We had our garage roof cleaned and treated. Jack came and checked our roof out, quoted us a price and set up the cleaning phase. The cleaning removed all of the black streaks and the roof looked like new. They came back about 3 weeks later and did the treatment and we have a 5 yr warranty on the shingles. We are very pleased with the process and outcome. We do recommend having the roof cleaned first as we did as it is amazing how it makes the roof look and the cost was very reasonable for that and the whole process. Thanks Jack and all of the workers who were here. Great job!!

We had roof cleaning due to dark mold and moss growth. We also needed our siding power washed (not offered through Roof Maxx) so Jack referred a local company who would do both (and they gave us an acceptable price).
The roof inspection uncovered the cause of a leak - a hole in a vent boot. Roof Maxx performed a roof tune-up with new vent boots, fixed nail pops and caulked where needed.
Finally, an application of the 5yr sealant.
Our roof is green again!

I lived near the shore. My roof is more than 10 years old. Roof Maxx sprayed its safe conditioning on the roof two-and-a-half years ago. In two major wind storms, a few shingles flew off. Roof Maxx fixed them in days as warrantied. My warranty will expire in 30 months and l will again ask Roof Maxx to spray. I have recommended its service to neighbors and friends.

Contact was continued throughout the process, which is weather-dependent and a two-part procedure. The original color choice of shingle replacement was not to the techs' satisfaction, so they left to purchase a better selection. I appreciated their professionalism and attitude- they were certainly enjoyable to work with and even remembered there was a cat that would climb into their work vehicles! It remains to be seen how the shingles fare in the next couple of years, but I have no reason to believe the product will not be as good as the business itself.

Jack was awesome. I had a thousand questions and he took his time explaining everything. I will recommend them 100%.

We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with our Roof Maxx purchases. Roof Maxx proactively communicated with us during the process and addressed our questions and concerns as they arose leading up to the roof treatment application. As part of their product guarantee, Roof Maxx staff came back a couple of weeks after the roof treatment application and conducted two shingle tests to show the increased shingle flexibility. Roof Maxx also offered to inspect the attic for any leaks after the application, and since we had just had 2 days of heavy rain the day before, I was happy to accept their offer. When I informed Roof Maxx that I oddly had a tiny leak in a first floor porch area outside the scope of their contract, they quickly volunteered to go up on the porch roof and caulk any gaps or cracks. This was above and beyond our expectations.

Before we had them apply the Roof Maxx treatment, we purchased the add-on service of the soft wash roof cleaning service to remove the moss and lichens which do cause damage to shingles. It did make the roof look "newer" and we are happy we did this. However, shortly after the soft-wash cleaning application, we did notice that a couple of hostas and a holly bush died after the treatment and I sent pictures to Roof Maxx. Roof Maxx immediately gave us a generous credit towards our contract and reached out to the third party soft-wash cleaning company and informed them of the issue as this had never happened before. We were later informed that because it was a hot and dry summer, the chemical had to be made stronger and they did not realize its toxic potency to common plants. I simply suggested that they inform homeowners to cover any expensive or rare plants that they want to protect "JUST IN CASE" this happens again. Regardless of this minor issue, Roof Maxx did quickly address this and try and make it "right." And as far as the Roof Maxx plant-based shingle treatment, we can attest that we had NO PLANT DAMAGE. Based on all that we experienced, we highly recommend Roof Maxx.

Very disappointed, my wife and I have more then enough money to replace our roof, contractor came out, didn't even inspect it, told me right off the bat, he was not interested. Our house is paid for in cash, so Roof Max missed out on this one, and I will advise anyone else to stay away from this place.( Maybe it was because I'm black, could of been.) But for him not to even inspect the roof you tell me. I just found out my co-worker went through the exact same thing with roof max, and his house is only 12 yr.s old.

Roof Maxx did a terrific job for both myself and my neighbor. My roof is about 15 years old and needed some help. Roof Maxx was the easiest, economical and environmentally best application possible. Should extend my roofs life an additional 5 years.

Jack was our salesman. Very perfesional. We had 2 roof done in our neighborhood so we received a 10 percent discount on application of roof max product.
Our roof is 22 years old and there was only a cap piece missing which they replaced and also renailed a face board on our deck with out being asked.
A lot cheaper and cleaner than adding new roof shingles.
I will not have to worry about roof for 5 more years.

Jack especially was one of the nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever worked with. He went out of his way to drive to our house on a Saturday, give us a quote, which by the way, was even cheaper than I had hoped or expected to spend, and was able to get this job scheduled within a few days, even though they were scheduling out a few weeks. He explained the process, gave us an honest assessment, and was not overly trying to sell things that weren’t necessary.

We hired Roof Maxx to restore our roof because we believe in the sustainable roof rejuvenation process that they are known for. From beginning to end, they were outstanding. Our Roof Maxx specialist was Jack Kopko and he was professional from day one. Jack came on the scheduled day to inspect our roof and provided pictures and a detailed
description of what our roof needed and the application procedure. On the day of our roof restoration, the team was prompt, professional and efficient. The roof looked instantly revitalized and they left everything in perfect condition. Very affordable, simple, and earth friendly process. We highly recommend them! Excellent job!

Very professional, personable, and responsive to questions. They did the "roof tuneup" repairs and the RoofMaxx process on my absurdly high and steep roof without incident.

Minor repairs, roof cleaning (very nice), application of soy-based rejuvenator. People showed up with notice, did the job quietly, cleaned up after themselves, left without fuss. Good job.

Jack, from Roof Max was very professional. He was always on time with appointments, explained the process, and answered all my questions. Jack even showed up in the day ther roof was going to be sprayed. Mike who sprayed the roof did a thorough job inspecting the roof and making repairs where necessary. They both made sure the spray did not damage the house by wetting down exposed areas with water. When they were gone you would have never known they were here.

So my first issue with them is, on their website they offer a you a price estimator to calculate an average of what the price will be. Our “estimated” price was $1,700 - $1,900. It is an estimated so I assumed it could be a couple hundred off; nope; our cost, no extras and a 10% discount $3,024.00. When I asked how it could be almost double, this is the response I received:

Hmmmm….sounds like a little bit of bait and switch. I could have said no but it was cheaper than a new roof.
So our appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday and they ended up calling and saying they could come a day early which was great. According to their website it says the whole process takes a few hours..safe to assume 2 to 3 hrs.? I received a text at 11:17 telling me “Mike” was on his way. I came home for lunch at 1:30 and the technician was just beginning to unload his truck. I received a text a 3:34 saying he was finished. Two hours, start to finish, including set up and clean up, 1 person. It took him longer to get to our home than it did to complete the job. That may explain the next part. The first picture it looks like he missed spots at the top of the roof and in the front, second picture, the section under the post thing, third its just streaking or missing, I don’t know, and the fourth, although we opted out of the cleaning, did he seriously not take the time to sweep off the pine needles? So now they are sealed to the roof? Come on…just a little bit of effort and common sense here please?
When they came out to pick up the final payment, I asked him if he looked at the roof and without even asking for it he offered a free cleaning. It’s a nice offer but I am going to decline as I do not see how a cleaning after it is already sealed is going to help.

Highly professional and fantastic work!!! I had a consult for the treatment and 2 soft spots were found. FoofMaxx repaired BOTH soft spots as well as a few other repairs that were identified. The work is near perfection and the costs were kept at a much more manageable rate than hiring an outside roofing company. I spent less than 1/3 of the cost it would have taken to replace an entire roof that really wasn't ready for replacement. This is an honest company with true professionals. I highly recommend them for not only their work, but the product is tested and proven to give you roof extra life. Anyone looking to extend their roof life instead of replacing a roof, call RoofMaxx!!!

Great initial service from Jack K. Jack was patient with me as I was working to refinance my home. Once that was done, I called him and he immediately got me on the books. Mike and his team were awesome with the work they did. In addition to the roof treatment, they cleaned out my gutters, moved all my furniture from the deck prior to cleaning, and cleaned the deck and replaced the furniture. Great service and finished under the scheduled time. Kudos to the Roof Maxx Team!
