They have five stars for a reason. Hannah and Corby are awesome to work with. They go above and beyond and are so helpful. They also have a beautiful showroom where you can see and feel the materials prior to purchasing. I highly recommend.

Super friendly and very knowledgeable. They will not just sell you materials but also help you plan and make good choices.

First, let me begin with; I agree with the numerous outstanding reviews seen here as this is a strong, dedicated and knowledgeable group of team players who strive for absolute customer satisfaction. BUT or YET, I have a question I have been curious about and I know those who see this will have the same question so I hereby request a detailed response from the person who hasn't just "heard" but has taken a "part in" and personally knows the honest response. I'm not looking for a public relations answer, WE are looking for the simple truth, nothing fancy! Your time is most appreciated

What becomes of the "leftover" materials which Drexel Building Supply volunteers/offers to personally pick-up from a customer?
Are these materials;
- Donated? To a..?
* 2nd hand, " You donate We resell " program
* For Profit organization
* Not for Profit organization
* "Give back" to the community group/church/organization
OR
- brought back to Drexel Building Supply and resold as "extras"/
"remnants"

We were referred to Drexel by Smith Builders who was building our home. Everyone there was very helpful and responsive. Tim was a great help on picking out doors and handles. John Van Beek spent many hours with me picking out all the cabinets and countertop. Even when we had a small glitch with the island he was able to redo an it to help us use the cabinets we had already ordered. Would gladly work with them again.

From small orders of galvanized hardware, to stacks of boards, I have been greeted with attentive and helpful staff from the office to the yard. These folks truly want your business and it shows. Willing to pay slightly extra for their higher quality lumber and service. Always my first stop for lumber. A good business to support.

Awesome experience. Great to work with, when I asked if I can return my leftovers to brookfield, the Nick volunteered to come and pick up the product at my house, for free!! talk about a great experience!!

Thanks to the employee that made a special trip in on a Saturday to get me the correct boards. Also had great service today with the counter person and also the yard man who was patient with me to get the right boards for my deck project.

We live in fond du lac and it was worth the drive excellent customer service from the office to the people that work in the yard and help cut lumber. The lumber was Superior to what I could have gotten at a big-box store I needed cedar for a table top. Will make the drive again

Building a new home can be very stressful, to say the least. A couple years back I was going to remodel my kitchen and Jodi was helping on designing the kitchen. Then we decided to build a new house instead. I never lost Jodi's number because she was so great and had awesome ideas. This year we started to build. Of course I contacted Jodi to help with my cabinets and countertops. I met with her at the Campbellsport location (love their showroom) and we came up with a design and cabinet. Then I started looking at flooring and tile - in comes Julie. OMG I thought Jodi was so awesome - Julie was just as awesome. She helped with the flooring and even more helpful with the tile! Her shower design, picking out tile and hooking us up with installers - I just can't say enough about how great she is! She went above and beyond what I could ever hope for. I would recommend Drexel to anyone - great products and even more, great people to work with. Jodi and Julie thanks so much for your great ideas and service - you two are awesome!
