UPDATE: Owner called after seeing review and apologized for the inconvenience and for not reaching out because his phone was not working from the weekend till today which is Wednesday. He wanted to reschedule but after refreshing his memory on what I needed him to do, it was discovered that he may not be a good fit to do the work because of multiple trades needed.

I appreciate him calling to try to make things right so I switch from 1 star to 3 star

Very unprofessional. No show no call twice. I texted, then call to see if they were on the way after the appointment time has passed significantly and I get an excuse of “I was on the jet ski and my phone got wet. I can’t come out today.” But they were able to answer my call and they could have reached me on a computer via Facebook where we originally made contact. How you do the small things is a reflection of how you do the big things. If I can’t trust you to have good communication who knows what would happen if I had them work on my house.

When I take off from work to meet someone for an appointment that was confirmed I expect them to respect my time just like they would want me to respect theirs.

Asked Marshal to fix a poorly done patch on my wall and to remove a screen that was installed in front of my garage door. He did not complete either project let alone was the progress he made satisfactory. There’s also a significant personality flaw that you would have to experience to understand

WE HAD SOME ISSUES WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. , HE CAME OUT GAVE US GOOD SOUND ADVICE FOUND OUR MAIN PROBLEM AND WITH OUR PEST CONTROL TECH.
IT WAS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Very unreliable. Really should be 0 stars, but there isn't an option for that. He spoke to me on the phone at length about his work and the job he would do etc. He made an appointment to do our estimate and texted to confirm the appointment. Never showed up nor responded when I texted to find out when he would be there. We waited a half hour w no reply to the text, no apologies, excuses, NOTHING

The team did a very good job coming behind our 1st contractor and fixing some issues with our ceiling compound and drywall. Painted our walls that are still panels and not drywall. Wanted the cabinets varnished, but because the previous person sanded them too deeply, they had to end up painting them. There were a ton of cabinet doors that needed years of oil and build up removed before they would be painted. The team took their time to prep the doors and cabinets and diligently painted the entire kitchen and reapplied all of the latches and doors accordingly. This was not a simple job, it was a simple request, but Marshall took time to explain at each step the appropriate expectations, limitations and things we needed to pivot on to ensure that we were given the best look without any additional cost. Thank you to him and the team for their patience, follow up, attention to detail and being a man of honor. Most of all, I didn't have to chase them down about when they would be there to start or complete the job. They went above and beyond. We will absolutely recommend them and use them again.

I called Mr. Davis about a leak in the ceiling of my laundry room that someone else had attempted to fix, and he came the next day to assess what was going on. Within 15 minutes, he found the issue. Mr. Davis not only fixed the area that was leaking on the roof, he also was proactive and fixed two other areas that may have eventually caused a leak. Inside, he repaired the laundry room ceiling, blew the popcorn ceiling, and cleaned up the work area! Mr. Davis and his assistant were very personable and professional, and I really appreciate their thoroughness.
