We were very pleased with our roof replacement by Roof Ready. Luis was responsive and professional from start to finish. He took care of communications with our insurance company and pushed to get as much of the replacement covered as possible. The Roof Ready crew was efficient and did a fantastic job. Everyone in this company have been the best to me during this whole process. They were recommended by a friend of mine (Nelson Vega) back in november/december of 2024. They were extremely patient since it was a long and fustrating ordeal to have the solar panels removed by my solar company (highly DO NOT recommend solar panels). It took my solar company almost 4 months to remove the panels off my roof because they only outsource to one "approved" company, Luis & Chris have kept in touch with me trying to find alternative efficient ways to expedite this process but unfortunately it was shut down by the company. They communicated with me every month up until the other company removed the panels and the moment they were removed (tuesday) they were able to schedule me in that same following weekend (friday)!!! Everyone at Roof Ready got the job done in 1 day!! Luis communicated with me and informed me the roof was more damaged than expected upon inspection back in nov/dec (probably since more damage was done due to our cold nasty winter). Roof Ready did an excellent job replacing the aluminum facia, the broken wood, the vinyl soffits on side of house, AND the damaged aluminum trim and vinyl siding around picture window in front of house - all the result of branches that came down during storms.They did a beautiful job in one day!

Representative of Roof Ready came out his name was Cris and came inspected my roof for a leak that I had coming into bedroom closet. Cris climbed the roof quickly found the problem fixed it there on the spot and gave me a decent price for his time. It’s good to have contractors that come out and do a proficient repair. I needed the roof replaced after purchasing my home. The only issue was the solar panels. The solar company wanted $8,600 to remove, store, and reinstall them. That was beyond my closing budget. A friend suggested I call Roof Ready. He said they would be able to help with the panels and the roof replacement. I called, and Luis & Cris showed up the same day. They assessed my roof as well as my panels and assured me that they can get me the best price possible on both. They came prepared and were so professional. Upon signing the contract, Roof Ready took care of everything else. They saved me thousands on the solar panel removal and reinstallation as well as my new roof! I’m so glad I made that call. I will be calling them this spring for a soft wash of my home as well. 5 stars for Roof Ready!

After a storm, I found a roof shingle on the ground outside my house. I wasn’t sure where it came from, and I didn’t want there to be any leaks, so I called Roof Ready. Luis came out to my house and inspected my roof with a drone. He showed me pictures where the wind damaged parts of my roof and even tore off a couple tabs. After taking a look at my insurance policy, he assured me that he would communicate with the insurance company on my behalf and was able to get my entire roof replaced for the proceeds of the insurance claim. All I had to do was make a call to initiate the claim. I did, and Luis kept his word. Not only did he get my roof replaced, he kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and even allowed my wife to choose the color of our new roof. The roof replacement went smoothly and Roof Ready kept my yard clean in the process. Now I have a new roof that will last another 40 years, and my rates were not raised. Thanks Roof Ready! I will recommend you to anyone who will listen!

After power washing the house last summer that was beautifully done and at a reasonable price, when we noticed roof shingles missing and damaged we knew who to call. Lu and the Roof Ready crew stepped right up and in the worst possible weather. Roof repaired. No leaks and again, a pretty reasonable price. It’s easy to get ripped off out here but they have integrity and a solid work ethic. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was worried about the leak in my roof and what it would cost me for the repair. I called and had an estimate the same day. It was so reasonable and the owner was more than willing to get out to my house to help. The repair was done within days and we were very pleased with the work done and the service provided.

I needed a signed letter from a roofer certifying the condition of the roof, in order to obtain homeowners insurance. Cris was so responsive, he came the same day with his drone, examined the whole roof and provided a full evaluation report the very next day. I’ve seen before and after pictures from some of his soft washing projects and they are very impressive - we will definitely be using Roof Ready for all our roofing and soft washing needs in the future!

When a tree fell on my house after a storm, I needed help quickly. Luckily, I called Cris with Roof Ready, and he came over the same day. He was there every step of the way from getting tarps on the roof, to the tree removal and the process of making sure the insurance company covered the whole replacement. Developed a small leak in my living room during the recent storms.

I called Chris from Roof Ready who personally took my call and came out on Christmas Eve to assess the problem. Two days later he returned to complete the repair work to my roof. He took photos during the process to keep us in the loop. Chris and his crew were reliable, organized and extremely professional.

I am away from home most weeks on business and my wife had called another local company that were unresponsive. Chris took the stress out of the whole situation and I felt like we were treated as a priority….even over the holiday season.

Chris and his crew at roof ready came out and helped me with a leaking chimney.. they flashed and seal around my chimney and they also replaced some badly damaged bricks and repointed the chimney along with adding a chimney cap.. Even though we did not go with Roof Ready this time, as we needed more structural renovations to the roof, we were very pleased with how informative and knowledgeable the owner Chris was. Showed up on time to every appt and gave me as much information as possible regarding my roofing needs. Definitely a great company to hire if your in need of a new roof.

I had them install two vents in my roof for bathroom fan exhaust. I'm very happy with the outcome. Cris showed up and gave me a competitive quote the same afternoon I called and they were able to schedule and complete the work that same week. They showed me pictures of the work being done and of the completed job. I appreciated that because I was able to verify the job was done as agreed and specified. I waited for a few heavy rains before writing this review to make sure the job was watertight and it certainly is.

Called Roof Ready to do an inspection on my roof because was having leaks in my living room. Cris came out right away to take a look the next day. Upon inspection he showed me exactly what was the problem and how and why it needed to be fixed asap. Cris Offered to strip back the roof 6 feet to redo ice and water and reshingle the proper way because the previous person that did it had done it wrong, gave me a great price and did great job on repair.
