Roof-Wise

Manny came through and replaced all 5 of our plumbing vent boot flashings before a big rain storm. Probably saved me thousands in roof leaks. Highly recommend.

We had a leaking roof due to a really brutal rain storm. I am a new mom, and discovered a wet bubble on our ceiling during the middle of the night feeding of our baby.

I logged onto Angi and found several contractors that repaired roofs. I described all the information, and hit submit, then put the baby back to sleep. I washed the bottle. Not 3 minutes later, at 2:45am, my phone dings. It was Manny who was texting me about the leak and said he could come first thing in the morning. I told him I had to drop my kid off at his grandparents, but if 9:30 could work we would love him to come. He and another man showed up and did the work! They replaced the flashing on both vents and made sure to include extra silicone to create a perfect seal. He even changed the angle of one of the flashings to better drain with one of the valley’s of the roof. We asked if he would be willing to clean up the gutters while he was up there and they were cleaned quickly with no mess left around the house. Grateful to Manny for his responsiveness and quality work. He took the time to show us what had happened and educated us about what to do next. We will definitely be using him again for our roofing needs.

I had a fantastic experience with Roof-Wise roofing company. I had called several other roofing companies and because it was a holiday weekend, nobody was available. We needed a roof inspection and had an upcoming deadline so I called and spoke to Emmanuel. Immediately, he made me feel at ease and even offered to do the inspection at no cost. He went out that same day and sent me detailed pictures of our roof as well as followed up with a phone call to explain everything in detail. We can’t say enough good things about our experience, highly recommend!
