I recently had the pleasure of working with Roof Squad for a much-needed roof repair. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.

Had Roof Squad repair leaks around my chimney. They were awesome!! They showed up right on time. They removed all the old shingles and flashing. Then put in new shingles and flashing that matched perfectly. There sales and operations staff, Dennis , Maria , and Marcela , are very courteous , pleasant, and efficient!

Mr Aaron was very professional and very detail in explaining my problem and the solution to repair the leak he answered all my text and calls promptly. They did a excellent job in the repair and in the cleanup I wood definitely recommend Roof Squad and would use them again

Roof Squad did an excellent job and Wesley's customers service was on point! Wes came in to inspect our leaking skylight, came off the roof with a bunch of hail damage pictures. He walked us through the entire insurance claim process and got us a new roof, minus depreciation and deductible. He totally save us! Our house was going to market in a few weeks and the hail damage would have come up in the inspection, setting our closing back a month or so. Wes also went above and beyond to try and accommodate the extra requests from our buyers. Thanks to Roof Squad for getting the job done and keeping our closing date on time!

Jerry with Roof Squad was very professional and helpful. He explained in detail each step and all about the products they used. The work was completed quickly and everything was cleaned as promised. The workers where very pleasant. The work only took one day. I was having problems with my insurance. Jerry was available even after the job was completed. The customer service is outstanding. The roof squad is an excellent company to partner with if you need your roof done right and clean they are excellent at roofing especially with a guy named Carlos Valdiviezo . Highly recommended.

I will say, once I gave them a call, they were very communicative and motivated to do work on our project. But, after they came out, we got ghosted. I called back and sent emails but only got through to the receptionist. Who, took my information down and said they would pass it along to management who never reached back out to me. Its been over a month and still no estimate, just let me know that you could not bid the project or something.

First off, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Roof Squad. I was blown away by the job they did completing my new fortified roof. The sales representative, Dennis, was very transparent and delivered everything as promised. Elba did a great job communicating and organizing the job. Showed license and insurance before even giving quote. No hard sell and did not ask for money up front. Answered all questions and concerns with solutions before, during and after. Lovely, polite crew, cleaned up completely when finished. Came back to shorten a downspout without any hesitation.
