof. I called and they told me that someone would be there before the end of the day and in fact they did. A polite, professional young man by the name of Brandon showed up and and was so thorough in his effort to find the leak that I was confident he would. He located the leak in the attic, took some pictures, then showed me the issue. After confirming I wanted it fixed, he left to get a part he needed and then returned within an hour like he said. He fixed the issue at a cost that I would deem more than reasonable. He even checked back with me the next time it rained to see if the issue was corrected and assured me that if it wasn't, he would return and make it right. No reason to return- problem solved. Definitely would recommend this roofing company.

Heavy downpours resulted in water coming in to our utility area on a Tuesday night. Called RRSA on Wednesday morning and Eric came over that day. He diagnosed the problem as an issue with the seal on our vent; he also noticed a hole in one shingle of our roof. He was thorough in checking the decking from our attic access to make sure that water hadn't come in anywhere else and that the decking was sound. RRSA resealed the stack pipe and fixed the hole in the shingle using our own material, so the cost was very low. Pleasant to deal with; the only issue we had was a longer-than-expected wait to reseal the vent (since it wasn't a pressing need) because of their high volume of work.

Unfortunately I had to give one star. The roofing and gutter job was completed and looks fine. But it’s been two weeks since the roof job and I have been without air conditioning ever since I had the roof replaced. And, I am out $1350.00 in addition to the cost of the roof. Apparently a roofing nail punctured the Freon line from my heat pump outside, and I bit of insulation entered the line and messed up a valve. All the Freon drained out when the puncture happened. Yes, I know it’s hidden from view, and that it was not punctured intentionally. But the fact remains that the a/c worked before the roof work, and was damaged and not working after. This is a national company, they like to point out, I’m sure they have insurance, so how about a little help here? Customer service after the job? Still picking up nails around the house. Maybe when you see where the Freon lines enter under the roof, be more aware. Maybe it’ll save someone else getting the “too bad, not my responsibility” brand of customer service.

Brandon did a great job replacing our vinyl shutters and gutter downspout. Our house looks great and the gutter now drains like it should. We highly recommend RRSA!

I recently had new gutters and leaf gutter guards installed on my home. When I first made contact with RRSA in Eureka, I spoke with Eric. He was very quick to respond to my request for suggestions on replacing my gutters and a leaf guard system to help with the many trees I have around my home. Haha all these fake reviews rrsa partners with company I use to work for they brought in a bunch of Hispanics that don't speak English they ended up doing my grand parents house a year later celing falls in and I had to be the one to fix it properly

I so appreciated the quick response to schedule an estimate and take on a relatively small project. Eric and Brandon explained exactly what needed to be done to prevent future water damage. The price was very reasonable, the job was completed swiftly and it looks great! I will definitely use RRSA again and highly recommend them! They actually showed up, which was a great start compared to the several companies who did not even call me back! I had a small siding project I needed to have done, so he worked with me on having the roof checked out to be able to package the work together. Jarrett was on the ball and kept me update the whole time. He worked directly with the insurance adjuster and it was a very smooth process. I have a new roof and my siding is fixed for less than I thought the siding alone would cost! They left everything very clean and I would recommend them.
