John, Ryan and Andrew all did an excellent job for us. We have already recommended them and will continue to do so. They were fun to get to know.

Did not clean up after the job was completed. I had to blow off my back deck and my front porch because it had black roof grit on it. Also, my plants around my house have black specks on them which is root grip. I initial the line on the contract that stated that they would wash down the house and the surrounding items to reduce residual being left that was not done

I just had my roof cleaned by Joshua Mendez of Roof Maxx. Joshua was very professional and explained the process to me prior to starting. This is a good and honest company. Everyone has been kind and professional. I felt the pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend Roof Maxx.

The 2 Roof Maxx technicians came to my house. They were punctual, friendly, courteous, and hard working. They did a very thorough, excellent job applying the Roof Maxx product to my roof. I have nothing negative to say about the product or application of Roof Maxx. At this point, I recommend this product and give my highest 5 star review to the technicians. I did this because in about a week, I will be installing solar panels to my house roof, and and want my shingles to last as long as possible.

Roof looks like new. Additional surprises were pressure washing concrete under deck. Washed front door and windows which was much appreciated. Joshua took 288 pictures and showed where vents and stacks were sealed. I do recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and nice.

Josh came out to place new rubber fittings around vent pipes. (Old rubber had deteriorated badly) He added additional sealant to seams to ensure no leak protection.His work was exemplary. Very thorough and always courteous of my issues. Well done Josh.

Guaranteed Roof did a really amazing job on my roof. My roof was inspected and then thoroughly cleaned. After the inspection, Guaranteed Roof did not try to oversell me on a roof replacement or services that I did not need. They told me that my roof was in great shape and gave me the options for their cleaning and/or rejuvenating services. After completing the cleaning of my roof, the roof looked brand new. They provided both before and after photos which I really appreciated. They exceeded my expectations. My technician, Joshua Simpson and Joshua Mendez were very professional and started and completed the job exacting during the time that was quoted. They did an incredible job. Joshua, our service tech could not have been nicer. He showed up on time and addressed a few of my questions and concerns after he had shampooed and conditioned our roof and started with the Roof Maxx sealant.. He inspected the entire roof and preformed what he called a tune up, mailing down any nails that were starting to back out and checking flashing to be sure everything was intact. He also used black sealer on any areas that needed it before he applied the roof . Joshua went over and above and cleaned up after himself. The office was very nice to work with as well, answered all of my questions and provided me with all of my documentation. We definitely would use or recommend this company and service again as our 25 year old roof looks brand new!

I could not believe that exceptional customer exist , Dylan did not only helped us with figuring with the finance but also provided excellent knowledge about the product that he offered. I highly recommend to keep him and let him train the rest of your sales people , so your company could grows leaps & bounds by having new employees trained by experienced people like him. Roof Maxx roof cleaning is an unbelievable service! I was a bit skeptical because you don't hear of 'roof cleaning and conditioning' but it makes perfect sense: Your roof is about the hardest working component of your home and gets the most abuse, along with a torturous amount of heat, dirt and just debris... but never gets any love!

The cleaning process was amazing to watch, even slightly gross as greenish brown waves cascaded off the roof from the non-toxic/plant-friendly shampoo. All the algae, mildew and staining just ran off. My roof looks brand new - no kidding - plus some of the lifted corners are now flat again due to the relaxant in the conditioner applied later.

On top of this glowing report, Amanda was an absolute Customer Service joy to work with and schedule, plus Andrew showed up exactly on-time, was super friendly and courteous from start to amazing finish. Roof Maxx offers a breakthrough service and is absolutely recommended, easily earning every one of their 5 stars.
