I recently did a full basement finishing project. After multiple calls and interviews with different companies, I wanted to work with Dan. He is completely transparent and encouraged me to do my homework when deciding on a contractor. I’m so happy I hired country creek builders! My quote and my final payment were almost exact. From start to finish, everything was smooth. Communication from Dave was constant and I never had a question go unanswered. As a single woman, I never felt unsafe having the team in my space. David was always cheerful and played great music, Bailey helped me pick through paint colors when I was overwhelmed and Dave stopped by frequently to check on the progress. We recently worked with Country Creek Builders on a full bathroom remodel, a hall bath refresh (new tile flooring and countertop), new kitchen quartz countertops with a full-height quartz backsplash, updated flooring throughout the main level, new carpet throughout the full basement, and complete painting—including closets—and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the beginning, communication was superb. They use a project management software that clearly outlined what would be done each week, and before any work started, we received a highly detailed estimate. This level of transparency made it easy for us to plan and stick to our budget, which we really appreciated.

We had a great experience with Country Creek Builders for our basement project. Our basement was completely unfinished prior to this. Dan was extremely helpful in explaining the process, what to expect, meeting with us to plan, and creating a design that aligned with what we hoped to have in a finished basement. Dave and the team were professional and provided a schedule so that we knew what to expect on a daily basis. Throughout the process, Dave was always quick to answer our questions, which was so helpful. We could not be happier with our basement and love spending time in this now finished space in our home. We would highly recommend Country Creek Builders and would use them again for any future projects in our home.

I am not allowed to give this company the number of stars they deserve, so they will have to live with 5. I would highly recommend you consider County Creek Builders for any remodeling or even new build projects you have. They recently finished the second project for us. Our first in 2016 was fairly minor in scope but important to us. It was a master bath and closet remodel which included removing a second story fireplace.

When we were ready to tackle a larger project: complete 1973 era basement gut and finish; main floor addition of a bathroom and closet to an existing office to create a mother-in-law suite; laundry room refurbish; and miscellaneous fixes - we had no doubt we wanted Dan Drenckhan to do the work.

Dan works with you up front to understand your vision, needs, and desires. He can either provide a rough estimate to begin, or do a complete design with detailed estimates, plans and schedule projections before signing a contract.

Dan's company has a core set of employees who do a lot of the work, but he also has a group of highly skilled subcontractors he as worked with for years to handle cabinetry, glass, mirrors, plumbing, heating and electrical work. All of his employee's and subcontractors are professional, courteous and they respect you and your home. They ensure that existing flooring, walls and ventilation are protected from damage. They clean up almost every day the work area so as not to leave a mess you have climb through. Some days and types of work don't always allow for that, but it is all within reason.

When the work begins, you are provided a detailed task oriented schedule of the planned work so you can plan your life. The schedule will likely have some changes through the project to adapt to real life conditions. But when there are changes required you are kept informed so you understand the reasons and changes. His professional teams show up when they say, or inform you if they can't, so you are not left hanging around wondering when they will show up. This to us was worth a lot.

Dan works with the city and county to get all the required permits and inspections. This is very important and ensures the work is up to code, so there are not issues in the future of the home.

The craftmanship is excellent to begin with. But if there are minor fixes and touch ups, they work through punch list so that they and you are satisfied. The Contract is the price you pay, unless there are signed-off change orders along the way.

People sometimes say "you pay for what you get, but you don't always get what you paid for". I can tell you, with this company you DO get what you paid for. They may not always be lowest bidder, but you will be happy with finished project, and the process of getting there.

It is frustrating we are only able to give Country Creek Builders, Inc. a 5 star review as they were truly off the charts in executing superior quality work remodeling our basement, adding a main floor bathroom and closet, repairing our garage and tackling a lengthy list of miscellaneous “challenges” throughout our 52-year-old home.
Country Creek’s owner, Dan Drenckhan, wrote us a detailed easy-to-understand estimate addressing all our concerns. Once we signed, he provided us with a detailed professional design as well as a detailed easy-to-understand task chart. He ordered all the thousands of parts for this project and procured all the necessary permits and scheduled all the inspections.
Equally valuable, Dan vetted and put together the most amazing team of craftspeople: the cement guys, the Credit River Granite counter-top folks, the American Glass & Mirror glaziers, Julie at Pro-Source Flooring, all the Boevaag Plumbing plumbers, all the Horizon Electric electricians, all the Designed Cabinets cabinetmakers, as well as the sub-flooring and ceiling teams. And then there is The Hive of Five: Dave Drenckhan, our very hands-on Project Manager, promptly answered every call, text and email, and helped his team wherever needed. David H., our incredible Master Carpenter, demo-man, sheet-rocker, floor-installer, door and window hanger and trim-man, treated us with his excellent gentle humor and his terrific work ethic. Corey, the hands-down best tile-layer in the business, took the utmost care in cutting and laying every single piece with the greatest precision and forethought. Rommell, our stupendous stainer and clear-coater, created a veritable showroom of perfect woodwork for us. And Bailey, our professional artist and painter, cheerfully, meticulously and dripless-ly applied 50 gallons of paint over so many, many, many, walls and tiny niches.
All these wonderful people clearly take great pride in their work which is no doubt borne out of respect for themselves, for each other, and for us, their clients. We are forever grateful to them for all their extraordinary patience, tact and understanding as well as for the highly functional and beautiful set of rooms they left us with.

I worked with Country Creek Builders for a major remodel at my dental practice, Lakeville Modern Dentistry. They built four new dividing walls to expand patient spaces so we can serve our growing demand. The project involved erecting the walls, replaced flooring in all operatories (and leveling uneven concrete floors), repainting each room, and ensuring newly enclosed rooms met commercial codes, permits, and the like. We had a few additional electrical requests that CCB coordinated with their subs -- who are truly professionals in their work. Stallions work with other Stallions, not donkeys.

As a dentist, attention to detail is key—not just in my work but also in the environment we create for our patients. Country Creek really got this. They brought high standards to every step, knowing that a well-done space reflects the care we give.

One of the most impressive things was their ability to phase out the work so we could stay open during construction. The team worked with us to strategically plan loud or odor-intensive work, keeping our service to patients going smoothly - and let me tell you -- as a full operating and functioning dental clinic, you can BET we tested their ability to manage scheduling, time, deadlines, and communication -- and they delivered. The construction team did an exceptional job on this basement remodel! From design to the finished product, their work was not only outstanding but also clean, efficient, and easy to work with. Their great communication throughout the project made everything seamless. Country Creek put in an 8 foot sliding patio door for us and did a fantastic job. They had to cut a hole in our dining nook wall so this was a remodeling project. All of the workers were very polite and friendly and easy to work with, very prompt in responding to questions. When there was a delay in starting our project they let us know why and when our project would be able to start.

Country Creek had worked with my parents before so I knew the team did amazing work; however, even knowing that, they still exceeded my expectations when I partnered with them to redo my kitchen. I am a first time homeowner and this was my first time taking on a project like this, but Dan walked me through all my options and what a project like with would entail. I had a budget and Dan and his team worked with me to make sure I was able to stay within my budget with selecting materials, but also making sure everything was really well done and well made. Don’t debate — CCB is the contractor for your project! Dan and company were outstanding from start to finish. Beginning with design and Dan’s sainthood worthy patience as we asked questions, changed our minds and then changed our minds again. Then the project management by Dave was second to none. His communication was excellent and we never wondered what was going on. CCB not only has a GREAT crew (shout out to David, Jorge, and Corey!) but they also have outstanding subcontractors (who they hold to their commitments!).
And when things came up, as they inevitably do on a large project, their response was always to ask “what will it take to make you happy?”
We love the work that CCB did for us and we can’t wait to move to do the kitchen with them next year!

We recently worked with Dan and his team to remodel our master bathroom and could not be more pleased with the result. Our remodel is everything we asked for and more! We recently had several different remodeling projects in our home including bathrooms, family room and kitchen. In August '21 we noticed water spots on our ceiling in our office below our primary bathroom. We had a disastrous experience with a contractor we needed to fire after 4 weeks of shoddy work, and finding the permit wasn't pulled nor inspections done. In the end, Country Creek Builders did a great job!! They also finished our basement in our previous home:) Should've called them to begin with... Would recommend

After parting ways with an unprofessional design company, my wife and I reached out to Dan, owner, to understand what he and his team may be able to do for us for a bathroom renovation and a finished basement.

His entire team went well beyond our expectations. His experience in this industry allows him to provide invaluable counsel for design, and his team executes the vision extremely well.

The work was on-time, on-budget, and the fact that we didn't have to deal with common, and often questionable, building allowances meant that we didn't have to worry about a final price that was wildly different than the bid.

This review is long overdue (sorry CCB). We worked with the CCB team in 2021 to add a bedroom in our existing bonus room space, remodel the bathroom, hang custom barn doors, paint the entire bonus room, and install 3 new granite bathroom countertops in other areas of the house. Dan's understanding of our desires and his consultation led us to a great design, plan and at the right budget. When it came to the project itself, Dave and the entire crew were very professional, responsive, communicative and very accommodating. We are quite 'particular' so we were looking for a company that had the same trait and wanted everything as perfect as we did - mission accomplished! They were awesome and we would highly recommend them!

We recently had our Master bathroom and closet expanded into our 4th bedroom to make an amazing master bath and closet! Dan was very easy to work with and incredibly timely and informative. Country Creek has to be the best contractor we have ever worked with. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel. All of the guys that work for them were super nice, extremely helpful, and very trustworthy. We cannot express our gratitude enough to all of them for such an amazing job they did.They were also super nice to our dogs too! Dan and his team did an amazing job gutting our 80’s master bath and designing and building it into a stunning retreat. The tile work and cabinetry is beautiful! Country Creek’s design to build process, vendor relationships, project management and direct team made it easy to work with. Dan provides a very detailed estimate that makes it easy to understand what you are paying for, and his son, Dave, manages the project and was in daily communication with us, letting us know what was upcoming, when inspections would happen and helping guide us through decisions. I appreciated the attention to detail, communication and willing to work through questions and issues. This is a phenomenal team!

We used Country Creek to complete our unfinished basement. The process was daunting, since we’ve never built a home before or gone through a big remodel project. Right from the beginning, they communicated clearly and concisely about the process. Everything was very transparent, including the pricing. We received a very detailed quote and the end cost didn’t vary, which was one of my fears. We received a detailed schedule, available in an app, and they were spot on. There were a few days that shifted, but we received a text, alerting us of the changes. When the first day came, the entire crew came and everyone was introduced. The employees are all very kind, professional and personable. My husband and I both work from home and they were always very friendly when we would pop downstairs. Our dog loved them and kept trying to sneak down to visit them. They were great with him and very patient when he got downstairs.
Overall, their work is impeccable. They said more than once that they do what they would want done in their own home(s), and it was very apparent. At the end of each day, everything was cleaned up and we could walk around without worrying about stepping on nails, etc.
When we signed the contract, the start and finish dates were given. They actually finished on the date they said they would, which I feel is unheard of.
Again, I can’t say enough nice things about the quality of work and the staff at Country Creek. We have received so many compliments and hopefully are sending several jobs their way. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for another project. They are amazing!

Our family recently completed a remodeling project in our home where we added a bedroom, bathroom and large closet in a space which had none of the infrastructure in place necessary to complete that work. Words cannot fully express how wonderful it was to work with such a professional group of people from Country Creek Builders. To a person they were courteous, friendly (even to our dog, Nilla!) and conscientious to all of us and our home.

Their budget estimate was detailed and accurate except for supply issues caused by the pandemic which no one could have controlled. They completed their work right when they told us they would. They were always available to answer questions or explain any issues which arose. Dave was a mastermind of design. We could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend Country Creek for any building or remodeling project!

Amazing experience with Country Creek Builders. We wanted our finished basement to be a space to entertain as well as for our teenage kids to have a destination they and their friends could really enjoy. When constructed, our basement was not laid out well in terms of space usage and where utilities were placed. Country Creek came in and was able to maximize the space and even move some things around we had never imagined could be done. This innovation and creativity was fantastic. The crew was exceptional. We were always in the know of what was going on and what was happening next. The attention to detail was always important to them and we felt they treated this project as if they were remodeling their own home. Our home was well prepped for the project and the end of each day the space was clean and ready for the work to be done the following day. Little things we didn't think about such as disposal of materials etc were all handled as part of the overall project scope. We would not hesitate to work with Country Creek on our next project. Country Creek did an amazing job on basically our entire interior of our house. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. They were on time and really treated our home as if they were taking care of their own.

Country Creek Builders did a complete remodel of our owner's suite bath. We removed everything, including a very, very large tub. Their CAD/CAM process made it very easy to visualize the end product in our new space and make decisions confidently. The team provided an online daily work calendar which outlined what would be completed each day and kept me up to date on any changes. A little thing, but I loved not having a dumpster in our driveway, except on demo day and not having a Port-a-Potty in the driveway either.

The teams were professional, polite and responsive. We were delayed due to the glass company, but otherwise we were on time and landed within the budget. We are very happy with the end result.

There were multiple check-ins throughout to make sure we were happy all along the way. I would use again on other projects. A reliable, honest, trust-worthy, high quality contractor with high standards of excellence is challenging to find. They accomplished all of those things at Country Creek.

I am very pleased with our remodeling experience with Country Creek. We remodeled our kitchen & an upstairs bathroom (that had water leak issues above the kitchen) in our 1997 home. They were very transparent with cost and timing- and had everything organized up front so we knew exactly what would happen and when. They came in on budget and on time. We chose another wood floor installer/finisher than the one they bid out to, and Country Creek was flexible and accommodating. Country Creek’s crew and sub contractors were friendly, helpful and respectful; and their work was impeccable. We will definitely reach out to them if another remodel project comes up!

Dan & Dave at Country Creek are fantastic! After an exhausting new construction build during Covid we were left with some gaps and renovations needed. Dan coordinated with the builder and really looked out for us -- a super refreshing feeling in these times. We are beyond pleased with our new hearth and seating benches, and plan to use Country Creek again for our prep kitchen and basement bar.

Country Creek did a great job on a complete remodel of our lower level including a full kitchen and egress window. They were on time and on budget. SUPER impressed! Dan Dreckham and the crew at Country Creek Builders (CCB) are honestly THE best. We consider ourselves ‘tough’ customers and we give them the highest recommendation possible.

Our project was to update our main floor, eliminating the formal dining room and expanding the kitchen. In the end, CCB created an absolutely amazing redesigned main floor and kitchen space – new layout, new cabinets, new paint, new appliances, new window, new floors, new pantry, etc.

We met with multiple design/builders before CCB. We even contracted with one, but although they had a strong reputation in the area, we were unhappy with their process, quote, and overall approach. After multiple recommendations from neighbors who had completed major projects (like ours), we were introduced to CCB. We didn’t know CCB or Dan and we aren't relatives and weren't friends at the time (we now feel like friends!).

When we initially engaged with Dan, he promised they would deliver quality, on-time results with ZERO surprises. We had the normal contractor skepticism, but Dan and his team delivered. They use an app that allowed us to have a day-to-day schedule at our fingertips. The plan was executed almost exactly as it was originally laid out, even in the middle of a pandemic, when supply chain issues were raising havoc. All communications were timely and clear.

The crew was personable, professional, respectful, talented and meticulous. We never had dumpster onsite – the crew cleaned and took all waste with them daily. Their attention to detail and their fierce work ethic were second to none. We felt very comfortable with them in our home (and truly enjoyed their company).

Dan’s team managed the project beautifully, making suggestions as the project moved along. We requested changes along the way and they addressed them methodically and with a practical approach. So refreshing! We were up against a tight timeline – a graduation open house party – and they absolutely MADE IT HAPPEN.

Exceeded our expectations!

We were lucky to find Dan and the team last spring when we were looking for help with a major remodel. After 19 years, the house was in need of significant updating and we always wanted an open floor plan.

From the first meeting it was clear we wanted to work with Country Creek. Dan laid out a plan to remove walls and give us an open main floor, remodel our owner' bedroom and bathroom and two other bathrooms. Dan also gave us a clear plan of who to meet with, and when, to make our selections for cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, etc so when the project started they would have everything ready to go.

With a plan to have over 50% of our home under construction, while we were living in it, it was important for us to understand the dates that they would start and complete the project so we could prepare. We also have 4 children so it was important for us know that the crew would be professional and respectful.

On the scheduled starting date the team pulled in and started the work. Everyone in their crew was extremely respectful and professional throughout the project and it was amazing to watch the transformation. We could tell that everyone loves what they are doing and the level of skill and their attention to detail was beyond anything we expected.

Just nine weeks after starting the demo, Dave and the crew finished, hitting the promise date exactly. I sit in my new kitchen and write this review and am stunned by the transformation. I can't wait to have them back in the spring to update the rest of the house.

Country Creek Builders were very professional as we worked with them. They were excellent communicators throughout the planning process and the remodel. We were pleased with the effort and the quality of workmanship for each phase of the job. Absolutely Amazing!! We just went through a complete main floor remodel that included Kitchen, Living Room, Family Room, Den, and half bathroom. We met with several local contractors and after meeting with Dan we knew right away that Country Creek was who we wanted to work with. Dan was very detailed in laying out the scope of the project and where we were unsure about things, he made great recommendations for us. This review is long overdue as Dan and his team finished our project last December. My wife and I both work in healthcare and our project was colliding with challenges from Covid-19. Dan saved us from ourselves. We were previously getting design advice from another regionally awarded designer and every call, text or email cost money and they were moving everything around without regard to the finished basement or the existing kitchen/home mechanicals. We were pretty frustrated and really needed to update the kitchen and first floor after 30 years and three kids. My wife and I cobbled together a plan that included moving a wall to add an island in the kitchen. Dan took our ideas and really added the design element to them and was able to provide the construction rationale. It was really more than a kitchen remodel. The first floor was completely redone with new paint, trim, flooring and lighting. While his crew was there, we also had the carpet replaced throughout the house, removed the popcorn ceiling, and painted all the trim and doors. It literally feels like a new home. We sometimes feel like we are staying at someone else's house. I met with Dan's construction workers Dave, David, Carlos and Jesus everyday. They demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, were flexible, considerate and professional given the health crisis at the time.

We have done business with Country Creek Builders several times in the past. They are our go-to when doing any kind of renovation or remodeling work. Our most recent interaction with them is a good example of why that is the case. 2.5 years ago, they installed new flooring through our entire house along with some electrical and finishing work. While we have been very happy with everything, over time a small bump started to pop up in the kitchen flooring. I decided to reach out to them even though it was a small issue and it was quite a while after installation. They came out to look at it within a couple of days. They were able to determine what the issue was and why it got worse over time. They took responsibility for the problem and fixed it without charging for the work. I want to stress that this was not my expectation given how long it took for us to report the problem and they had to tear up the entire kitchen floor to bring it to resolution. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. They do beautiful work, it is stress-free and they stand behind everything that they do — even if it is years later. Working with the crew from Country Creek was a true delight. They came into our home during a very sensitive time (COVID) and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. They weren't just order-takers either. When we weren't sure on what choices to make in finishing our basement, they offered great advice. We were going for something a little less traditional, and they delivered. The craftsmanship was apparent. Very high quality for a reasonable price. We especially enjoyed working with the foreman, Dave. Request him if you can. He built a custom LED "starry sky" for our home theater. It was something he'd never done before, but he tackled it like a fun challenge, and delivered a signature piece to our home.
The tile work (by Jesus) in our steam shower was also spectacular. Highly recommend.

These builders came as a recommendation from one of our neighbors and I'm so pleased we chose them. We did a number of home upgrades throughout our entire house which required much coordination in minimizing our disruption while leveraging service visits across several tasks. In addition, we needed work to be done so I could host Thanksgiving so there definitely was a drop dead date.

This group shined. When you do a major remodel and choose to live in the house through it, many challenges arise. Our first day was demo-day. The path of plastic they built to minimize the dust was an architectural marvel. I felt like I was walking through a quarantine tunnel.

Given they are in your house for several weeks, it was an incredibly professional crew. Friendly conversation, validating decisions, asking when new questions arose, working hard, and beautiful artistry of their skills were experienced each day.

Changes in design were met with a can-do attitude (we decided to raise our shower head late in the game). When new options arose (new shelf in shower inset) they asked if we'd be interested. Scheduling was always coordinated with our need and one result was that we minimized our time out of the house when all of our hardwood floors were redone.

This builder has exceptional relationships with cabinet makers, tile shops, and carpet and appliance stores which makes choosing options much easier. Because of those relationships we had top notch service in each store and all the help we needed in making the right choices.

I can't say enough about the positive experience and the process of this complex remodeling. Dan, Dave, Jesus, David, and Carlos, stop over anytime. I'm happy to make another pan of lasagna for lunch and catch up.

We recently hired Country Creek Builders to remodel our unfinished basement. Dan and his staff were great to work with. They are very professional and do high quality work. You can tell that all of the employees take pride in doing a great job and try very hard to make the customer happy.

When were first interviewing contractors to hire, we were very impressed by Dan and his knowledge of the details of construction and the overall process. Definitely not the case with other contractors we spoke to.

During the design process, Dan was very accommodating and worked to incorporate our ideas and needs. I also appreciate the level of detail he provided when preparing the detailed estimate for the project so that everyone was clearly on the same page throughout the project.

From a schedule standpoint, the entire project was scheduled weeks before they actually started, and everything during the project was completed on or before the dates noted in the schedule. Dan was also very available and responsive throughout the project and responded very quickly to any questions that came up.

I am sure you are wondering how a company can receive a five (5) Star rating for all their reviews? Well let me tell you about our basement finishing project journey with Country Creek Builders (CCB).
We started with a look at the CCB website and were extremely impressed with the photos, and videos of completed CCB projects. We noticed CCB offered a range of ballpark estimates using various quality and design choices. We completed the request for consultation on a Thursday evening, Dan called us back Friday morning and set up a time to meet with us on Monday. Dan came out, met with us, and explained his company’s approach for the design, estimation, and project completion standpoints. His design approach included our ideas, wants, requests, or wishes. Dan made recommendations that were up to us to accept or not, and then drafted a first stage design of our basement. After our alignment and acceptance of his designs, we moved into the estimation phase of the project. His estimate included a detailed line by line breakdown of each phase of the project with the corresponding materials and labor costs. He patiently worked with us to add, modify, and or remove various line items to align with our budget. Upon alignment of the estimate with our budget, we signed off on the project contract.
Dan estimated the project would be completed in eight (8) weeks and this is when the skills, craftsmanship and talent of Dave kicked in! Dave and the crew (Dave, Jesus, Carlos, and Jeremy) were always polite, respectful of our home and were open to our suggestions. We cannot say enough about Dave and the entire crew and their eye for ensuring that things were done right. All timelines listed in the CCB App were met with minimal to no adjustments. Dave and his team are skilled craftsmen in what they do. The result was a meticulously built finished basement according to our wishes and specifications.

Originally I hired them to remodel my kitchen, but after witnessing their attention to detail, I also hired them to replace all windows and doors in the house, install recessed lighting in living area, build 4 season porch and build a large deck.

Dan and the Country Creek Builders team did an amazing job in a major remodelling project. Bathrooms, kitchen, and top to bottom carpet, electrical and painting. It was high quality workmanship, a team that was easy to work with, and Dan was very proactive in suggesting alternatives that could enhance the final outcome. After 20 years with our house’s original master bathroom, we decided it was time for an upgrade. This was not a simple “throw-a-piece-of-granite-down-to-make-it-look-more-modern” project, but rather, we wanted to gut it and start over.

So, we went to Angie’s List and got the names of 5 contractors, and made appointments with all of them. After all, we were only going to do this project once, and wanted it done right.

We immediately hit it off with Dan from Country Creek. His personality was easygoing and his knowledge was impressive. However, perhaps more importantly, he demonstrated just the right amount of proactivity for us. For example, when he first walked into our bathroom, he said, “Well, I think for your new shower, you should expand it out further. It will give you more room. You’ll love it.” What a great idea! We wouldn’t have thought of something like that.

In fact, this type of forward thinking was the norm – he made great suggestions involving everything from lighting to a storage tower on the vanity to a timed fan to (get this) putting an outlet and holder in the drawer where my wife keeps her hair dryer. Brilliant!

He also showed flexibility when, a few times, our vision changed during the project. We were especially appreciative that he put the drain and faucet on the opposite end of the tub than that which was originally discussed.

We were so pleased with how he mapped out his vision for the bathroom, we asked him to add more lighting to the closet and our master bedroom. Proactivity from Dan again: “Hey, how about sconces on both sides of the wall above your bed?” Our reponse: "Why not?!"

So, our bathroom remodel turned into a master suite upgrade, and we were able to stay within our budget. And while the pictures speak for themselves regarding the visual appeal and brag factor of the bathroom, it is also now more functional and enjoyable to use.

OK, now the basics. His crew was friendly, respectful, kept to their deadlines and minimized any mess. And while Dan’s estimate was among the lowest of the five we received, as you can see, there was no sacrifice when it came to quality or workmanship. Oh, and about the pricing. Talk about transparency! The estimate was 11 pages, and went through everything. Several times, when things changed, he promptly got us a new estimate reflecting the changes. Down to the penny.

In short, we were extremely pleased with Country Creek. Thanks, Dan!

We have waited more than 10 years to finish our basement and wanted to make sure when we did, it was a place everyone in the family, two kids, could enjoy. We met with three builders, two came recommended and then we added Country Creek Builders. We shared our ideas with all three and Dan was the only one to suggest a few changes based on his experience. He walked us through the basement, showed us why the change made sense based on the space. He talked to everyone in the family, not just the adults, but both kids as well.
Dan came back to our home, walked through each step of the layout with the entire family as well as initial pricing and what was included in the bid. He spoke to my son about what he wanted the game room to look like and my daughter about the craft area and made additional suggestions based on the conversations. Things that our family had not thought about.
Dan then shared a list of partners he uses for the supplies to complete the project. He accompanied our family to review cabinets, hardware, tile, and granite. He shared his honest opinion on our choices and made suggestions when appropriate. In some cases, he showed pictures of previous jobs in order to give us a better idea of why he made a suggestion.
When the project was ready to begin, we were given access to an App that we can see a day by day calendar and know what was going to happen and when. Everyone associated with Country Creek from his own full-time team to the contractors that did the electrical and plumbing were very polite and I was never worried about anyone being in my home with the family.
Dan stopped by regularly as well as called to check in on how things were going. A few changes occurred throughout the process, but Dan always let us know if that would cause a change in price either higher or lower. There were no surprises and Dan and team made sure we knew when to call the cable company or security company to come out in order to keep everything moving within the outlined time frame. The project was completed on time and within budget and our family loves our new basement.

Country Creek did a bathroom remodel for our townhome and we love it! Our final bill was exactly what we had been told it would be and the bathroom looks fantastic! Their work is always done as planned and done in the time frame we were promised. They are our go-to contractor for all of our work!

Super professional and friendly. Dan always responded to any inquiry ultra fast...whether it was by phone or email. His crew and subcontractors were amazing. Really talented, super friendly...by the time the job was done I was standing around joking with them like I was one of the guys. Ha! It was amazing how fast they worked and the quality of work that was done was second to none. We had a load bearing wall removed plus our furnace, air conditioner and water heater replaced. The duct work had to be redone because it was running through the wall that was removed. They were in here and out in 5 days which blows my mind. I can tell you this...any future work will be going Dan and Country Creek Builders way hands down without a doubt.

As I said in my previous comment, any future work would be going through CCB. Well...we just had a couple patio doors replaced both of which needed the rough opening widened. Again, such a positive experience. The quality of the work and the attention to detail is super impressive. I'm already looking forward to the next project. Ha!

Country Creek did a bathroom remodel for us and I have nothing but good things to say about the process. The project started and finished on time and we were made aware of what the general plan would be each day. They use an online scheduler that is shared with the customer which we found very helpful. I am home with three young children so it was very nice to know which days it would be helpful to be out of the house. The guys on the crew are also very friendly which was nice as they were working around my kids. We also used Country Creek 3 yrs ago for a large mud room reno and will definitely be using them the next time we need a contractor. One thing I learned from these two projects is that not all cabinets are created equal. Our mud room cabinets and bathroom vanity are exceptionally high quality and simply beautiful to look at as well. They really make the spaces beautiful. Great experience all around!

Country Creek did a full remodel of my main floor this winter - including new kitchen, new tile/mantle around fireplace, hardwood floors & carpet, new railing stained wood with wrought iron spindles, replaced and painted all the woodwork around the windows and baseboards, laundry room counters, half bath cabinet/countertop to match kitchen cabinets and painted everything throughout the house.

The house looks wonderful - feels like home! All this in 7 weeks!

My wife found Country Creek on Angie's list as we were looking for a contractor to remodel our upstairs and kitchen. We also had plans to do the first level in a phase 2 however as soon as we realized how extraordinarily competent and fast they were we decided to build an office downstairs. Our job started on Jan 9 and was completed on schedule Feb 24. They were extremely flexible and easy to work with, we had a lot of questions and they answered them all respectfully.
