Very pleased! They repaired my leaking bathroom vent and shingles around it. Also noticed my chimney was falling apart. They then referred me to a great mason (Freddy Tomori) who repaired my chimney and then Cheshire roofing reflashed the chimney and shingles around the chimney. All done at a very good price. My next roof will be put on by CHESHIRE ROOFING.

I developed a leak at my roof vents. I called Steve and he responded quickly to meet and evaluate the issue. He provided a fair price and had his crew here the following day to make the repair. They were here when he said they would be, he called to give me advanced notice of their arrival. The job was done quickly and professionally. Excellent service and communication.

Developed a dripping leak in my living room during a recent storm. I am an Airline Pilot so being away from home frequently, my wife is left to handle these stressful situations. She called Cheshire Roofing due to the great reviews they have on our local community Facebook page, and they sent a guy out the very next day to assess the problem.

When he arrived, he took one look at the leak inside the house and told my wife he would 'return later in the week with his ladders'. I waited a week and left leaving multiple voicemails with no response. The following weekend I tarped the roof myself before a second rainstorm hit, and moved onto another local company that treated me as a priority.

Not only was Cheshire roofing too busy to handle my issue, they didn't even extend us the curtesy of returning our calls. I would not recommend this company.

We live in Hamden CT having moved here from Wisconsin last year. Early on we realized we had a roof and a gutter leak. Based on Google reviews, we contacted Cheshire Roofing and met Steve who we quickly learned has encyclopedic knowledge of roofs/gutters. He came out to assess our roof. He found TWO roof leaks and the gutter leak and explained our chimney crown also needed to be redone and he provided photos of the problems.

He recommended a mason for the chimney work who we hired and who did an excellent job within a few days of bidding.
Steve came out and made the two roof repairs in two hours and tried correcting the gutter leak with caulking, but cautioned us that the corner of the gutter may need to be replaced. It did.
He had his gutter guy come out and he replaced the corner where the leak probably had been leaking for years. He also did some other maintenance on the gutter to insure the water flowed
correctly to the downspout. Problem solved! Such a relief.

They fit us in with other ongoing jobs and within a few weeks everything was done and the new parts/shingles matched the original incredibly well. Our roof is 15 years old with a 30 year warranty and they put us back on track to get the full life out of it.
Total roof/gutter repair costs $1,100, very fair and reasonable.
We strongly recommend Cheshire Roofing for any roof/gutter repairs and new installations.

Dealing with Steve was very easy and he was very professional all the way. He was very prompt with his quote and he's crew did a very nice job, all the way down to cleaning the job site after finishing the work. The fellows on the crew worked well with each other and it was a hot day in the 90s. They just knocked out the job in one day which was very surprising. I was very pleased going with Cheshire Roofing and have no regrets.
