Roof Replacement - Intech Roofing Solutions

Our experience using Intech Roofing Solutions was top notch! We hired them to replace our old roof on our house in Columbia and John was awesome! He helped us through the entire process and when it came time to replace the roof, it was done in a single afternoon. They left the yard very clean and the roof looks great!

I signed a contract to repair damage caused by a tree falling on the corner of our roof. This was signed on Oct 12, 2024. It is now December 25, 2024, and the damage as stipulated in the contract has not been completed. I am so sorry that I asked this contractor to repair my house, as all I have gotten from them are "I am sorry for the delays, we're trying to find the right materials". Thank God I had sense enough to only pay half up front. Pics show what still needs to be done before the job is completed. Soffit vent and cardboard covers installed by me to keep squirrels and birds from getting into the attic.

This roofer is the best! We called Intech Roofing Solutions after the last storm pushed a tree into the roof of our house here in Columbia. They were prompt when picking up the phone and they had someone on site in hours! They tarp your roof to mitigate the rain damaged and returned the next day for a formal inspection. Just wanted to add, even when I had one issue with the way the shingles were laid on the side of the roof, they were defensive, argumentative, and there was no sense of conflict. They understood my concern (and I understood why they did it the way they did, which was correct, I just wanted it to look slightly different). They adjusted it and the way I wanted without issue.
