Our experience with Josh and Jaime from Roof Right Restoration has been a great experience. Unlike some companies in our area, they return calls, emails and show up when they say they will which is a huge plus. Their presentation of the company is very professional and answered all our questions and assisted with our insurance claims even getting approvals added for extra work that was needed without any problems. The crew that did the roof were excellent in doing the job but protecting our yard and fish pond from debris, cleaned up daily and made sure nails were picked up as well. The contractors they used for painting were also top notch. With the new roof and paint, our house looks brand new. I highly recommend Josh and his team.

I GIVE THEM AN 80%.
They did not use ALL of the materials I specified. They did use the the most important ones, but not the correct drip lips or the the "W" open valley flashing.
They had to come back to get the rain gutters to drain properly.
They were going to come back (not as part of the original plan) to vent the garage properly. they agreed to a price, but never returned.
Overall, they ere OK, just not great. Most roofers are much worse. As an engineer, I am very 'picky' about my designs and builds.
So, an 8 out of 10 is good, just not what I was promised.

Roof Right restoration completed two roofings jobs for me. One house and barn in Parker was done in September of 2023 because of severe hail damage. The 2nd house was done in June 2024 due to 4 layers of shingles being on top of a 100 plus year old house. I could not get homeowners insurance because of the roofs condition. I chose them to replace the roof on the 2nd house because of the great job they did on replacing the roof on the house and barn in 2023. Also because of the clean up job they did on the 1st house.
The 2nd house is located in Hugo some 70 miles southeast of Elizabeth. Josh drove to Hugo looked at the house and give me a bid on the cost. They stripped the 4 layers of shingles off the house in about 7 hours. Then they put down new decking because the existing decking had to many gaps between the boards. Josh is the one that recommended the new decking so the roof would have a better foundation. They completed the job within 2 days. Again the cleanup they did was great. Everyone helped with the cleanup. I had time to get acquainted with the crew and they really are a great team. Josh, Jaime, Nacho, and the rest of the crew were polite, professional, and everyone on the job worked well together. I highly recommend Roof Right Restorations. They came out early in the morning to get started and worked late into the days until the job was finished. Thank you Roof Right Restoration for making my roofs look great.

I highly recommend Roof Right. They are local and do a great job. They went way above and beyond to make sure my roof was not only shingled but they also pulled the plywood off and repaired my rafters. AND, without me asking for it, Jaime brought his crew back and did that a second time as he was not happy with how the first repair went. LOCAL and they want to build trust and do the right thing. Go with them and you won't be disappointed. Don't do the storm chasers. These guys are seriously great to work with.

Worst experience with a contractor that I’ve ever had. Honestly, they’re not even worth my time explaining how horrible my experience with these guys were. They were hired because of an insurance claim involving roof, siding, and gutters. I sent pictures and communication throughout the process regarding their errors and some of it still never got fixed after sending the same pictures 3 times. I got a lien put on my property because they didn’t pay their materials bill. Still not convinced the shingles and the decorative siding are what I ordered, based on the color. They were a no-call, no-show once when they were supposed to finish the project. They caused additional damage to my home and I will be hiring someone else to fix their work. From the deposit being paid to the project being “finished” was 202 days. $29,000 for subpar work and huge profits from them.

Josh and his team have done an excellent job replacing our roofs and skylights, painting, repairing siding, spraying staining our porch, and cleverly fixing big and little problems.
Insurance claims were filed efficiently. His team were all polite and considerate. His team of roofing pros cleaned up scrap materials after working ten hour days, often in the dark of the evening. His team communicated well and answered my calls and endless questions. This was a complicated claim. They worked long cold days and weekends to work around bad weather. Our garage and home look so great!

Living in Colorado I have had to replace my roof several times in the past due to hail. I have never dealt with a more professional organization than Right Roofing. They were quick on the job and very thorough. If I had any questions, they were very quick to respond. I have recommended them to several neighbors and friends.

We had some pretty extensive hail damage after a storm in early summer. Once we filed a claim with our insurance we had at least a dozen roofing companies stop by. We really liked how thorough and honest this company was and decided to go with them. They replaced the roof on our home, garage, and several outbuildings in just a few days. Everything was done top notch and they left no trace of ever being here. If you need a new roof definitely give these guys a call, you will not be disappointed.
