Eureka Contracting and Roofing

I have used Eureka Contracting & Roofing for both my personal home and have also recommend them to several neighbors and real estate clients. They have always done an outstanding job with whatever the need might be. I highly recommend them for all your roof and siding needs!

This is a great company to do business with, very courteous, detail oriented and timely. I will definitely be using them in the future. I wish all the companies that I have dealt with in the past were like this...the others may have been bigger but definitely not better. Give these guys a try, you wont be disapointed!

Follow up to response below: Thank you for the reply. We understand all the above. It was more that no one was communicating. No one told us you could not view the document, we would have resent this.The project manager ghosted us when we followed up a month later. Then when we expressed concern rather than talking through options we just got an email you guys were stepping away without connecting with us around any of the above. This google review is the most information we have gotten from someone. We understand the time line and honestly waiting for the next appointment would have made sense for us vs starting over but we were not asked or given that option. Again it was handled very unprofessionally and still were being blamed vs ownership on your alls end for poor communication! We would have appreciated a phone call to discuss the concerns at any point.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience all around. Initially the project Manager was very unprofessional. Refused to provide us with estimates, bad talking the insurance assessor and other jobs he had done. After not hearing back for 3 weeks and multiple attempts to contact. We followed up with the owner who informed us he would take care of it. A week later we reached back out as we awaited an answer and they informed us via email we needed to find another company due to not having manpower for the work, something we assume they knew all along. We had to start from scratch after already waiting over a month for just an estimate to move forward with fixing our house from a fallen tree. We have had another company come out who reported this job was very manageable (fixing deck posts, some down spouts and other minor storm damage) We hope this review helps them improve these concerns moving forward.

In a time of great uncertainty with the recent tornados that have effected our area, and with many in dire need of their assistance, Eureka Contracting and Roofing, delivered, installed, removed debris, and repaired the yard form the ruts made by the roll off dumpster.

As a local insurance agent I depend on reputable companies that can help my clients after a storm, I have given multiple companies a try to be fair to the small business owners in our community. I come back to Eureka Roofing and Contracting every time because they consistently keep their high ethical approach to every job. Stacey answers the phone or calls back right away even when they are slammed after the storm. A lot of roofing companies you are going to talk to someone driving around trying to keep notes on everything and it’s very unorganized but this company is very organized and the owner is one of a kind, he truly cares about his business and every client they care for. Thank you for being there for my clients and our greater community.

*Poor communication - Did not greet me at initial inspection, did not make follow up calls or confirm appointments
*Made promises they didn't keep - told me they would do patch job to prevent leaks during claims process, never did.
*No follow through - Their professional opinion was that I should file a claim. When it was all but denied without them having to jump through hoops with insurance company (like proving my shingles were brittle) they said they would start the work and help me get more of the repairs covered.
No one came, no one called. When I finally reached out, they said they would only do work if I paid out of pocket after initially saying they would do what it takes to work with my insurance company. Basically, no easy payout so they didn't want to deal with it. And we're left to deal with repercussions of having filed a homeowners claim and still have a leaky roof.

I have been using Eureka Contracting for years. They are very dependable and do great work. I had a small concern issue on a recent project and Eureka Contracting had someone come out the same day to fix the situation. I would definitely use them again for my next roofing and gutter project.

were very professional and could be reached by phone any time
we needed them. They would either pick up the call or call us
right back and had an answer for us or find out the answer
and get right back to us. Which is difficult to find a company today that will do that. John Sendobry the Project Manager
was simply outstanding. Mike Ziegler the Operations/Production Manager did all he could do to help and Stacy Huggins the bookkeeper and office manager was always quick
to help and get things done. Just a First Class operation all the
way around. If I have other work that needs to be done, I would
hope they would be available and willing to help me.

These guys did a great job on my new roof. I highly recommend them! I’m not a roof person but they helped me to understand what I needed!

As is typical these days, working with this company didn't go well. A small detached garage roof needed new shingles and gutters. A SIDING crew showed up at 7am and began unloading equipment. After attempting to communicate with the Spanish-speaking foreman, he made a call and it was clear they were not at the right home. They loaded up and left. Eventually 2 roofers showed up and began working. No English-speaking workers made it hard to communicate once again. Supplies showed up that we didn't order such as rubber membrane tar paper instead of felt. When I spotted the rubber paper I asked about it but was told it was "paper". Shingles followed rubber paper application and clean up was done. On to the gutter job.... Picked a color, was told they couldn't get it. More delay. Alternate color was picked and the job was to be done the next week. Rain overnight but a sunny morning on the day of planned installation kept the gutter guys from showing up. Tired of waiting, we cancelled the gutter project. The owner was supposed to call us but didn't so I called him. We opted to have our house roof done by another roofing company.

Eureka Contracting and Roofing just completed a silicone coating of my 20 year old EPDM roof. Bottom line -- we could not be more satisfied customers.

From the beginning of the project, the people involved have been professional, supremely competent and easy to work with. The owner, Rick, and project manager, Steve, are both highly experienced construction guys who really know their craft. They answered every question expertly and had excellent advice for all aspects of the project, including the critical and resource intensive issue of whether the roof should be replaced or refurbished. Also very easy/straightforward to work with. Clearly they seek to provide an outstanding project at a fair price. The office manager Stacy took care of much of the business side; very competent and a pleasure to work with. Chris and the guys who actually installed the roof were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, never made a mess, and generally took good care of the structure for the roughly 10 days they were on it. Chris answered every question and ran the project in a highly professional manner. The whole team was friendly and a pleasure to have around.

The roof turned out incredibly well. They used first rate products and took obvious care in creating a meticulous and very attractive installation. The details of the work are exceptional. There were also a couple of issues -- from the original roof design -- involving flashings and expansion joints. They figured out and implemented solutions that will put a permanent end to those issues. We now have a much better roof than we had the day the house was built.

In terms of value, given the quality of materials and workmanship, the value proposition was excellent.

Overall, I recommend Eureka Contracting and Roofing without reservation and with enthusiasm. Outstanding performance.

Had my roof replaced about 10 or 12 years ago. It came with a lifetime warranty. Recently after the strong winds that we had a few days ago my roof lost about a dozen or so shingles. I called and spoke to Rick (super nice guy). I told him what happened the following morning and that same day he had someone come out to repair the damage ! I was not expecting that fast service.
Thank you Rick and your team for taking care of my problem. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you have a roof problem I highly recommend these guys !

From start to finish, Eureka Contracting and Roofing was professional on all counts. The communication between Rick and our insurance company was outstanding-he made things so easy-and was HONEST. The night the materials were delivered, we were expecting rain, and Rick came out around 8 PM to cover all the material with tarp. Based on a few experiences we have had with contractors lately, it is hard to find good service. Everything occurred as promised, there were no surprises, and this is definitely a company I would recommend to do business with. Rick came out to the site often, the roofers cleaned up each night.

William and Chris did a great job recently installing a metal roof at our home. Under extreme hot weather, they removed our old roof and installed the new one within the agreed upon time frame. In addition, each day they left our home picked up with no materials laying around. Our new roof looks great. I highly recommend Ric and his company for your contracting needs.

Very nice customer service when the guy came out to give me an estimate and each time I called back with questions he wasn't rushing me off the phone. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs ❣️

***A Great Company*** I have a water stain on my upstairs ceiling and called Eureka Contracting. Rick from Eureka Contracting came out at a convenient time and was very professional. He took one look and immediately was able to diagnose the issue. The stain was caused by a bad gasket around one of the vent pipes on my roof. Rick climbed on the roof to make sure his diagnosis was correct then placed a new gasket. He was quick and efficient. Then he did something unexpected. He didn't charge me anything. What a breath of fresh air to find a contracting company that is more interested in you as a person instead of just seeing dollar signs. In a world full of people trying to bilk you for money it is wonderful to meet a company that you can trust! Due to this experience I believe I can fully trust Eureka Contracting to not sell me unnecessary services. They will be receiving all my business within their scope of services.

We wanted a professional company that provides you with quality work. Eureka Contracting did just that. We had our roof done with them and they did an excellent job. 5 stars.
