My husband Don and I contracted with Doug Adams to repair the roof and ventilation in the house that we own in Fond du Lac, WI. We rejected the other bid because Doug was very responsive and transparent to our requests for information on what he would do and the timeline in which he would do it.

His workmen accomplished the job when they promised and were very courteous with our tenants. He stood behind his work and sought the best solutions. Doug is a very communicative and honest man.

Needed a new roof for my home, and the owners at True North (Dan and Doug) went above and beyond my expectations. Working with Dan was great; he was thoroughly detailed on the questions I asked, provided his insights, and even told me to do my due diligence and seek out other companies to get an understanding of costs and products. I've never had someone be so transparent in that process.

Doug was on site during the services his crew provided, and periodically checked in on us, cleaned up any time there was debris that fell right away, and gave a thorough walk round with magnets making sure all metal was picked up.

Dan returned the next day to give a final walk through and even ran his magnets through our yard. He even took the time to interact with my little girl when my wife and I took a brief work call.

Oh yeah, and our roof looks amazing!!

Dan and the team replaced my roof last year. Communication was second to none. Knew when he was going to be there and when he wasn't. In the trades, to get someone to call you back is half the battle. Never a question with Dan. Craftsmanship was excellent; extra work that was necessary was communicated ahead of time along with price. Felt like I always knew where I stood throughout the project. Roof looks great, price was competitive. I'd recommend True North to anyone that needs a home project done.
