Carlos was very professional and has great customer service. The insurance we have had denied us many times before. We really thought that we were going to have to pay for the roof ourselves. We had lost hope! We recommend him 100% we are so so grateful to him. We really think he’s an angel that god sent us to help us. Also I want to point out how such a hard worker he is. He is very persistent and gets the insurance to pay. God bless him and his family! I’m sure his mom is so proud of him.

Carlos initially contacted us early last year for a routine roof inspection because of a few storms that had affected my area and also because the age of my roof. Upon completion of his inspection he came to the conclusion that my roof had significant storm damage and could potentially qualify for a replacement through my insurance coverage. After the first inspection that was scheduled with Statefarm my roof was denied because of supposed wear and tear that was excluded from coverage under my policy. Basically Statefarm wasn’t going to be responsible and pay for the loss of my roof.. After I became discouraged Carlos reassured me that he would help me get Statefarm to cover the replacement of my roof and the detachment and installation of my solar panels. Not only was Carlos very helpful and persistent throughout the entire process but also kept his word and had Statefarm pay for the entire cost of my project! I went from getting paid $0 to over $16,000 in coverages because of Carlos assisting me through this entire process. If you’ve been denied or are looking at having your insurance company pay for your roof or any insurance related losses on your property I would highly recommend you working with Roof n Solar!

Carlos helped me through the roof replacement process after initially meeting with my insurance adjuster. He provided me with a few different options for roofing and solar, after we agreed on a price we selected the materials that would be used for my project. We set a day and time and they were very punctual and efficient through the entire process and I would highly recommend them!

Carlos and Jose came today to inspect our roof. Did their due diligence to search for any damages that may have occurred from a prior storm that hit here. They were completely honest and found little to no damage. Will definitely contact again for any roof repair or replacement!
