I called here to inquire about getting a ring sized. I explained that I was looking for a new local jeweler because the two others that I've used over the years have closed. So I said that I was looking to just have a ring sized right now but after I got that done I had some other pieces that needed repair. The one that answered the phone was brusque and abrupt and said sure I could bring it in but get ready to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get it back because they're busy. Okay well I understand busy but if you've taken on that much work did it takes 3 to 4 weeks to size one little ring then maybe you should take some time to get caught up before you take any more. Needless to say I didn't take my ring there and won't be giving them any business. So in the meantime I found another Jeweler period

Sooo unkind and rude. We took a much loved piece of costume jewelry in for a possible fix and even said how much I love it, as it was an special gift. He said, “do you wanna spend $100 to fix a FAKE necklace?” How disrespectful. We wouldn’t leave our precious piece in his hands, he wouldn’t respect it or treat it will with care.

Brought my Raymond Weil watch in for a new clasp , Roof Jewelers did a fantastic job at a great price. thank you so much !!

Family owned and employed business. The family @RoofJewelers is very attentive and polite. As a military service member i felt right at home knowing they also come from a military family. Fair prices and plenty of services for all jewelry with great prices. Just look at the attention they provide to giving feedback on these reviews. I will not need to look any further for a jewelry shop, this one is a gem in the community.

I did a Google search for watch repair near me. After going to two other jewelers and having estimates as much as 40.00, I landed on Roof. I needed to get my Citizen Pro Master dive watch resized. They resized it on the spot, while I waited and the charge was only $15.00. The work was excellent and the customer service even better!!! If you need anything, I'd try Roof Jewelers first.

Roof Jewelers completed repair work on my diamond rings, and honestly, when I returned to get them, I could not believe they were the same rings!!! I felt like I had actually purchased a brand new set of dazzling diamonds!!!! Excellent work!!!! My husband and I purchased our wedding bands 25 years ago from Roof Jewelers, and we are customers for life!

Roof Jewelers had been my go to jewelry store for years. The service is outstanding and they take the time to find out what their customers like. Prices are excellent.

For your jewelry repairs and or gifts, stop by Roof Jewelers. Masks are required.. Staff are very professional and helpful..

I would like to say the couple who runs this shop are amazing. My fiancé and I came to buy our future wedding bands and the whole process was very relaxing and great, all things considered. We were the only two customers in the store and masks were worn. At the time we came in, one of the employees was cleaning the countertops and noticed she was cleaning them again when we had left.

We had to place our rings on layaway, and with everything going on, they said if it took us a month or two extra to pay it off, they would understand.

When we did pay them off a few months later, their summer hours clashed with my work hours. Mrs. Roof offered to deliver it to me at my workplace! I am very pleased with their service and so happy to have chosen a more local place to give my business!

Have made purchases from them as well as had work done, and each time they were efficient and prompt. The owner may not have the most outgoing demeanor, but they were perfectly courteous, professional, and straightforward. Prices were reasonable and the work was well-done.

First off... I don't know about that last review about a "lady who owns" Roof. The owner is a great guy named William Roof. He helped me find exactly what I needed and in a timely manner. Had to get a pin replaced in a watch while choosing some earrings for my S/O for Valentine's Day and he repaired the watch FREE of charge... That doesn't spell "crook" to me. That spells "respect" for his craft. Also, saw that they're opening new location on Forest Drive. Think that's a good move to get out of where they currently reside. I'm excited to see what comes of it.

Rude as can be and crooks at that!!! I brought in a watch originally purchased from them (they really don't seem to care) for nothing more than a new battery. The lady who owns it put a new battery in, later that night it stops working. So I go back down there and explain that maybe it's a bad battery. Her husband puts in another one and the watch doesn't work. She asks me if I want a quote on "servicing the watch" and I said, "maybe you did something to it when I was in here that caused it to quit working, wouldn't that be logical?" I said that I didn't believe anything was wrong at all with the watch and I wouldn't return to them because they were dishonest and extremely rude to customers. I took it to another jeweler and within 30 seconds he had it working. The battery wasn't put in enough to make a good contact, that was the only issue!!!

Roof jewers wanted to service a watch that had nothing wrong with it and they knew it!! I would never EVER go here!! There is a reason their section is terrible, they're overpriced, and their parking area stays empty. But you want to talk about abrasive? Rudest service I've ever had in this entire city!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE JERKS BUSINESS!!! My mother had the same thing pulled on her with her watch too from this place. They wanted to charge a small fortune to fix a watch that they didn't need to fix!!! I warned you , stay away!!!
