I had a great experience from the beginning to the end with this company. Top notch at customer service, the job was seemless everything they said they would do they did couldn't ask anymore from a company recommend this company if you need a roof.We have already spoken about future projects.

We used to be a subcontractor for Tier 1 Roofing. This company Tier 1 Roofing has a bad record with us and never paid in full for the job that we did for them a while back. Taylor Black, the manager of Tier 1 Roofing contacted us in rude manner not introducing herself, not naming the company. She demanded a special contractor discount as well as for our installers to come out as soon as possible to fix gutters that her company damaged. I explained that we did not offer any contractor discounts and as a matter of fact the job had to be prepaid by them as this is the only way we work with roofers. I guess Taylor didn't know that we had Tier 1 Roofing company on our phone address book as - Do not Do jobs. Never again we want to do jobs for a company that doesn't pay subcontractors. Proof available upon request. I will make sure to leave a negative review to Tier 1 Roofing for not paying subcontractors, not introducing themselves, being rude and demanding.

I'm am very unhappy because after hurricane Michael tier one roofing put a need roof on my house and never called for inspection I'm having leaking problems. I have made numerous phones calls however I never get an answer and no return call EVER!! I paid allot of money for my roof and I expected it to be right,but NO it's not!!!

Most likely out of business. If they are still in business then they are really having a problem. They put a roof on my home in March 2018. it began to leak 2 weeks ago so I called for a repair. Left 10+ messages and never got a return call. I then called the PM that worked on my roof and he said he no longer works at the company but he did give me a cell phone for the owner. No answer on the cell phone and the next few times I called it goes straight to VM. I called the shingle manufacturer because it is under warranty but they say I have to use the original contractor or hire someone out of pocket to determine if it was a installation of manufacturer defect. This is why the industry has a bad reputation.

Had Tier 1 Roofing replace my roof due to hail damage. Everything went smoothly thanks in large part to Luther (initial contact and handled all the paperwork) and Crimson (site foreman). Work was done professionally, competently, and they left the place immaculate. I am very happy with the results. Overall an impressive operation!

Tier 1 was fantastic to work with my new roof. I have a two-story home and they had no problem getting done what I needed done.

Not only are they less than the competition, they came out job done quicker than anyone else even considered. Would highly recommend Tier 1!

Tier 1 Roofing performed a re-roof on my house after a hail storm. The work was EXCELLANT. Luther, the Project Coordinator, over saw the work. He provided all information as to when the work would start and be completed. It was! He also assisted in dealing with the insurance company and ensure transfer of funds and payment. NO SURPRISES,

All went well in dealing with Tier 1. Now why was the home owners association such a pain requiring the HOA approval to just REPAIR my roof - same style same color and lot plan. What did they think I was going to build a new house under the repaired roof?

Tier 1 roofing provided excellent customer service and delivered a quality new roof for my home. Luther was instrumental in the process and made sure the workers were on time and the project was completed to my satisfaction. The workers were neat and cleaned up after themselves during the construction. I highly recommend Tier 1 Roofing.

Was very happy from initial meeting with estimator to final inspection. Professional conduct all through the process. Work was done on time as promised, clean up was super, and most important, job was done right the first time.

I used Tier 1 to repair and replace my roof damaged during hurricane IRMA, I had a slightly complicated job but the owner took the bull by the horns, at the end of the job he went above and beyond. A new roof was the biggest investment I've made to my home to date and I trusted Tier 1 to get the job done and they did. Thank you Brent at Tier 1 for making sure I was a happy customer..

Luther from tier 1 and the whole crew did an outstanding job. They came to the house a few days ahead of time, said the dumpster was coming on Monday and they would start the work on Tuesday. It did and they did. Guys came in like a swarm of bees and had the whole house done in 2 days. Picked up all their debris and residue and were friendly and helpful. Took care of all their paperwork and super efficient. Wpouldnt use anyone else in Palm Coast.

Hired Tier 1 Construction to replace roof of my home. They did an excellent job in record time. Their employees were friendly and communicative throughout the process. Quality materials, quality workmanship, quality customer service.
