I reached out to All Site over two months ago and had several conversations with Matt. I provided all the necessary details, including the insurance estimate, as requested for a quote. Despite following up multiple times via email, text, and phone, I never received a response. It’s disappointing to experience this level of unresponsiveness — especially when calls go unanswered or rejected, and information provided is inconsistent. This is not the level of service I expected.

I can't speak to the quality of work this company does, because I had a different roofing company complete the work on my house. However, my only interaction with this company was to come home and find their sign posted in front of my house. It strikes me as very unprofessional to post a sign in front of a house you did not complete the project for, thereby inferring that you deserve credit for someone else's work.
