Guy Labbe consultant came out and gave us the estimate and Catherine set-up the appointment. Their team of workers came out and did the job no messs very quick. Idea in billing was great. I coordinated everything with Catherine and she did a great job communicating schedules, next steps etc. The crew that came out seems to have done a great job as well - it was a patch job and they came as close as reasonable to matching color, replaced all of the damaged wood etc. My sales person was Shant, and he was very low pressure, giving me a lot of options that I could leverage depending on my timeline/urgency. When I get ready to replace the roof in a few years, will definitely be calling them back!

These guys all took great care of my roof on my 1930’s home. They repaired not only dry rotted fascia boards where needed but also installed beautiful gutters all the way around my home and applied a treatment to my shingles that should keep them working well for a long time.

Catherine Grande was my point person for scheduling the work. When I had an issue regarding a piece of unfinished work, she made sure the guys came out again to address the issue and resolved it at no additional expense. She was responsive to my emails and questions and was an invaluable help in ensuring my work contract was fulfilled completely. If you work with this company in the future, be sure to ask for her.

I got a timely estimate. The representative was friendly. Office staff were eager to help and set up the repair work in a timely fashion. The working crew of two people were courteous and hopefully did a very good job. we will only find out when the rainy season starts, I am sure the company will fix any problem I might counter.

Roof Repair and a very organized and professional company. The estimate was handled well and the work was carried out on time and very efficiently. The technicians arrived when expected and cleaned up each day.

I did the research, talked to friends and neighbors before meeting with 5 top-ranked roofers in LA regarding a full roof replacement job on my triplex. Roof Repair Specialist was last (luck of the draw) and was hands down the best call I could have made. RRS consultant, Chris Morales, arrived on time and, after thoroughly inspecting the existing roof and taking photos, proceeded with a visual presentation of the work proposal, including how the company operates and the step-by-step process for my job. He also brought along live samples of the various options for materials. ALL of my questions were answered. A couple of things were identified (that I verified after our meeting) had been missed or not addressed in the proposals of the other companies and would have come up during their work as “extra” costs. Roof Repair Specialist was more expensive but for quality work and materials, long-term protection, and peace of mind I highly recommend.

Professional, punctual, prepared with enough crew, and completed the replacement of gutters and downspouts in one morning...and cleaned up completely when they finished. The Roof Repair Specialist (RRS) team goes out of their way to provide their customers with exceptional service. They are kind, detail-focused, and reliable. When they did maintenance on our roof, they found out that only one screw was holding up our basketball hoop - we were grateful when they removed this safety hazard. The team also saved me trips to their office when they had a team member in my area who could meet with me in-person. We were also impressed with the RRS warranties.

I called this company out for a leak on my roof. They were able to pinpoint it and identify that it was not coming from the roof. I felt bad waisting there time but what can you do. The technician was very patient and took his time to explain all the details.

Roof Repair Specialists came to repair a leak in my roof as well as a broken gutter after the recent spate of storms. They were able to find me an appointment within a day of my calling them. When they got here, they examined the problems carefully and took pictures/videos to explain the situation to me in detail. When the scope of work turned out to be less than they'd anticipated, they even saved me $1,000 off their initial estimate. The team was incredibly professional and skilled. I highly recommend them. I am happy with the job and appreciate Arman who was thorough in assessing the roof and explaining what the previous roofer didn't do correctly, after meeting with him I felt at ease in choosing this company. I appreciate the before and after pictures. The project was completed in an efficient and timely manner. Catherine kept me up to date on the project schedule, since rain postponed the initial project date. For any roof repair in the future, I will be reaching out to the Roof Repair Specialist.

I'm not inclined to write reviews but I was impressed with Roof Repair Specialist.  Their scheduling took a while but definitely worth the wait.  The crew showed up on time, were polite and did a excellent cleanup.  I had one minor concern so I called and Catherine Grande took prompt care of the issue.  I strongly recommend this company and will use them again.

Great experience working with this company from the quality of work to professionalism. Had several bad experiences with other roofers. They are quite busy like all desired contractors so try to schedule ahead.

Roof Repair Specialists were amazing. They were able to find a perfect match for our Spanish ceramic roof tile, when other companies couldn't. Then they replaced a large portion of our roof in a single day at a very reasonable price! It rained the very next day and all the leaks were fixed (and the roof looked great!). I highly recommend this company.

The house painters I hired discovered some significant damage to the roof of my rental house and said that much of the dry rot in the facia boards was due to leakage around the edges of the roof. They advised me to get a roofing company out to assess the damage before any significant rain. I called the company that installed the roof, but they were busy several months out. They described in detail what the repair required, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. From that point on, I dealt with Catherine in the office, who handled all communication and scheduling efficiently and pleasantly. The entire process went as planned and finished in a shorter amount of time than was scheduled. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the time frame in which it was completed, and the timely updates I got from Catherine. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs quality roof repair in a reasonable amount of time.

After the hurricane, I had a roof leak. I called a few companies, but only Roof Repair Specialist was willing to take on a smaller job. They set up a time, and Aram came by and reviewed the situation. He took his time and inspected. He took photos and explained what needed to be done. He said they have a $1200 minimum and explained that they would patch the holes and then do some preventative maintenance as well. We set up the time for them to do the work. I got a number of confirmations, and then the time was changed at the last minute, but it was fine. The guys came a bit early and were super nice and professional. I got photos afterwards of the work that was completed. I was really happy with my experience!

Catherine Grande, the production manager, scheduled my job promptly and oversaw the front porch roof replacement with the company's two roofers. The two roofers worked under the sorching sun in above 100 degrees fahrenheit for two consecutive day and finished the job on time. Roof Repair Specialist is professional, responsive, and thorough. I had a leak in the roof that had come through into the living room of our home. I was supplied photos as well as a video of the roof inspection and given a clear explanation of our problem and work to be done. Communication with scheduling staff was excellent. The job was started a week ahead of schedule and completed early. Throughout we were kept abreast of changes. My questions were answered quickly. Upon completion I was again supplied photos of the finished product. The price for the repair was competitive. We are very happy with the work done.
