Roof looks great. Had a lot of moss in certain areas. Cleaned it up and I’ll get many many more years of life from a well maintained roof. Crew was great, cleaned up and hauled all the debris away. Highly recommend

First Class service. The quoting process was beyond my expectations, very thorough, explained the process very well in an easy to understand method. The team that came out to perform our roof cleaning was very polite, did am amazing job of cleaning our roof and also cleaned all of the debris that came off the roof, other than the roof being now cleaned, you couldn't even tell that they were there. Hight impressed with this company and I HIGHLY recommend them for your roof care needs.

We had Roof Life out many years ago to replace part of our roof and they did a great job. Unfortunately, our recent experience was not good. One of their employees came out to take a look at the condition of our roof and assess the repairs needed. When I asked him how it looked, he said "tired" with some attitude. Meanwhile I'm thinking "Well, I'm so sorry we don't meet your expectations". I asked him again what he thought and he blew me off with "I'll send you an estimate". Ten days later, no estimate so I call the office and the admin says she will remind him. I never heard from them again.

I can't stand contractors who ghost potential customers.

Roof Life of Oregon did a great job by installing two Velux Sun Tunnels in our loft. It added a tremendous amount of light during the day and they also have solar rechargable night lights during the night.

Two employees arrived at 10am and cleaned the entire roof in about 2.5 hours. One on the roof and one worked by laying drop tarps around the house to catch the moss and stuff that was washed off the roof, he also sprayed the house off from the moss debri bits, they did an excellent job.

We are very glad we chose Roof Life for our new roof. Jerry the project manager was professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail all aspects of the job. He monitored the project while the work was being done. The crew was also great and took care to ensure daily cleanup was completed. We highly recommend you check Roof Life out before making any final decisions if you are in need of a new roof.

Roof Life was quick to come out and provide a quote. I really appreciated the time taken during this process to thoroughly explain our issue as well as a comprehensive video that was put together as part of the quote. Due to the holidays, our job was booked several weeks out but they installed a tarp on the roof right away to protect from any leakage. On the day of the work, the crew was fast and tidy in their work. They cleaned up everything after the fact, and the resulting work looks great!

The company does get a star for excellent office staff, with prompt responses.

My experience with the person coming out to give me a quote was poor. He drove up to my house, knocked on the door, told me he didn't bring a ladder so he couldn't get on my roof, his phone didn't have great reception and left. Less than 30 seconds at my house. He then sent me an estimate for over $21.50/sqft of roof. That's roughly 2x-4x the average price across the state of Oregon. They wanted $21K for ~1000 sqft of roof. They never looked at my roof, never gave me options, talked schedule, timeline, just showed up (15 minutes late), knocked on my door told me they couldn't do anything left and sent me an outrageous price estimate...
If you like burning money for no reason go for Roof-Life of Oregon.

No more leak. Cleaned up afterwards very well and a new skylight installed. It is holding up against this weeks big rain. Patrick was great to work with! Had three other roofing companies try to fix and they didn’t.

Sadly, our experience with Roof Life is not like others posted. Poor communication on their side left us with a job done that changed our roof from subtle to a look that makes me frustrated and angry every day I look at it. We had no idea what the final appearance would be and have received no help in resolving our frustration. Make sure you know what you are getting!!

The entire experience has been very positive. From the initial visit to the minor repairs and treatment of our wood shakes was done in a timely and professional manner. So far so good.

I initially reached out to them, they came out and quoted <2weeks, work began ~5 weeks later (excellent given time of year), and from work start to end <1 week. They clean up after themselves everyday, do their best to ensure a safe work environment for all and make attempts to minimize disruption to those within the home and neighborhood. Any and all questions or concerns were immediately answered by Jerry or Yost and addressed. Also, areas we had to figure out together (such as where exactly sky lights should be located that they were installing) we came to agreements quickly and confidently. I'm very happy choosing RLoO for this project and would recommend to others in a heartbeat.

It was initially difficult to get Roof Life of Oregon to return our calls for setting up the free inspection appointment. But once we got over that, they did a very good job of the cleaning the moss on our roof. First, they did the video inspection and gave us a quote with the inspection report which included the video recording. We appreciated it. Then the crew came and was very thorough and professional. They even cleaned the side of our neighbor’s house that was splashed onto while they were working on our roof. We appreciated that also. They also showed us photographs of the repairs they made on the roof, although we did not get these photographs, as we had requested. Overall, we felt they did the job with integrity.

Roof Life did a great job of cleaning and treating our roof. This is the second time we have used them and we will use them in the future as well.

Roof Life of Oregon came and did the roof inspection and gave a very detailed quote. When we decided to go with their company the communication was a bit slow, I had to email twice in a week’s time, which made it so we almost chose another company. Other than that we have had a great experience! They did a great job cleaning our roof of moss and debris!

The FifthStar is NOT used because no matter how well done the services rendered are, we feel that there is always room for improvement.

RLoO has always been excellent. Seventeen years ago they put on a new roof. They were fantastic then. There is some problem now and they have acted with integrity.

Having a 20 year old roof, unfortunately it developed a leak. Patrick of Roof Life of Oregon came out quickly to assess the situation and recommended a repair solution. Roof Life was able to quickly put me on the schedule, working around my schedule, as I wanted to be home during the repair. The work was done well and the workmen clearly explained each step of the process. I no longer have a leak and understand where I stand with my current roof. Roof Life was amazing. You want uncomplicated, payment options and rapid repair timing? Then these are your people! We got 5 other quotes from other businesses for what was wrong or needing fixed. No one but Roof Life actually got on our roof and looked. They took pictures and videos and explained what we needed without preposterous recommendations. They were the only ones to think ahead and consider future issues inclusive of what we needed for immediate repairs. Exceptionally reasonable in costs. Not only was the roof tech polite and knowledgeable, he was meticulous with the clean up and on time. Simplest process for payment options and communication. We will never use anyone else for our repairs and will be recommending them to family and friends.

They went above and beyond, completely cleaned the roof and even the roof of my covered patio which they didn't have to. After powerwashing the debris off the roof it all went to my papers and they cleaned those off too. They did an absolutely thorough job.

Jerry provided videos of the roof both before and after, explaining everything. We shared those with our family and told friends what a great marketing tool we think it is!

Yost was in charge of the actual re-roofing. Everyone was sociable, saying hello when we waved, and they cleaned up EVERYTHING each day, which we appreciated. They also took extra care cleaning when they finished.
