This ended with an absolute glorious transformation of the property and large equity gain for our clients. The property is now a benefit to the new owners and community instead of a headache for both.

I recently hired Sustainable Home Construction to install a mini split system and replace a window in my home, they did an outstanding job. Josh provided excellent customer service, addressing all my questions and concerns. He was very understanding and worked with our schedule.

The mini split system they installed has been a game-changer for my home. It operates silently, provides excellent cooling. James took the time to explain its features and functionalities, making sure I felt comfortable operating it.

Requested an estimate for complete HVAC upgrade and a few smaller projects...Josh contacted me, met w/ me, provided a detailed written quote, followed up to ensure they were offering what was requested by me, and kept me informed through the process. I needed an HVAC replacement so shopped around. I got five quotes and Art's quote was not quite the cheapest, but it was the quote that gave me the most confidence in the job. They detailed everything about what they would be doing including patching and painting the closet where the old HVAC was. When the job was done, we finally had a quiet split system installed in our attic and couldn't be happier. I won't hesitate to recommend Sustainable Home Construction in the future.
