I had an outstanding experience with Roof Monster LLC. When they initially knocked on my door, I was a bit apprehensive since I'm usually wary of door-to-door sales pitches. However, I was quickly put at ease by the professionalism and transparency of their estimator and sales team. They took the time to explain the entire process for repairing my damaged roof and discussed potential issues with my insurance company, assuring me they would handle all negotiations on my behalf. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could proceed with no money out of pocket through an insurance claim.

The entire process, from the first contact to the installation of my new roof, took just two weeks. I was impressed by how organized and efficient everything was. The crew was highly professional and did an exceptional job. They made sure to clean up thoroughly after removing the old roof, leaving my property in great condition and using magnetic tools to pick up any nails that might come off during deconstruction of the old roof. (I was told to expect some nails around the driveway and make sure I checked myself)
