Its pretty rare for me to write a review with a perfect score. I generally think I'm pretty high maintenance when it comes to grading service. The search for the right provider was quite frustrating, by contrast it was clear very early on that Jared's company was going to be the right fit. The professionalism and the quality that went in to the inspection and assessment alone before we chose our provider was impressive. So much so that I would have expected Roofing masters to be the highest bid. They ended up being the lowest bid. I also share office space with a general contractor that only does full home construction. He gave me a litany of questions to ask before committing to the repair and Jared's responses were all the right responses.
When it came time to do the job, all of the preparation was done promptly and without inconvenience to us. Their workers were punctual and extremely hard working. Other than a short lunch break I rarely saw anyone take a break. They were clearly all about getting the job done promptly and efficiently. In total, the job was completed in about a day and a half for our 4,000 sqft home. There was some slight damage to our gutters during the installation which they proactively brought to our attention and they scheduled immediate replacement by a 3rd party which was done the day after the job was completed. I was so impressed with the end result, we had his crew back a week later to have the roof of our barn (1800 sqft) replaced to match the new hunter green shingle roof we had put on the main log cabin.
We're now looking to have additional work done by closet masters. I can't stress enough how well this job was executed and the degree of care shown throughout the process. If you're in need of a new roof, these are the guys to call.
