Had a question about some snow guards, the gentleman on the phone explained everything, offered a suggestion and alternatives. I didn't purchase from them this time, but wouldn't hesitate to do so in the future. They clearly know what they are doing and are focused on having the best outcome for me rather than just selling something. Very grateful for the excellent customer service!
