Cleaned my roof in one day! My roof is so steep they had to attach themselves with a rope, but they were able to do an amazing job!

Roof Therapy always does a thorough roof cleaning and they clean up after their service. I’ve used them for many years and would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend even for fixing complicated roof issues. Removed all my old vents that were leaking, dropped down the duct work & matched my old roof shingles. Pricing more than reasonable (considering everyone else wanted to replace the roof). No leaks since Roof Therapy fixed my roof over a month ago. So relieved. Thank you!

I have used Roof Therapy twice now and both times had a great experience. As an owner of a small home, I am often overlooked by companies who prefer bigger jobs. When I had a leak in my roof last year they came out to assess immediately and had it repaired quickly. This year I had to replace the roof on my garage and again they were able to get me booked quickly. They show up when they say they will and work efficiently.

Came over to complete a job per quote. I was advised he could not complete the work as outlined and the price would be 3x the original quoted price.

I opted to pay the exorbitant amount for him to start a job and went with another roofer to complete. After paying that roofer and this company, it was still less than if I had stuck with roof therapy at the 3x price

We have had great service and quality work with Roof Therapy since we moved to Washington 12 years ago. We just had a very thorough tune up of our roof, with the older vents replaced and all exposed nails replaced with screws in sealant. Sean did a very professional and thorough job and took time to meet us and to explain how these repairs would prevent any future leaks and help our roof last longer. I highly recommend Roof Therapy !
They are very reasonable for gutter cleaning and moss treatment as well.

Roof looks great! Careful cleaning with no lost shingles. Moss treatment was applied quickly without a mess. The debris from the roof was cleaned up nicely and it looks like they were never here. Highly recommend!

Roof Therapy was recommended to me by another very reputable roof company that was booked out 6 weeks and couldn't book me in quickly for a roof leak that suddenly appeared in my living room over an oak floor. Roof therapy promptly sent out a man to investigate the problem and give me an estimate for the repair, and a roof and gutter cleaning plus putting down zinc powder for moss control on both my house and garage. They were not pushy on selling me the extra services. They explained what was wrong and how they would do the repair to fix my problem. I asked them to repair and replace all the vents as they were all installed wrong and I felt would all start leaking in the future. They sent Sean out to do the repairs and he did all the work professionally quickly and answered questions I asked candidly with respect. I will recommend this company and employees to any one needing roof repair of any kind. I talked to three people at Roof Therapy and they all treated me as if I were a long time friend making me feel at home with them. I waited until after a hard rain to write this report I also went up into my attic and checked for any leaks and found a perfectly dry attic during the down pour. Thanks to all at Roof Therapy for such a great job on the roof and dealing with me and doing the job with in the parameters of your estimate which was a great price for the work performed.

My roof had a fairly heavy layer of moss and debris. Roof Therapy did an excellent job removing the moss and debris and also cleaned up around the ground where the debris landed. They were on time, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to my neighbors, family, and friends.

I’ve been using Roof Therapy for years and they always do a good job. Other companies damaged my tiles and gutters. I’m always confident with Roof Therapy.

We've used Roof Therapy for 3 years now to treat our home and our shed. They were recommended by our roofer because Roof Therapy's cleaning and treatment is safe and effective for our roof; something we want so we don't void the warranty on our roof We just had our annual treatment today. The technician came on time. He was friendly and courteous. I really appreciate that he listened to our concerns, offered possible solutions, and took time to investigate the roof and take pictures to show us. We have seen a noticeable difference in the moss growth on our roof since they started treating it. The first year we had large clumps of moss growing in different places as well as large patches of growth. They told us it would take 2-3 months to see the moss go away; and they were right. Now we see minimal to no moss growing throughout the year. So their treatments are effective, yet gentle on our roof. They also do a great job at blowing away all of the debris they blow off the roof. We will continue to use their service year after year.

I had my roof repaired by this company and had nothing but positive experiences with the different people I worked with. Would highly recommend them for roof repair.

Evenor did a fabulous job! He arrived early and completed the job beyond our expectations! He is a very hard worker, professional and friendly! I was very concerned about the mess (it was ALOT) as I was having a big party the next day. He assured me he would have it totally cleaned up... and he sure did! We couldn't even tell he had been here! (Well, except the roof no longer has moss lol). Thank you Evenor, you deserve a big raise!

Our cedar shake roof in Gig Harbor is the original roof since 1986.
Over the past 12 years we have used Roof Therapy to maintain the quality, appearance and add years to the life of our roof. Jason and his team have cleaned, replaced shakes and today re-oiled.

FANTASTIC! I discovered a leak and called Roof Therapy. I had used them several years ago on another house. The estimator was kind, thorough and very professional. He even discovered something else that needed to be done after explaining why and I was grateful for that. The estimate was extremely fair and lower than I expected. Then the gentleman arrived to repair the area, he was on time and wonderful! I was impressed, getting on that 2nd story roof, and it was cold out. No complaints at all. I can't say enough good things about them. I have complete trust in them and felt very taken care of.

I am beyond impressed with this company. 100 stars. The decades of experience clearly showed during my experience with this well run small business. I had a poorly installed ridge vent that allowed moisture/snow into my attic. Nightmare!!! The Roof Therapy team diagnosed the issue/cause and suggested the right solution. These guys are the best!! They were recommended by a roofing company to us and they did not disappoint! Our tile roof never looked so good!! Clean up was spotless! They also replaced 10 broken tiles. I have had others clean our roof in the past and it didn’t look this good and the yard and deck were left a mess. Highly recommend. Call them!

Rebecca and the roofer who came to install my new skylight were so kind and efficient. My skylight flew off in a windstorm and they got here quickly to evaluate my old skylight and install a new one at a really reasonable price.

Great work! These guys restored our 30+ year old cedar shake roof and it looks brand new. I would recommend for anyone that wants to keep their beautiful cedar roof as long as they can. Don’t fall for the trap “you need to replace that with asphalt” when you potentially have years left with proper maintenance and care

We were new to the area and in need of roof cleaning and moss treatment. Roof Therapy was recommended to us and we were extremely glad to have connected with them. Rebecca was VERY helpful and responsive. She secured a home visit and quote within a day and a half. She answered follow-up questions and emails right away. The estimate was reasonable and we were able to get scheduled within a couple of days. Ty performed general inspection, gutter clean out, moss removal, and application of moss treatment. He was very personable & professional and did a very nice job. Given our various mediocre contractor experiences over the last couple of years, we were pleasantly surprised in our dealings with Roof Therapy and they restored our faith in home maintenance / repair contractors. Prompt, courteous, professional. What more could you ask for? We will now use them for annual moss treatment and will most definitely recommend them to others. Two Thumbs Up to this company. Zack and Jackson were extremely professional both during the bid and repair process. I especially appreciated Jackson's attention to detail when cleaning up after the work was done. They are both very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They were able to schedule my repair and cleaning much faster than they anticipated, however it was nice that they were realistic and honest with their availability up-front.

Jason and crew thoroughly cleaned my cedar shake roof and came back later and applied a sealer that is guaranteed for 6 more years It looks great and they were very efficient and very professional They also put some new gaskets on my skylights I would definitely recommend them ! Good value! We are very satisfied!

RT did a great job cleaning and repairing our roof and applying moss treatment. We were also impressed with how well they cleaned up all the dead moss and debris after the cleaning taking care not to damage any landscaping. Roof & Gutter Inspection & Cleaning. Great job! I appreciate Rafael's hard work and professionalism. He worked well past dark with only a head lamp, was very courteous and answered any questions that I had, and my roof looks great! I also appreciate Roof Therapy's detailed approach to invoicing. I contacted several companies, and they're the only one who detailed exactly what I was getting, which is important to me and the professional way to do business. I'm in the quality business, and we call that "Customer Care."

I have used them on a few occasions and have always been very happy. Once they fixed the shingles around a vent that was leaking (bad install job by someone else), and another time replaced a few shingles that blew off. In both cases the repair cost was reasonable and it was a quality fix. The person who replaced the shingles was really helpful, even explaining how I could do it myself in the future.

They came by today--only a few hours after I called!--because a different vent was leaking and offered to schedule a fix but also instructed me what I could try on my own at first to see if that solved it before they made an official repair visit. They are the only people I trust to actually fix a roof issue, unlike other companies who are primarily interested in selling new roofs.

It's about time (meaning way overdue!) to acknowledge the excellent work that this company does. Our family home has been serviced by Jason and his good team for 10+ years. Recently Zack found and repaired a small leak in our tile roof and followed up with some preventative maintenance. The folks from Roof Therapy -- in the field and the office -- are all friendly, efficient and good at what they do. I can't imagine a better roof cleaning and repair company. Due to the recent wind storms my roof got damaged and started leaking... I called this place so they could give me a quote and put a tarp just to avoid more water damage and the lady on the phone told me they don't do tarp... WHAT? What kind of roofing business is this that doesn't even help a costumer with an emergency? Shame!

Jason at Roof Therapy has been helping us with our roof for years now. We have a complicated designed cement tile roof. Every time that we have needed help with cleaning or fixing a stray tile, Jason has been prompt and helpful! It makes me feel like I have a friend in the roofing business.
