Roof Pro just redid my roof. They were excellent from start to finish. Handled everything and kept all promises. The crew arrived at 6:45 am and worked until almost 8:00. The roof is absolutely beautiful. The surrounding yard is cleaner than when they arrived. Kudos to Roof Pro. I would heartily recommend them any time.

I was very satisfied with my experience. My roof has damage from hail and wind. My rep, Damian Wolfe, was attentive and knowledgeable. I had never made an insurance claim before in my life. Damian helped me through the process. The work itself seems excellent- it’s only been a few weeks since it was done but the crew was fast and efficient.

Jared Witt from Roof Pros showed up at our home after a localized hail storm with large hail. He offered to do an inspection of our roof no charge, no obligation. We spoke for several minutes. I worked in the claims department of a major insurance company for 44 years, so contracts, coverage, and homeowner claims were very familiar to me. I knew after a few minutes that this guy knew his stuff, and was the real deal. After the inspection he showed me photos and videos of not only the damage to our roof, but screens, window trim, and garage doors as the hail came in wind-blown from the north. He proceeded to do an estimate, worked directly with the insurance company, and helped resolve some issues with them. He has been doing this 11 years, and it showed. Eventually we had a new roof, new trim pieces, new eaves etc. It was a large undertaking, and all that for just the cost of our deductible. I cannot recommend this company enough. Their crew that came in to do the work were polite, efficient, friendly, and most of all did a wonderful job. You can't go wrong.

This company is a total scam. Told me they would work with my insurance to make sure I get a new roof from storm damage. My insurance company had a guy come out and we were supposed to protest the claim denial. That was 6 months ago and nobody will return my call, especially Hunter Harrington. Use a different company!

Evan of Roof Pros knocked on our door one weekend and told us that there had been significant hail in our neighborhood and offered to get up on our roof and inspect for damage. While he was up there, I checked with teh CT Department of Consumer Protection and the Bettter Business Bureau and confirmed that they were licenesed with the state and had a strong BBB rating. We were a bit relucatant to work with an out of state company, but he explained that we would not be required to pay anything until work was complete and we had received insurance proceeds. We also checked out the Owens-Corning shingles and confirmed that Roof Pros was under their Platinum Warranty plan. We could not have been more pleased with their performance. They assisted us in submitting the insurance claim. They went above and beyond both in helping us replace attic fans and in arranging for the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels. Every step went exactly as Evan told us that it would, and our new roof (paid for by our insurance) looks terrific. We could not be happier with their performance and the results.

Three years ago we had Roof Pros replace our asphalt architectural shingled roof. Jordan Carlson, our sales rep, did a nice job helping us thru the entire experience. The quality of work on the roof, two new skylights, and new gutters with leaf guards, was top notch! Now, three years later when we had a gutter issue, Josh Hill stepped up, in true “RoofPro Professional” fashion to resolve the issue and have the problem gutters replaced in a timely manner. From the quality Corning Shingle Roof, to the two crystal clear skylights, and the resolution and replacement of a couple of flawed gutters, the RoofPro Team provided great customer service! Rick Lammers was great throughout the process. Between, he, his company and the construction attorney they work with, our claim with Universal was completely reversed to acceptance. Admittedly, this took 10 months but they stuck with it. Great personalized service from Rick and JB Construction Law in Jacksonville. The claim was paid in full including legal fees by Universal.

Roof Pros were great to work with, especially Chris Possehl! The company was responsive, the quote for work was spot-on, and they worked with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. They showed up when they said they would, they kept me informed on the progress of the job, and they totally went the extra mile with my insurance company as well. The Crew that took our old roof off and put the new roof on were spectacular! Roof Pros did our roof after a hailstorm damaged it several years ago. We recently discovered a leak and called Kevin at Roof Pros to investigate. He was extremely helpful and sent someone out to investigate right after we called. They discovered the source of the leak and made repairs. The whole crew did great work on our partially metal and partially asphalt shingle roof. The end result looks great! Have to specifically call out our project manager, Evan, for being beyond helpful and doing everything he could to make sure we were taken care of! He came out almost monthly to check on temp repairs (even in the middle of a major storm!) while we waited for insurance issues to get resolved so we could move forward with the whole roof. Every time we offered to compensate him for his repeated visits, he refused. If we called, he was there quickly to allay our concerns. Very responsive, very personable, and very professional!

Roof Pros was great with our roof replacement. Highly recommended. Very responsive, called on a warranty issue with my roof and they were there inspecting it that same afternoon. Actually, I didn't even have the warranty paperwork from the previous owner and the roof is over 4 yrs old, but they didn't give me any issues and will actually track down the paperwork for me. Problem on roof wasn't caused by their work, poor framing by the builder, but they fixed it anyways at a very reasonable cost, alot better compared to other estimates. Talk to Chris and Earle.

This is a honest and professional company. They accomplish everything they say will do. The installers are quick and clean 100% after the work is done. They are very responsive and really take care of the customers. We are very satisfied with the whole process of replacing our old roof.

After noticing roof damage, I contacted RoofPro and was assigned Thomas Siloski as my representative. He did a thorough inspection and submitted the report to my insurance company, only to be denied. Thomas didn’t give up. He submitted more pictures and proof of damage. After many months, his tenacity paid off and the repairs were approved. During all this time, Thomas kept me informed and returned all my calls. I can confidently recommend RoofPro and Thomas Siloski without hesitation. They get an A+ in my book.

Roof Pros exceeded my high expectations. They did everything they said they would do and more in the process of installing a new roof on my home. Their workers were polite, professionally dressed, and kind. My neighbor happened to have a roofing project underway at the same time. Her two guys and a truck spent all day making little progress. I first met Curt Massey & Addison when my sister called me to attend an estimate on a Roof Replacement at her home. Having over 46+ yrs as an Electrical Contractor in NYC I was very impressed with Curt’s entire presentation & noted immediately the booty’s on his shoes entering the home. I questioned him on several items included Workers Comp & Liability Insurance policy’s, which he immediately produced along with a reference sheet of customer contacts to call, Owens Corning Certification, State of Florida Licensing along with Supply Companies & Roof Contracting Membership & Associations.

My sister & I both had Addison check & photograph the integrity of our roofs & was surprised to find a recent hail storm had caused sever damage. We both signed with Curt to proceed with the roof replacement & I was told I would have a 7:00am start time, the crew arrived at 7:00am. I was taken back to see the Caliber of Trucks & Equipment that arrived, the skill of the crew that protected our home & landscaping, the workmanship of each crew member knowing & performing their task in completing the project. The roof replacement was completed in a single day & followed up by Addison during & after the project. I was on site from start to finish & appreciated the workmanship & dedication.

Roof Pros was always on time with everything from initial inspection, to a timely estimate for the insurance company, to completing the new roof. Their salesman, Kevin Law, answered all of my questions and when he couldn’t, he quickly got the answers or documents from other reliable sources. Can’t say enough good things about Kevin Law. The roofing crew was on time and put up protective “curtains” all around the house so debris did not get into my yard or flower beds.
