I was very pleased with the work done, with the price, and with the communication from the owner. I had had the same roof replaced by a different company several years before, and was NOT happy. Roofer Rx did a MUCH better job for a far better price. When I had a couple of questions xome up, RooferRx was right on it!!!

Roofer Rx has been my trusted roofer for around 15 years. They've always been honest and friendly with inspections and recommended repairs, and quick in replying to questions. Most recently had a chimney cricket installed on the roof. The installation to include new shingles in the area is seamless... like it had always been there. Thank you!

Excellent company that stands behind what they install. They installed a new roof for me in 2020, and in Jan '25 we sold our house and the "inspector" found some minor "possible" issues; so I contacted Roofer Rx. They responded immediately and not only came out and resolved the minor issues the next business day, but also gave me a letter stating that my roof was in great shape and will last 30 years. I would do business with them again and again.

When this company operation out of Long Island New York, they replaced my roof with a 20 year warranty. Within the warranty period roof had problems that I had to pay for out-of-pocket for a total cost $1500. The reason I had to pay out-of-pocket is that this company sold its business to another local roofer on Long Island who was supposedly taking over the warranties. This transfer was communicated to me by the owner of Roofer RX over the phone when I tracked him down in TM. The roofer on Long Island that he referred me to knew nothing about transferred warranties and almost ran me off his property when I approached him about this.Roofer Rx operated as a fly-by-night operation by not honoring their warranty on my property on Long Island. Buyer beware.

After calling several roofing contractors no one wanted to do a repair. Roofer Rx showed up, explained the process, and did the repair the next day for a fair price. They gave me the job I wanted and did not try and sell me a roof I didn’t need like 3 Stones roofing.

I called Roofer RX when we thought we had a leak in our roof. Photos and videos led them to think the same and they rearranged their Friday to stop by our house after their day’s work and tarp us up for the weekend until we could actually get to work on it on Monday. When they arrived they found it was not our roof but our hvac drain. At this point they could have just left me, but they took the time to route my hvac drain out of my house, jerry-rigging it up for me out of the kindness of their hearts. Thanks so much for the amazing customer service and I will be calling again when I actually need a roof!

Jimmy worked really well with our insurance to identify wind damage and have our roof replaced. The roof looks great and the crew did a fantastic clean up job, especially on the nails. We have or found one in our yard from the hundreds they pulled out over a year ago.

Jimmy also came out a year after the install to repair a piece of piping fitting that came down in a wind storm at no charge.

He’s earned a customer for life.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We contacted this company for a complete roof installation/ replacement on our 2700 sq/ft home. They came and gave an estimate of services, we agreed to contract them, and things went downhill from there. They were unresponsive, not returning phone calls or emails for days at a time. THEY RESCHEDULED OUR SERVICES 5 TIMES! They claimed it was due to weather, but we had beautiful sunny days, when we asked why we were being RESCHEDULED AGAIN they replied that they had not finished other jobs. Clearly our home was not a priority for them. They brought the materials and sat them in our driveway....and they are STILL sitting in our driveway and our roof replacement has not been done. My husband contacted them to express how unhappy we are so far with services, and they told him WE SHOULD CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY. They have completely wasted our time, and did not care about our business.

RooferRx came to me through a recommendation from Jordan (See previous reviews!). Lorraine was extremely easy to communicate with, responding to ~30+ emails in a timely and patient manner...and Jimmy and Todd (and larger team!) inspected, reviewed, met with adjusters, and completed the work super quickly! My roof looks great and is better protected for the future.

Roofer RX replaced our gutters/downspouts and did a great job. They matched the color perfectly, was on time and professional. When they left you didn't even know they had been there, except for the new gutters and downspouts. Definitely recommend and will use them again

No one looks forward to replacing their roof, but the Roofer Rx guys made it as close to painless as possible. We used them for several significant jobs on an historic property in Downtown Franklin.

Initially, they were brought on to assess and repair storm damage to the main house on the property, but we were so pleased with quality of their work and how quickly and efficiently they got it done, that they were hired to perform a total roof replacement, including repairing a flat roof on the main house, which had been leaking significantly.

We then contracted them for a complete overhaul of the roof on the outbuilding on the property, which was leaking profusely and required some structural renovation, as well as installation of an entirely new rubber membrane flat roof.

They completed their work last year, and it only occurred to me yesterday, during heavy winds and a torrential downpour, that I haven't noticed a single problem with the roof on either building. Sometimes the best indicator of a job well done is that you forget about the problems you had before you called the people who fixed them.

Their communication was excellent, the quality of work is as good as I've ever seen, and they stayed on-time and on-budget on every project.

We've recommended Jimmy and his crew to a number of people, (including family) and will continue to.

After the Nashville tornado's hit, RooferRX was great and very responsive.They came out and had my roof patched. I specifically asked if they would inspect the entire roof for other damage. I was sad to see a huge leak around the chimney raining into my home ...down the walls and on my floor but realized that oversights happen. I called them for an appointment and I guess a miscommunication on the girl who answered the phones part, but no one showed at the time I was given (I even had guests and they stayed around the home waiting for the roofer). No one showed. So I called and left a voicemail. I got a call back about how she misunderstood (left on voicemail) ...when I called to reschedule, no answer.... no answer....no answer- Oh, and no returned call after numerous voicemails. THREE days later... no call back or answer. I'm not sure why I wouldn't be helped but a leak in a roof is serious and was disappointed with the lack of response. I'm sure the roofers are great but the admin is unhelpful.

We've had the pleasure of working with Jimmy and the folks at Roofer RX twice, and they have been nothing but prompt, courteous, and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Jimmy and the folks at Roofer Rx were great to work with. For a better price than their competitors, I received prompt, quality service in a tumultuous time (this was right after the tornadoes hit Nashville, and right when Covid broke out).

Great communication at the beginning. Their guys arrived on time, inspected my job from the ground, (didn't have a ladder) told me he'd get back to me with a price and a procedure as to how to cure my problem. Never heard from them again even after I called. How do you do business like this? If for whatever reason you don't want to do the job or just don't know how then just say so. Don't keep me hanging for days. Not a class act.

RooferRx came to my rescue after having water leak through my can lights, flooding my kitchen. Jimmy, the owner, came out the day before Thanksgiving, to take a look and diagnosis the problem. He then came back on THANKSGIVING to tarp my roof so no further damage would occur while we were out of town. He worked wonderfully with my insurance and was able to provide insight and expertise in all areas of repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining my replacement options!
