We had a great experience with Roof Troopers from start to finish. Despite clear hail and wind damage, our insurance company (Allstate) initially only approved a repair of 100 shingles—not a full roof replacement. Jose and his team didn’t give up. They consistently followed up, challenged the decision, and after three months of persistence, we finally got full approval for a complete roof replacement.

Thanks to Roof Troopers, we upgraded from old 3-tab shingles to a 50-year architectural roof, and they even got our gutters covered. I recently had my roof replaced and couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, Roof Troopers demonstrated professionalism and efficiency and were very prompt in responding to my inquiries. Jose always communicated clearly and often. The crew arrived on time and completed the project within the promised timeframe. His brother Celvin likewise made sure the crew was respectful of my property by covering areas like my patio and hvac from falling debris, and ensured they cleaned up at the end of the job.

One aspect that truly stood out was how seamlessly the company handled the insurance process. They even used a drone to provide detailed pictures of the damage, which made the insurance process much smoother. Jose coordinated with the claims adjuster who worked directly with my insurance company, providing all the necessary documentation and updates. Their expertise ensured that I received the full coverage I was entitled to, which avoided significant out-of-pocket expenses.

Great job on the roof Jose, Celvin and the team did an excellent job. They worked with the insurance company and made it almost hands free on my part. The team arrived on time and completed the work faster than I expected. They were onsite and able to answer any questions and concerns that we had. Afterwards they ensured the area was cleaned and removed all debris. They also informed me of any issues that we didn’t know about and allowed us to make the decision on how to proceed. We discovered a leak in our roof and contacted Roof Troopers immediately. Roof Troopers went above and beyond with us, they worked with our insurance company to limit our out-of-pocket costs for a whole new roof. Apart from their professionalism, Roof Troopers is hands down one of the most responsive contractor that I have ever dealt with. They kept me informed of the process at all times. They cleaned up and made sure that there were not any nails in our grass. The roof job was done an hour before the kids were even out of school! I will clearly call them for any future rehab projects in my house.

Roof Troopers did an exceptional job from start to finish. My wife and I initially met Jose to discuss replacing our 20-year old roof. His professionalism and thoroughness during our initial meeting, assured us that we’d be hiring him. We met with multiple roof contractors, but Jose stood out. Jose meticulously guided us through the process, even assisting with coordinating our homeowner’s insurance, which greatly reduced our stress levels!

After reaching an agreement, a date was promptly set. Celvin took charge, managing everything from the roof inspection via drone (my roof is exceptionally high), to material delivery and the actual replacement process. Celvin and his team did an outstanding job cleaning up, making sure to cover the entire area around the house to prevent any debris from falling and ensuring not a single nail was left behind.

We noticed an immediate change in the upstairs temperature. This was a relief because it means our heater runs less, which ultimately saves us money.

Without a doubt, Roof Troopers are a highly organized, professional, and we will definitely recommend them to our neighbors, family and friends.

Roof Troopers did an outstanding job replacing the roof on my home. I called them initially to remove the unused satellite dish from my roof and patch up the resulting holes. After sending up the drone to take photos, Jose discovered numerous exposed nails and damaged shingles on my roof. He recommended I let their adjusting firm work with my insurance company to file a claim and get an assessment of my roof. Roof Troopers paid for the adjusting firm and I just had to sit back and wait. My insurance company approved the new roof and the adjusting firm and Roof Troopers made the process way too easy. Jose kept me posted on the progress and answered all of my questions along the way. On installation day, Celvin and the roofing crew showed up at 7:00 am and were done by 5:00 pm. Celvin did any excellent job of keeping me informed of the team’s progress. The crew was respectful of my property and cleaned up all the debris and their gear before leaving. I highly recommend Roof Troopers to anyone who expects top quality work from a professional team!

Roof Troopers is by far the easiest, most professional contractor I have ever worked with. I reached out after realizing a row of our roof caps had come off, and Jose came out within the hour to inspect it. They let us know afterwards the issue in detail and Jose came back that same day with Calvin to repair it. They were incredibly professional, courteous, and caring in the work that they did. They used a drone for the inspection after the repair and sent me the footage, and then let us know to contact them if there are any issues. We were referred to Moe by a friend who also had his roof replaced by Roof Troopers and was very pleased. Our roof was replaced last week and the entire process was professional and prompt. Moe answered the many questions we had and was very open with his communications generally (e.g., he mentioned possible drywall cracks from our skylight replacement when no other roofing company had ever mentioned it). He also worked with our insurance company to ensure the insurance process was as painless as possible (we had major wind damage to our roof).

On the day of the installation, Celvin was onsite to ensure that everything went smoothly. The entire installation process was a well-oiled machine, and Moe and Celvin quickly addressed any and all hiccups that they couldn’t preempt.

During Jose's inspection of my roof, he utilized a drone to provide a detailed analysis of its condition. This advanced method of inspection impressed me, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Roof Troopers. Jose was knowledgeable, provided a detailed report on the health of my roof, and gave me valuable information on how to maintain it. I highly recommend Jose and Roof Troopers for their professionalism, expertise, and use of advanced technology in their inspections.

We needed to replace a failing cedar roof. We had talked to many roofers and Moe from Roof Troopers stood out above all of them. Moe was not pushy and he didn't talk down to me. He was patient and I could tell that he cared about the business and his customers' satisfaction. He took the time to explain the process and even created a layout sample to explain everything that goes into the roofing system. He was even transparent about possible drywall damage when they lift the old sky lights out. None of the other roofers talked about that!

The communications throughout the entire process was excellent. We actually had to re-schedule the install date because rain popped up out of nowhere. I was concerned in the morning and Moe called to re-scheduled the install. He had to turn around the delivery truck, probably at cost to him.

On the day of the install, Moe brought out a HUGE crew. They were very professional. They covered up all the bushes and walls to protect from falling debris. The crew worked quickly to demo the old roof and install the new one. They made multiple clean-ups and sweeps to keep the work site clean. They even painted the furnace stack to prevent rusting. I thought they had installed a new one!

Overall, I was very impressed with the team and the entire process. The quality of the final installed product is excellent! Two of my neighbors used them and all of us would definitely recommend Moe and the Roof Troopers team!

For our April 2022 roof and gutter replacement, the crew was competent, efficient, and on schedule. They answered our questions and even took care of a couple of extra details that we requested. They displayed a cheerful attitude throughout the process, so they must really like their work -- which is more than you can say for a lot of home improvement contractors we've experienced.

It’s extremely rare that a company is better faster and cheaper but here we are. The team at Roof Troopers was fantastic professional, clean and quality work. We had a total roof replaced and we highly recommend them. They even brought out sno cone company for the neighborhood after !!!
