I had Roof Warrior come out to quote me on tearing out old shingles and re-doing my parent's roof. They showed up within 24 hours for a free quote and advised us that we would only need shingles because the roof was in good condition. Materials were ordered and arrived on time, they were installed when they said they would be, and the finished product was excellent. What we found here that stood out (and is often missing in the construction industry) was their impeccable customer service, communication, and genuine sense that they cared about the project. The owner and every employee I met were always polite and friendly while being responsive to any questions or concerns. Roof Warrior was on budget and on time. That's always appreciated and not often delivered; but the customer service elevated this company above any of the others.
