Impact did a fantastic job with our home, the metal resurfacing of the fascia and replacement of our gutters turned out great. Very professional from start to finish, only took two work days total. They left the site clean and just as nice as when they arrived. Highly recommended if you are looking for an upgrade to your home!

I highly recommend Impact Roofing. Jon came out on a Saturday for my consultation and immediately inspected the roof, providing clear photos of the issues he found. By the next day, I received a detailed quote and the repairs were completed in less than a week. The entire process was smooth and professional, with excellent communication throughout. The contractors with Impact Roofing and Construction were by far the best we have worked with during our forty years of home ownership. Three separate crews worked on our house.
Our house was damaged from the hail storm August 31st. The roofing crew did an excellent job replacing our roof and cleaning up after the job. All our siding was replaced by another crew. Our gutters were replaced with larger gutters by the gutter guys.
Finally, we had a water damaged soffit, unrelated to the hail storm, which was repaired better than we expected. Louie Aziz, who was the point person dealing with the us and our home insurance company, did a superb job explaining the process of the making the insurance claim and negotiating with Liberty
Mutual. We had never filed a home insurance claim before. Louie has worked with us since September 1st. Louie is the best, and I speak from 23 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales as a medical center representative, a trainer and a recruiter for Sanofi Pharmaceuticals. Louie followed up on every single detail. I was pleased with the other management team members I personally met, Maynard and Brian. You are in good hands if you choose Impact.

This was the second time I used Impact Roofing. i had such a good experience in the first two occasions that there will definitely be a third. Not only did they win the price bid for my roof, they were beyond helpful, giving me the benefit of the doubt and the dollar at every instance. They correctly deduced that my issues were not just a degradation due to age but of actual damage due to high winds and other forces of nature, and I credit Impact with advising me to make an insurance claim (which covered my costs). Dave in particular worked very had to find a roof shingle that met the discriminating tastes of my wife.

We had a roof leak and also a few other repairs we needed to make. Jon Mathers responded promptly (w/in an hour of an estimate inquiry) and conducted a thorough inspection of our needed repairs. He also found some other repairs needed from poor construction. He provided a quote the same day that was competitive and included pictures and descriptions of the work needed. Repairs were completed within a week and pictures were provided of the work done.

Jon at Impact is very knowledgeable regarding the claims process. I originally had the insurance company and another company come out. I got my siding approved for replacement but not the roof. Jon came out and inspected the roof, took pictures, and sent it in for a re-inspect. Insurance denied the roof again. Jon came back out to take additional pictures and sent those in. It finally got approved. Jon was able to get the roof replaced when others were not able to. The roof and siding install went smoothly. I’ve been recommending Impact to everyone in my neighborhood. We had a hailstorm in the area in mid-April 2024. Joe and Jon guided me through filing an insurance claim for damages to the roof, without being salesy. When the insurance company’s estimator came, they climbed on the roof and pointed out to areas that the estimator missed. Subsequently the insurance company revised their estimate based on Impact’s report. After the insurance company authorized the payment, Impact worked with my schedule and completed the work in 2 days. The work quality was excellent. Overall it was such a pleasant experience that I recommended them to my neighbors. I strongly endorse Impact!

When it comes to roofing in the DMV, it doesn’t get much better than Impact. Jon and Brian, the owners, are such solid guys and so professional. After a hail storm Jon came out and worked with my insurance to get us a full roof, siding and gutter replaced. Jon and the whole team were very good at keeping us in the loop throughout the process. His team was very professional and thorough in prep, install and cleanup. While they had the siding off, we also paid them to install a new front and back entry door. The price was significantly lower than a previous quote we had received for the same brand product from a competing installer. After the work was complete we had some fire damage to the exterior of the house and Jon reached out to help with replacing the damaged sections very quickly to fix what was damaged. I would highly recommend Jon and the company for any exterior alterations to your property.

From inception to close out the impact team led by Mr Mathers was exceptional. His patience and understanding of what my wife wanted made for a smooth project without any scope creep. We had a new roof installed last week. The crew did an outstanding job. Louie was very helpful with helping us choose the shingles and organizing everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

Joe and his team did an excellent roof install in 2018, after hurricane damage. Fast forward to March of 2023, and our insurance sent an inspector (who clearly was inexperienced) to inspect who decided (erroneously) our roof was not up to snuff. Joe came out the following Monday and took extensive pictures and wrote a great report that got us re-instated. The roof still looks like new! We are very impressed with Impact and will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Our home was damaged from a bad hail storm and Robert (Impact's representative ) worked closely with our insurance company to make sure all the damaged was covered. Brian and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. They worked with our insurance company to get it approved by insurance after a recent hail storm; all we had to pay was our deductible. They were extremely efficient too - after we chose our roof color, our roof was completed two days later! The job itself was done in one day. They were meticulous about cleaning up all of the nails and were always quick to answer any questions we had. We are very happy with our new roof!

Love Impact Roofing! They are great at what they do. They are responsible experts who will work with you on roof issues. Very prompt, professional, and nice. My neighbor is actually one of the owners so I know them personally as well—truly a kind and professional bunch. My roof and gutters were a mess. They cleaned everything (including my deck!!!) and patched a hole in my roof, on a weekend! Can’t say enough good things about their team.

We had a leak from our window bay roof. Joe responded the same day I called, did a thorough inspection of the bay roof and the main roof with detailed pictures and provided a recommendation of what exactly needs to be done with no upselling. I got several estimates to replace an aging roof and Impact's price was competitive but the interaction with Brian and his superior knowledge of the roofing business was impressive so I decided to go with Impact. Had the pleasure of working with Mr Mathers and his team recently. They were extremely professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns regarding the installation job on my old roof.
