Avoid Roofing America like the plague. Their crew dumped tons of empty water bottles, food wrappers, and roofing trash INCLUDING COUNTLESS SHARP TACKS all over our front and back yard.
Extremely disappointed with this company. The first time I engaged this company... it took the family several months to schedule and then several months to come out to see the job.
I can't imagine how shoddy their actual work is if they leave this bad of an impression on neighbors of their customers.
I'd be cautious in using this company if you value communication and customer service.
Their silence speaks volumes.

Avoid Roofing America like the plague. Their crew dumped tons of empty water bottles, food wrappers, and roofing trash INCLUDING COUNTLESS SHARP TACKS all over our front and back yard. We collected a big Lowe’s bucket full to the brim of their trash. We even gave them a chance to come pick it all up, but they never did. They were working on the neighbor’s roof. I can’t imagine how shoddy their actual work is if they leave this bad of an impression on neighbors of their customers. We called several times and left messages but they never even picked up. Roofing America, your silence speaks volumes!

Extremely disappointed with this company. The first time I engaged this company in August of last year, it took the family several months to schedule and then several months to come out to see the job. Here we are on round two and I'm trying to give them additional business due to a specialty product they carry and still can't get calls returned or any customer service. The worst part is my latest round of calling is in response to them cancelling an appointment with us two months ago. I'd be cautious in using this company if you value communication and customer service.
