Can’t say enough good things about Sam and his team (Becky, Jennifer, Matt and two other gentlemen). They were quick to respond and start work following an oven incident. They are communicative, well organized, efficient and incredibly thorough. Our house looks amazing. I consider them to be an old school trustworthy neighborhood small business. They understand what it’s like to go through this process with small kids in the home and the small details made this process as painless as possible.

Just finished having my water midigation done by Reese and Oriana. The two of them could not have been more professional and nice to work with. Reese updated me daily with the drying process and helped me navigate some of my questions on the insurance process.
I hopefully will never have to use their services again but, will not hesitate to call if I do.

This company does horrible work and then they will share your personal information even after specifically asking not too. Christine should absolutely be fired for not only breaking laws but being unprofessional. Servpro came into my home, destroyed it and now are wanting to charge me a massive bill. I have had several contractors look at their work and they have all said the same. It is wrong, needs to be redone and is unsafe. Randy one of the managers had the audacity to argue with my in my own kitchen. In fact he literally said he would argue with me. In my opinion they have tried to commit fraud. I have no problem paying a bill if the work was done. However it was not. If you do work with this subpar company stay away from Christine and Randy.

Reese was great! He was here right away when we called Sat morning, he spent the whole day working and getting the water vacuumed up! He explained everything to us as he went along and kept us in the loop, he stopped back ever day to check on things and let us know how things were going. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable on what he was doing, very prompt and considerate also.

We recommend ServPro for water mitigation. We worked with Linda and Sam and they both did a great job. They were prompt in returning calls and answered all our questions. We had a burst pipe that caused water damage to a guest bedroom.

A friend referred me to Matt Huppert at ServPro. I had significant issues dealing with the insurance claims adjuster, but Matt was able to step in and get the issues sorted and a reasonable estimate agreed to, all while provide insight to us on the process.

Once we got the okay from our insurance co. Matt was able to get his contractors in right away (drywall repair, painting, new carpet). They did quality work in efficient time. Room look better than before.

We will definitely be referring to friends and using for our own future contract work.

I called SERVPRO to see about removing mold from a lower level storage space. The owner was very prompt in returning my call. He explained what would probably need to be done. An associate, Matt, came to the house and took pictures of the mold site and the owner promptly got back to me with a cost estimate. An associate, Linda, was out to start the job within a day or two. Linda was very prompt in showing up for the appointments, very responsive to questions and always had a pleasant disposition throughout the job. The cost for the work came in at the estimate and the job was completed in a very timely fashion. I was extremely pleased with the SERVPRO experience and the finished work product.

Matt Mosley and his team (Linda, Nick, and Austin) we’re amazing. They took care of multiple levels of water damage just hours after it was reported.

They were kind, courteous, and personable to work with.

Any new issue that came up in the process of remediation and demo work (which is a reality of process) was quick to be communicated to me and dealt with. They were also able to offer multiple options for the restorations process, offering suggestions and flexible scheduling.

If I had additional concerns, they were thorough in explaining the issues and solutions. If I was concerned about dampness or odors associate with remediation, they would offer to bring in extra fans and humidifiers.

Matt and the Serve Pro team are on the level with insurance and made sure to offer options that were within my policy.

My water heater sprung a leak and flooded my lower level. Servepro was out within a hour or so after I contacted my Farmers Insurance agent.

We had some moisture/mold concerns. I sent Sam some pictures and nothing looked concerning. He still had Matt Mosley come out and take a look. He checked for moisture issues and answered all of my questions. He gave some tips on moving forward with clean up and I got a lot of good information. I reached out to a few places, I highly recommend Servpro!

Great experience start to finish! Sam provided a detailed overview of the project during our initial consultation. That same morning Matt and Nick arrived to prep the area and set up their equipment. Linda stopped by daily to check for moisture and reposition equipment until the entire area was dry. Lastly, Matt and Nick picked up their equipment and ensured the area was clean. ServPro of Burnsville/Lakeville cleaned all the carpets in our 4K square foot house and did an amazing job! Matt, Jennifer and Becky teamed up to get the job done. They were professional, fun to talk with and really cared about doing a great job! Linda was amazing, too. When they first came over to take measurements they were extremely thorough--- taking photos and wall-to-wall measurements helped them pin point their estimate. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

Update: Jennifer and Becky returned the next day to take down cobwebs from the ceiling in our two story foyer. I really appreciated the care they took to remove those sticky webs! They even took a couple minutes to inspect the carpet cleaning from the day before--- just to make sure everything was perfect!
ServPro exceeded all my expectations!

Called them. They came an hour later. Removed all the water damaged carpet and padding and floor boards and got all the water up in just a few hours. Hauled all of it away. Left big fans running along with a major dehumidifier and dried out the sheet rock in laundry room wall.

Austin was very kind and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and put my mind at ease. Would diffinently recommend.

I highly recommend ServPro of Burnsville/Lakeville. I came home from work one evening and a portion of my basement and walls were soaked with water. I was alarmed since no one needs this and also I take care of disabled family members and concerned for their health. I made a claim with my insurance and found our ServPro is certified by them. This put me at ease. Bill called me minutes later and Matt and his crew showed up. They found the origin of water intrusion and took care of everything ASAP. Such kind, friendly people and they are very proactive! Thank you for taking of family and home!

We had a furnace fire on Christmas day with some smoke damage. Our insurance company recommended ServPro of Faribault and they were awesome to work with! Matt and his co-worker took care of in a very timely matter. They worked with are needs and flexible with are work schedule.

We had a major plumbing leak. ServPro of Faribault were very responsive and did the "tear out and dry out" very efficiently.

I recently had a sewer back up flood my just finished basement. Matt and his crew showed up within 2 hours, wearing masks and very thoughtful of Covid-19 precautions and started cleaning up water and had fans going. The next morning they had the carpet and linoleum pulled out and 18 industrial fans running. Thanks to their quick and knowledgeable response we were able to save most of the baseboard in the basement and overall damage was significantly less than it could have been. Everyone I interacted with from the office staff to the guys that showed up were so kind, friendly and thoughtful and explained every step of the process. ServPro helped make this frustrating experience so much easier! I would highly recommend their company!

I had significant water damage in two bathrooms at the same time and was totally overwhelmed with the insurance process and mess. One bathroom was totally destroyed and the mold stunk up the whole house. The guys came out to assess the situation the day the insurance company called them and got the fans in place the next day. I was totally overwhelmed with the mess, the drying process etc., but the guys were great and made it so much easier. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Servpro has helped me twice clean up the mess left by a sewage line backup. They are friendly and courteous as they inspect the damage, explain what needs to be done, and then get everything clean. I highly recommend them!

SERVPRO of Burnsville/Lakeville was quick to respond when we needed them to help with water damage in our home. Totally professional, courteous, worked with our insurance company, and went above and beyond to restore our home to better than pre-damage condition. Highly recommended.

Had a leak coming from a crack in our cement above a finished basement with mold starting to grow under the vinyl flooring. Was told mold was encapsulated, nothing was investigated by the team. Was told it should be fine. $150 to have “peace of mind”

Flash forward 1.5 weeks the mold has doubled in size under the vinyl and upon ripping out baseboards all we found was wet. We ripped up the vinyl and water was just secreting from the cracks.

We wanted Servpro to do this for us, we were willing to have our vinyl ripped up by professionals and have the problem areas treated professionally. We have no idea what sort of exposure we had, if any.

On Tuesday June 4th 2019, Lakeville MN had severe weather along with major flash flooding. Sirens went off and we headed to the basement. At 5:35 PM, our basement began to flood as the rain was too much. I immediately called our insurance company, submitted a claim and like any other person new to flooding, began posting online on what to do next.

I submitted an online inquiry to ServPro. I received a call within the hour from Nancy and was surprised they worked that late. She shared with me action steps we could take now, along with following up with our agent regarding basement coverage.

ServPro called me the next morning at 8AM and a 2-man crew was at my house by 10:30AM. Matt (the tall one) was super professional, courteous, and informative. They helped move things into our garage and began mitigation (getting the water out). Bill, the franchise owner, stopped by to make sure all was good as well. It felt like I had a dedicated team wanting to make sure we were protected and safe. More crew members came to hook up hoses, suck out the water, etc.. It sure looked like a production and I was just watching.

When my claims adjuster arrived at 12:30PM, ServPro reviewed the damage and the action steps they took (measurements of the basement, water absorption data, etc). After a quick assessment, our adjuster knew the status and was able to take action and provide approval on next steps. ServPro was an advocate for me as they saw the initial damage and mitigated where they could. They began to rip up the carpet and take baseboards off. Getting it ready for the drying phase. We had 12+ industrial fans rocking in my basement by 3PM. Air began circulating around drying our basement. While the humming sound was loud, you just adjust to it. They stopped by every day to monitor dampness, re-adjust fans, and kept us in the loop with status. Five days later our basement was officially dry.

ServPro did an amazing job. They were prompt. They were professional. They were knowledgeable. They were my advocates. They knew their job and did it well. All I can say.. is peace of mind during these flooded times.
