Roof Tech Truss

I have worked with the Roof Tech Truss team for many years. They have always worked very professionally with me to fine tune a design to meet the needs of the project. Our last project involved planing out a new roof into an existing roof, and the design was so perfect that you cannot tell where the transition is. Trusses have always arrived in great condition and to specs.

Provided this company a CAD drawing to design my trusses. Ended up spending hours and hours going through all the designs on my own and with one of the employees because the truss lengths were off. Then I find out they were not designed for long gable ends as my drawing called for so I had to have them design a dropped gable end to meet code. Just about everything they provided was wrong. Many of the gang plates were twisted and I ended up having to tear the gable ends apart because they left a huge gap on my rafter tail ends and they did not match the roof pitch. Gable end rafter tails were about 3/4" shorter than the rest of the trusses so I had to cut every single one of the rafter tails. They were easy to work with and quickly fixed everything that I pointed out was wrong but if your not an engineer like myself or experienced builder I would suggest going somewhere else.

Trusses were perfect. Delivered on time and intact. The driver was a great guy and knew exactly what to do, even backing all the way in the road to my property to avoid a problem and overcoming a wet ground issue! Highly recomended.

Awesome company. I live in florida and was building during the crazy season and we couldn’t get truss for 6 months and was almost double the price for the same trusses. I called all companies from tampa to Tennessee and this was the one that picked up right away, sent me a quote in like 2 days. Got them designed exactly like my plans, shipped on time and i had trusses in like 3 months for half the price of my contractors company here in florida. Cant say enough good things about this company

Great guys! My framers made mistakes with the truss installation which caused me to fail inspection. I talked with Zach and he contacted a structural engineer for a resolution. We made the corrections and moved on to inspection approval. I would definitely use them again!
