The RRSA team was great throughout this entire process!!!
This was a roof replacement/insurance claim via hail damage.
RRSA was extremely thorough in their inspection, and the quality of the inspection report itself was better than any I'd seen before. I had aquaintances who work in similar fields review it and they were impressed, maybe even jealous of how detailed it was. Many pictures with detailed explanations, and professionally put together overall.
This part should probably be in a different review of my insurance, but the first insurance adjuster must have had his eyes closed on my roof, as he was essentially denying the claim. Again, RRSA came through and helped me get the insurance company to send a new adjuster. As thorough as the report and the pictures were, and lets not forget the actual damage to the roof, I still have no idea how the adjuster could possibly try to deny that claim.
Regardless, a new adjuster was dispatched, and in the end all was covered by the insurance. RRSA made visits anytime an adjuster was over, and had stopped by on multiple occasions to personally keep me updated on everything.
There were a couple of different RRSA reps involved from start to finish, which at first I was a bit concerned with, but I understand that they are working in many different areas, and things come up for people personally, but in the end they made that seamless as well. Anyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly, and any time they did have to change leads, they were always very upfront to explain and introduce them to eliminate any confusion and make sure I was aware of the situation.
As far as the craftsmanship, they were very clean, organized, and quick! One full day for removal and replacement on both garage and house. They kept debris to a minimum throughout the install - considering it's changing a roof after all - and had everything cleaned up very nicely when all said and done. I am also very happy with the product line they used. They actually went above and beyond with some of the features of the install, vs how the previous roof was installed, and how many new roofs I've seen installed are finished. Can't thank their crew lead enough!
They were also svery helpful even after the work was done. Because this was an insurance claim over a certain amount, the mortgage company needed to be involved and add an additional layer of red tape to verify everything, which i don't think they (the bank) even really knew how to handle properly. That process was more complicated than it needed to be, especially since the work was already done, and everyone was alread paid, through the insurance company no less. Anyway, RRSA was again helpful in getting me all of the proper paperwork to get everything finalized all the way around.
I would highly reccomend RRSA for any roofing needs. They really go after it and are extremely helpful during the entire claim process.

Like others I was initially skeptical of their "free roof inspection" offer. After working through the process with Matt and the rest of his team I was absolutely impressed.
We went through multiple rounds of inspection and negotiation with the insurance company. The entire RRSA team was there to help us through every step of the process.
The installation process was almost flawless. When a couple of minor issues did come up RRSA was right there to make sure that everything was handled promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

Matt, our main contact, was friendly, responsive, and patiently walked-thru all the details from damage to material delivery to new roof. The installation took 2-days and the crew was professional, courteous and thorough. RRSA exceeded my expectations!

We used RRSA to replace our roof that had hail damage. They thoroughly inspected the damage, helped us connect with our insurance company, promptly returned any calls or emails that we placed, kept all the time deadlines they promised, and did incredible work. We couldn't be happier.

Crew was very professional, arrived early, completed the entire job in one day, cleaned up around the house. Inspected the roofing job two times after the installation. Very satisfied with the new roof.

I was fortunate to have found Jared Dowd of RRSA who first did my home roof inspection, then worked with my homeowner's insurance adjustor on my insurance claim and finally had the crew tear off the entire roof of damaged shingles and get a new roof installed. Super professional, courteous, great follow-up, gave explanations in plain English and followed up to make sure the insurance adjustors were happy and my claim paid in full. An all around a great experience. So much so that I recommended RRSA and Jared to my x-wife for her home's roof (she loved them too) and to my law firm office administrator who used RRSA to re-do the roof on our late 1800's law firm office building. All around great!!!

Very profession, always on time. Great to work with. Appreciate the fact that they work with the insurance company to fulfill their requirements to pay the claim.
