A special shout-out to Rich A., who was an absolute rockstar in dealing with our insurance company. When the insurance adjusters were dragging their feet and making the process more difficult than necessary, Rich stepped in as our advocate, ensuring that we received the coverage we deserved. His expertise and persistence made all the difference, and we couldn’t have done it without him.

Additionally, Sherry M. was phenomenal in handling our account. Her communication was impeccable—always keeping us updated, answering all of our questions, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Her customer service skills and work ethic are truly top-notch!

The work itself was flawless. Our new roof and siding look absolutely stunning, and the craftsmanship is second to none. The crew was efficient, professional, and left our property spotless when the job was done.

I contacted Perfect Pitch Roofing in late 2024 for a roof inspection. A salesperson came out, walked the roof, and told me there wasn’t enough storm damage to justify an insurance claim. Fast forward to spring 2025—I reached out to the same salesperson via text, was left on read, and eventually called. We had a great conversation and I expected a follow-up… but I was completely ghosted.

What makes this more disappointing is that this company did my parents’ roof, and everything turned out great—they were happy with the work. The salesperson knew this and still didn’t follow through with me.

I ended up calling another roofing company, who came out the very next day. They found enough damage to get my entire roof replaced, including gutters, downspouts, and fascia. Perfect Pitch essentially walked away from a $17K job without so much as a call back. What a joke.

I worked in roofing for years. This is not how you do business. I’ll continue sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions.

Very satisfied with Perfect Pitch Roofing! My house started out green and ended in this beautiful blue I wanted! The company went above and beyond the meet my needs. This included finding the exact color siding I wanted, making sure my plants did not get damaged during the removal/application process, ordering bigger light fixture boxes that I requested, taking the time to explain the process and the differences between supplier brands, etc. The project was completed in a very timely manner. 10/10 would use them again!

Perrfect Pitch did a great job on my house after the hail dammage. They recomended companies to do our windows and garage door as well . They took care of every thing . I highly recomend them.

I had a leak around the window and was having a hard time to get someone look into it. They were very responsive when I contacted them and fixed it in a very short time. I would highly recommend them.

Perfect Pitch installed our new roof and gutters and coordinated our garage door replacement. Dom, Shawn, and Sherry were wonderful to work with! We had great communication and the work was top notch! Would highly recommend them.

Where to start, everyone we met or just talked to was always helpful and kind.
Sherry did a great job letting us know when the work was getting ready to begin and kept us updated at all times. Which was so nice to be kept in the loop.
Then you have Rich that made sure all the workers were always doing their best work and answered any questions we asked. Of course all the workers were amazing. The roofers got our whole house and detached garage done in 1 day. They worked their behinds off. We really appreciated that. They also kept everything cleaned up and did very good picking up the nails.

I'm here to avenge a wrong doing. I did not review this company earlier. I do not know why my name is on here with a 1 star rating. This is truly a 5 star company. I had Shawn come over to look at my house because I was having drainage issue on the back side of my house. The house had a small gutter and one loooong run to the downspout. He replaced with a bigger gutter and spout and a leaf guard. Works perfect ever since. You bet I would recommend them. I hand out their card all the time.

Shawn, Tyler and Rich were professional from the start. They stayed in contact with us through the whole process. Rich explained and assisted with the claim through Tamko. He and Shawn were out through the install of our beautiful new roof. Shawn assisted with the gutter install. We highly recommend Perfect Pitch for your roofing needs and appreciate their seeing the job well-done from start to finish.

Coming from the customer service industry, technician updates/timeframes comes a long way from the office. Otherwise the prompt response and service was top notch! Thank you again!

Perfect Pitch replaced the ancient gutters on our two story 100 year old brick home this past summer. They were very efficient in providing material information and performing the difficult job. They also were reasonable with their pricing.

Perfect Pitch was Perfect for our gutter and downspout replacement.

Awesome company!!! They have an awesome set up and good guys that work for them, and these guys did a fantastic job!

We had our old white gutters replaced with larger black ones. Communication was great and it gave our house a fresh new look!

UPDATE: I was surprised when Perfect Pitch contacted me regarding any additional damage with all the storms this spring (2025). I did have some flashing blow off in the high winds and some siding that came loose. They came out, inspected what needed to be fixed and were back within two weeks to repair everything. I'm glad to be one of their customers.

Perfect Pitch did a great job replacing some Master Shield panels and installed new ones where needed. They were fast, thorough and professional. I would use them again in a minute.
