I could not possibly recommend this outfit more strongly. Fairly large and complex roofing job involving a fight with the insurance company that got stretched out over about 9 months, and these guys were there every step of the way making things happen and making the process easier. Everything on their end was top notch, great communication, great quality work and always on schedule. I've never worked with any contractor as on top of things as Pure Home. I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Special thanks to Don Darnell for being involved every step of the way.

From Josh the salesperson to Andrew the foreman on the job to the roofing crew and the office personnel at Pure Home Restoration in Lakeville, our roof replacement experience was top notch. They did a great job of cleanup after the roof was replaced and some siding that got damaged during the roofing job was repaired promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We are absolutely thrilled with how our new roof turned out! Pure Home knocked it out in just one day, keeping us in the loop with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Storm repair work is never fun but my roof, gutter, and window repair work with Pure Home Restoration went as well as I could have imagined and even better as far as communication and dedication of the staff. I mostly dealt with Jeff and Connor and the communication was top notch, problems were solved when they needed to be, and my dealings with insurance were kept to a minimum. Of course quality work is important and I got that from them, but just as important is knowing that someone is taking care of it for you. Pure Home Restoration did a great job replacing our storm-damaged windows! Pure Home's initial visit revealed that the inspection provided by our earlier inspector was woefully insufficient. Pure Home then worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure that all of the replacement windows met or exceeded the specifications of our original windows.

Once the insurance adjuster approved the specifications, Pure Home ordered the windows and managed the window replacement project using their team of excellent craftsmen.

The project was handled professionally from start to finish, and it has been a pleasure working with a team that delivers when promised. We definitely recommend Pure Home Restoration to anyone in need of storm damage restoration.

Jeff and Pure Home replaced our roof, gutters and garage doors due to storm damage and replaced a window we had on our list to get done. We were more than pleased with Jeff and Pure Home for the job that they did. Jeff was available with answers to our questions all the time and walked us through the insurance process step by step. The work was done on time and Jeff kept us informed during the entire process. The work crews were easy to deal with and the job site was cleaned up very well. Both my wife and I were impressed with the Job Foreman (name escapes me at the moment) and his attention to detail and ease to work with. Pure Home replaced all the windows and patio doors on our home and did a fantastic job. I received quotes from four companies and Don had far and away the best communication and response times. Pure Home gave us the most competitive pricing on the Andersen windows we wanted. Connor and his install crew completed 12 full-replacement window openings and 2 patio doors in just two days. They left the inside of our house clean and the new trim matched the old perfectly. A paint crew also came and completed touch ups several days after the windows were complete. The crews were very accommodating of our cats and made sure the kitties were safely away from the action. I would highly recommend Pure Home for replacement window projects and plan to contact them in the future if we need siding or roof work done.

Customer Service
Every single Pure Home employee was fantastic to work with. From their incredible scheduling assistant, all the way to Don himself, everyone was a pleasure. Our project was smaller, but they treated me as if I was their most important client.

Communication
This is a big failure point for many construction businesses, but not Pure Home. I had the direct number for my project manager, and he was always fast to respond. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they showed up when they said they would show up.

Quality
I had a minor roof leak that was difficult to pinpoint due to our roof architecture. Pure Home made multiple visits to my home attempting to locate the leak. Once they did, they not only fixed it, but they went above and beyond to ensure it would never be an issue again. They believe in doing it right the first time. I was thoroughly impressed. Without question, I will be contacting them for future projects.

Don and the Pure Home Restoration team and partners were amazing to work with! They helped us replace our damaged roof and windows. We are so happy with everything! I had previously replaced my roof due to a hail storm, and I had no idea I had major window damage. Don was visiting a neighbor, and he asked me if he could take a look at my aluminum clad windows on my stucco home for hail damage. Due to his initiative, I now have new Pella Architecture windows on my home.

Don worked with my insurance company from beginning to end. Due to his efforts, my insurance company agreed to replace all 19 of my exterior windows which including proper stucco repair. Don contracted the window replacement, touch up, painting, and stucco repair. Smith Cole did an outstanding job on the stucco for Don. The color and texture match was excellent.

Don and Pure Home Restoration were honest, responsive, and did what they said they would - with no surprises.
