I shattered the glass in my sliding window, and the folks were not only able to bring me a brand new piece of glass in its original frame, but was able to do it within 48 Hrs. I needed my house painted somewhat quickly so I gave Reliance a shot and I couldn’t be happier with the results. First of all the salesman we dealt with was very kind, considerate and pointed out every detail of the scope of work that we wanted. He was very transparent on every step of the painting process, which was important to me. Once we settled on a date to start the job everything went as planned, the paint crew was phenomenal and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend Reliance Development for your next home improvement project!

I scheduled eight appointments with contractors looking to get bids for my roof after the storm we had unfortunately only 2 contractors even showed up I decided to go with Reliance. Their project manager Tyler did an excellent job explaining the difference between their product and other roofs that are out on the market. The experience felt extremely educational I ended up deciding to move forward with them not only because of the obvious product knowledge Tyler has but he also wasn’t pushy and seemed to genuinely care about fixing my roof leak. I would definitely use reliance again for future products.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company, the quality of work they do and the products they offer are nothing but top notch. Their representative Daniel was a miracle to have working with me, always there to answer any questions. He made sure everything went smoothly and flawlessly, would definitely recommend having this company handle your next construction project and ask for Daniel if possible.

Had my living room remodeled by reliance development an it came out better then I had envisioned , floors came out amazing !! Had my walls retextured & painted as well as baseboards clean cut & professionally done would definitely recommend to family & friends .

Amazing job! I’ve had different contractors from different companies for different projects. But when it came to Reliance, they were very assertive and had every questions I had answered. Im the type of guy with a bunch of questions and a bit paranoid, but I gotta say, communication was swift, and makes themselves available through phone or text. Easy process from start to finish! I recently had a roof repair done and I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the crew.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were very knowledgeable about roofing and they took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the crew cleaned up after themselves very well.

I am very happy with the way my roof looks now. The repair is virtually invisible and I am confident that it will last for many years to come.

Not trustworthy and very unreliable.Paid them to draw up plans for an old addition and submit them to the city, Nothing has been done. Corry does not respond to emails or phone calls.Paid 7,300 on 4/22, almost one year. I think I've been scammed, reported them to the BBB. Be careful people.

Highly recommended! Reliance was terrific to work with! We've worked with them on several projects, and each time they've been incredibly responsive and addressed all of our concerns, even those that came up suddenly. They've done lots of high quality work for us (fence installation, painting, gutters, etc.) and we will definitely work with them again in the future!

Very surprised with the job well done that this company provided. Not only was it priced reasonably, they didn’t try to scam me or sell me on extra work like most companies do. They were timely and kept to the schedule and finish date that were discussed in the free consolation.

I chose Reliance to do my windows after I got a few estimates. I am so happy that I did. I upgraded my old wood grid windows to newer, more modern energy efficient ones. I just had the best experience with this Company they are sure to go far and do big things. ROB THE BUILDER came out and gave me a estimate for Painting he Told me it was Going to be 20k for my Paint job . I was hesitant but when I Researched the prep and Elastomeric Coating it all made sense . so glad my Home is water Proofed and warrantied for Life ! thanks Rob! and Thank you Reliance!

Had a great experience with reliance development and construction great company identified my roof leak and gave me a great price to fix it. I had no problems . Covid and inflation has raised prices and has made it almost impossible to find an honest contractor but reliance came through and I trusted them with my property. My company Rep name is Rob. Fantastic kid. very knowledgeable. I would recommend to friends and family. You won’t regret it.

Really happy to say that my family has all worked with this Company They are really good people who have a good Understanding of Roofs . Got a quote for 30k from local competitor. But once Reliance inspected found out I only needed a fraction of the wood the competitor was charging me for. Ended up getting my Roof done for almost 5K less thanks Reliance. Thanks Rob the builder .

Dont Get Swindled by these Shady Construction companies . Reliance is a truthful company that stands by there word. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to know what things Actually cost no BS and very informative . Our guy was Robert. He knew exactly what we needed and did not waste our time. I would definitely recommend to Friends and Family. Our job was a Full House Re-pipe.

Cant say that I was Skeptical about seeing a 5 Star company Across the Board but Reliance is true to there reputation. They helped me out with a interior leak. only charged me 500 Bucks. now there building me A ADU I recommend them Highly Especially the one they Call Rob The Builder ! :).

They perform good work , they very quick to work and responded to a lot of my questions well without being annoyed. Overall a good dependable company to choose .

I had my house painted by Relinace and it was a very pleasant experience. The crew was really clean and professional they put tape and paper to mask and they pick up all the trash when they finished. The best part was they were always on time and finished when they said they would. I would definitely have more work done in the future

I'm very cautious about the people I hire to work on my homes. I tend to call out at least 3 contractors to give me estimates on whatever it is i'm looking to get done. I have an older home in the valley and it needed a lot of work done to the stucco on the outside. I called a handful of companies out to give me estimates. What i liked best about Reliance Development is that they never seemed to push themselves and work on me. They were knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and concerns and were able to give me a quote while they were on our scheduled appointment. I decided to hire them to do the work and i am so happy i did; My home looks brand new from the outside with the stucco repair and painting Reliance did for me. We're in discussions now about my kitchen remodel. I would definitely hire these guys for your next project. Honest, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks guys!!

This place has a couple of awsome guys here .extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a issue with a leaky roof and because I expected to pay for a new roof I was bumped out. Once these guys inspected my roof they told me all I needed was to put some flex seal on the separating rafters and it saved me some serious dough! Thanks Reliance and Especially Kevin for your patience and Understanding. I would Highly recommend to Anybody in Socal Areas.
