As a licensed electrical contractor, I would recommend Roof Time for any exterior project! Mitch and his team have been great to work with. They have proved that they are professional in their communication and on the job. They are detailed, organized, adaptable, and timely. The process was smooth beginning to end. They were quick to respond and defined and explained well the work that has to be done. The interaction with the insurance company was transparent to us, and we didn't have any issue with our reimbursement. We asked them to perform some additional work in our property, and again, the quality from the quote to the delivery of the project was outstanding.

Mitch and the whole team took the guess work and stress out of a situation I had little experience with. They guided me every step of the way in getting our roof replaced. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manor. No questions were left unanswered. It was a nice feeling to know they had my back. I will definitely be referring them whenever I can.

Had a very nice experience with RoofTime at mom's home in Burnsville. Corey was excellent to work with in the field and Tom was fantastic in the back office. RoofTime took care of everything, battled with insurance on our behalf and got the project done. The end result looks excellent. Wind, hail, and tree damage at this location in Burnsville resulted in roof, siding, structural, and gutter damage. RoofTime was able to take care of the entire project, which was nice not to have to work with separate roof/siding/gutter contractors. They made sure in the end we never paid more than the insurance deductible. They are great communicators with Corey texting updates regularly and Tom emailing the status from the office side for insurance communication updates. Great experience with this group!

Having worked with Roof Time a few years ago, when we decided to have exterior work done on our house, we contacted them. We decided to have our roof replaced, all new siding put on, new gutters and downspouts done. They did a wonderful job. Their whole team was easy to work with and did a great job. Our house looks like brand new. When finished, they took care of disposal and the work crew was hard working and professional.

Roof Time has been great to work with. From the start, Jason was transparent with the process, timing, and explained the difference of Roof Time's service compared to their competitors. What stood out was the fully detailed explanation of damaged shingles and siding. You can see that Roof Time puts the time and effort in to ensure client satisfaction. I also had the pleasure of working with Sam. Sam has been great with his communication, his knowledge, and passion for creating a great experience for the customer. Overall, I would highly recommend Roof Time for your roofing and siding needs!

Roof Time replaced our roof after the Oakdale hail storm. Cory and the team did an excellent job communicating and getting us what we wanted with a quick turn around. The work crew did an amazing job cleaning up. I don’t think we found even one nail or shingle scrap.

Very positive experience. From the sales person to the owner, the handling of the insurance process from start to finish was a first for me. They took the hassle out of the insurance process and assured that I was fairly compensated for the quality of materials that were being replaced. The sales person made some recommendations such as upgrading to class four, hail resistant shingles, that will hopefully reduce the number of re-roofs in the future (the hail in Oakdale, MN is probably not going to stop falling). This upgrade also has a small reduction in my home owner rate, which they let me know about so I could ask about it. They did a full attic inspection to ID any problems such as mold, deteriorating roof boards, etc. before we even talked about shingles. This was big for me as I have had nice shingles installed over a mold-infested sub roof in the past. This inspection was standard for Roof Time and offered without any mention from me about my previous experience. I see they do other work, which I cannot speak to but am sure they do well based on my roof experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof replacement, repair for sure as they are a full service contractor in my opinion.

My husand and I had an amazing experience with Roof Time. This was my first time using them and definitely will not be the last! We worked with Mitch and he is the best. Mitch and his team are so knowledgeable, kind, and will always have your best interest. We had hail damages to our house and our home insurance company was making it difficult. It was a long battle with my insurance company and Mitch along with his team stood by our side through it all. They made the experience felt like a breeze. After a hail event in July, we wanted our roof evaluated by a trusted local roofing contractor. RoofTime was recommended by a neighbor so we set an appointment. Mitch Husnick and a colleague were on time and did a thorough inspection of the house siding, windows and the roof itself, carefully noting what they found with photos. Thankfully they concluded that our roof was in good shape and not in need of repair or replacement at this time. Mitch's professionalism was impressive, and we will certainly call on RoofTime again when the need arises.

Roof Time was a great help with my roof replacement in Richfield MN. After some hail storms in late summer of 2021 I had them out to inspect and their recommendation was to file a claim. They made sure they were there when the claims adjuster was on site to show them all the damage to ensure that my house received the most dollars for replacement. After a replacement was granted everything was replaced within a few months. Payment was easy, not a penny out of pocket.

I just had a great experience with Roof Time Inc. I called them yesterday & left voicemail asking to setup a visit to look at my house for hail damage given a recent storm. Got a callback same day from Mark & setup an appt with Mitch for today. Mitch texted me prior to confirm the appt & offered an earlier visit if I was available (perfect!). When Mitch arrived he did a great job explaining the process & then we discussed results once he was done. There were a couple very minor pings but no major damage & no roof replacement needed. Excellent! He was even kind enough to caulk a couple items for me when he was up on the roof. I feel confident he'll be helping my father work through a claim on his house that had damage. All & all Mitch was a great communicator, very helpful & it felt like I had an honest advocate to access damage & then work through any necessary repairs. I'd call these guys again in a heartbeat if I need anything in the future. And no I'm not related to anyone with this company. LOL If you're considering these guys, give them a call!

The actual experience was exactly as promised. The owner, Mitch is not afraid to get up on a high pitch roof to inspect the work and make sure it is done right. I was impressed by his concern that the home owner is satisfied. What is tough job on a hot summer days. I am glad I chose Roof Time.

We recently completed a large basement finishing project with Roof Time, Inc. It consisted of creating a guest bedroom, office, family room, and bathroom. We have never before had such a smooth experience with any contractor (and we have worked with several over the years.)

First of all, Mitch is a very good listener, and he is a very detailed thinker. He put a lot of time into meeting with us twice and putting together a very detailed proposal and bid before we ever signed a commitment to him. This effort on his part made us feel like our business was valued. Most of all, it meant that the actual project costs came in right where he said they would. There were no surprise cost increases, only some decision upgrades of our own.

Mitch is an excellent project manager. He uses subcontractors who are high quality and experts in their respective areas. He schedules the project as efficiently as possible. In our case, what we thought would be an 8-12 week project took only 4 weeks from beginning to end with Mitch. Someone was here working every day. Mitch checked in on the progress several times a day. We did not have to do any communication with the subcontractors ourselves. Mitch made sure the space was cleaned and prepped for the next step all along the way. He also did some of the miscellaneous detail work himself, and he is very skilled at that as well. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Roof Time for interior remodeling/finishing work, and I will definitely call him for future projects, both inside and out. His customer service goes above and beyond.

We had a leaky roof and called RoofTime to replace it. Mitch is the most honest, pleasant and knowledgeable contractor we have ever dealt with. He has a very good crew who did a good job and cleaned up very well after themselves. He uses nothing but the best materials.

My husband and I are really happy with our new roof completed late fall. They finished the job in 2 days- a new roof, vents, gutters and downspouts. The quality is outstanding. Great crew, very respectful. They worked hard with a great attitude and a determination. They took the time to clean up. Highly recommend!

Mitch is class act. He is prompt in getting to your job site and is very thorough. In one instance he actually declined to do work that other contractors had quoted. They were stating I had storm damage. Mitch could have said the same but declined. I really respect him for not having followed suite.

If you need it done right, on time, and within budget i would use him every time.

Ethics and Integrity follow him and that is his differentiator.

My experiences with Roof Time have been great.

In September 2015 they replaced a small piece of siding that was missing from my house.
Mitch came out and was able to find an exact match for my siding and provided a very reasonable estimate.
Mitch went out of his way to combine my order with another so that I didn't have to purchase a full box of siding, which saved me a SIGNIFICANT amount of money.

I also used Roof Time in April 2015 to replace some damaged fascia and soffit.
I received the same great service at a reasonable price for this repair as well.
