Our complete bathroom remodel was a complicated project due to a long term leaking situation in the shower floor which caused weakening in the structure of the house. Nazar provided excellent communication from start to finish. He provided careful guidance in the selection of products. He and his crew are exacting and meticulous. Nazar is thoughtful about what will make the most sense and he doesn’t cut any corners. I absolutely love the new bath and recommend New Fresh Homes without hesitation.

My siblings and I were delighted with the work Nazar and his staff did in renovating the bathrooms in our childhood home. He understood our desire to balance needed upgrades while preserving legacy mid-century design elements, and executed that balance perfectly and at a fair price. From our initial meeting with him, through contract signing and project completion, Nazar’s communication with us was excellent. We could not be present while the work was being done, and he kept us informed through photos, videos, phone and text updates. Seeing the outcome in person completely validated our decision to go with Nazar and New Fresh Homes. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with a contractor who is as conscientious, creative, and caring about the quality of his company’s workmanship.

We had an excellent experience with New Fresh Homes! A couple of years ago, they built a completely new roof for us, and we were so happy with their work that we called them again to install new siding on our house. Their prices were incredibly fair compared to others we contacted. The job site was cleaned thoroughly every day before they left, which we really appreciated.

Nazar was meticulous with every detail we requested and made sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted. His extensive experience in construction truly stood out—he even suggested a few improvements that turned out better than we imagined. We’re so glad we trusted his advice!

Nazar and his team have been nothing short of excellent!! We contacted Nazar after a tree fell and damaged our home. He was there the next day to assess the damage and offered a plan of action. His workers were amazing and committed to doing each job the right way. All in all Nazar and his team replaced our roof, all of our windows and siding. Nazar did a major kitchen renovation for our home over the summer of 2024. Simply put, he is the most wonderful person we have ever had work on our home and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. He is honest, thoughtful and 100% dedicated to every project that he takes on. Anytime there was an issue, he would call right away to talk us through our options and make sure that we weren’t going over budget. I am very detail oriented and he kept wonderful track of all of the smaller pieces in the kitchen (like hardware and shelving) to make sure that everything was executed as planned. His response times were also extremely fast and was all around just a joy to work with. We can’t wait to work with him again in the future!

The New Fresh Homes team did a great job and were timely. We had four windows replaced. I would certainly recommend them.

This is our second project in five years (both decks) with Nazar, and like other reviewers, our experiences both times were excellent. His workers--with his close supervision and input--do a fantastic job. He works with you to sort out exactly how the project will be built, gives detailed estimates and there are no surprises. The materials are high quality and the designs look exactly as we had discussed and planned. The picture below shows the latest deck, which was built on the side of our house, along with the roof overhang. The best part is he actually comes when he says he is coming--on time!! He responds quickly to texts too. It was completed 3 days before the huge storm and held up just great. Highly, highly recommend Fresh Homes. You won't be disappointed.

We were very pleased with 2 recent projects that were done in our home - bathroom tub-to-shower conversion and basement remodel. They were very easy to work with, and we will definitely be hiring them again for future projects.

We have hired Nazar to do a variety of projects now, some big and some small. He has become the first person we call without a need to compare quotes anymore because he does beautiful work, his pricing has always been fair, and he is a kind person who will answer all my questions.
Recently we ran into a problem with installing a medicine cabinet. There was a pipe where it shouldn’t have been, and the hole was already there. Nazar came up with a solution of putting a decorative wall around it to hide the larger hole. We were ok with his solution without being able to fully picture it because in our multiple projects he has always provided high quality results.

We, for the first time in over 25 years, hired a company not family or friends. Our kitchen counter and backsplash are so beautiful! More importantly, Nazar, company owner, was a fantastic communicator. Budget questions, style suggestions were made but it was always clear that he respects that this is our home and our decisions would be respected. His time line was clearly shared; imagine our surprise when he called asking if we'd like work done 2 weeks ahead of schedule!!!!!!!! Materials were in, a fact he could have chosen to not share. His employees were timely, clean, efficient and had impeccable workmanship. Nazar also took the added step to check quality daily and answer our questions.
We would HIGHLY recommend New Fresh Homes and if we are fortunate enough to have added upgrades to our home; no question we will call Nazar.

I've had two great experiences with Nazar and New Fresh Homes. The recently installed my new front door and sidelight, and it looks fantastic. He answered all my questions throughout the process, his crew was on time and worked hard, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I had the best experience with New Fresh Homes Company, in doing some repairs to my garage I had to replace some plywood , replace all the shingles to the roof, and scrape and repaint the entire garage . Nazar came out, did an evaluation on the garage, planned out the repairs, and gave us a fair quote. All done and completed within two weeks of me first contacting him. Nazar found and fixed a leak in my house that other contractors failed to identify. He was prompt and communicative with his estimate and very fair pricing.

Nazar and his team from New Fresh Homes recently replaced two exterior doors, one of which was a combo door/sidelights. We were very happy with the entire process - from initial meeting to final install/follow up. They did a fantastic job. We also appreciated that he provided the quote, responded to questions, etc in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

We hired this company when we had our kitchen redone. It has been a mess from start to finish. First; a project that was supposed to take a month or two ended up taking almost four months; everything was constantly being delayed. Then one of the guys decided it was okay to pee all over my floor and toilet without cleaning up after himself, despite there being TP, paper towels and Clorox wipes he easily could have used. Then after assuring me at least 5x that the cabinets would go to the ceiling, when it came to installation and they finally finished the job, there’s a gap between the molding and the ceiling, he didn’t even mention it to me when they did it, I had to call him after the job was done to ask about it. The backsplash is also horribly done, and after they put it up, they blamed the material of the backsplash, but they had the backsplash for months, out of the box, so they could have told me that it wasn’t a good material and then I would have gladly chosen another. We had to ask them 3x to do another coat of paint because it was poorly done. Then I had a non working outlet that I had to have them come back to fix, that they decided to put a non ground plug when it’s not even legal to have one near the sink. When they came back to “fix” that for me, they messed with the electricity and the dishwasher stopped working so we had to fix that ourselves. When my wife messaged him about it he said we didn’t have a brain and we are the ones who are trash, not his company. I didn’t want to leave a review, he asked me five times to do so. So here it is.

I was also charged $900 for a dumpster that was never here. In fact, on multiple occasions I had to dig thru my recycling to pull out their food trash, and they were always using my trash.

They didn’t seal off the room connected to the kitchen well at all and I had to throw out over $100 in my pets bedding and toys because they were not even salvageable if I tried washing them.

He DID, however, put back up my curtain rod and switch a light out in the kitchen for me, so I guess these monumental tasks that I could have easily done myself make up for a crappily done $45,000 kitchen renovation.

I’m sure this review will be paid to be taken down but oh well.

Highly recommend New Fresh Homes! We had an oil flood that covered the entire basement, requiring a complete rebuild. Everything from the walls to floors, doors, and electrical needed to be replaced. From our first meeting with Nazar and throughout the entire project he was quick to return our calls, answer questions and make necessary adjustments (while communicating with an unresponsive and challenging insurance adjuster). He’s knowledgeable trustworthy, and he and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently to complete the rebuild. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and finished project! Highly recommend!

Nazar and his team did a wonderful job replacing some siding on our home! Nazar was very responsive, timely and professional. We weren't home when the work was being done. However, when we got back, there was not a single piece of debris or garbage left from the job and the work looked exactly as expected. Highly recommend New Fresh Homes for home updates!

Nazar removed a 60 in vanity in my bathroom that I absolutely hated. He replaced it with a new one (that I love!) with a marble top. He wasn’t happy with the quality of the marble top from Home Depot because there was a chip in one part he had to hide or that the sink didn’t already come glued in. He had to glue it in. He also installed a new faucet for us. Mind you, this is after the first marble top came broken in 2 places. As an aside, Home Depot might not be the best place to shop for the marble top although the vanity cabinet itself is beautiful. He also took down this very large mirror that was glued to the wall which was also hated. Beautiful large round mirror was put up. No mess, and they took away all the old stuff.

He did a great job and gets a thumbs up. I have included pics. You’ll have to imagine what it looks like painted!

I was unlucky and had my basement flood. New Fresh Homes was recommended to me for repairs. Nazar was timely in quoting me for repairs and then also got the job scheduled and finished quickly! I am very happy with the result and the level of work performed.

I have recommended Nazar and New Fresh Homes to my clients recently who were buying a home. They needed a couple new windows, doors on a shed, and painting. When under contract to buy a home we had one day to find someone to provide an estimate regarding the installation of Lally columns in the basement (the home had Jack posts in place). I called dozens of contractors and none were able to come out that day. Nazar said he could find time in the evening to stop by and provide an estimate. After purchasing the home, Nazar and his team installed the Lally columns. Super professional, on time, trustworthy and just overall nice people. The repair was also done at a great price- no surprises or add ons etc- Will definitely hire again for other home repairs.
