Roof It recently completed a complete roof installation on our 3600 sq. ft. home. From the first meeting to the last inspection I cannot say enough good things about my experience from timeliness to pricing and finally job completion. These days finding a reliable contractor seems to be getting more difficult. Tom showed up early for our meeting where we went over everything from shingle colors to the specific parts of the job. Tom explained how the work would be completed in a way that anyone could understand. He was even able to show me pictures of my home with the different shingle color options on the home. Which made my decision much easier. His pricing was very competitive coming in well below two other contractors whom I had gotten a price from. The job was scheduled and Tom contacted me the day before to confirm. The job was completed in one day, I am still not sure if the roofers took lunch. They spent a great deal of time performing clean up and sweeps through my yard with magnets to ensure no nails were left for my dog or kids to step on. Tom came back the next day to inspect the work. He swept my yard with a magnet again to ensure no nails were left behind. I’m extremely satisfied with the final outcome and I would recommend Roof It to anyone.

Roof It is the company you want to work with. Tom offered a competitive price but went out of his way to explain every aspect of the roofing system. They showed up on time, completed the job, and made sure our yard was cleaned up afterward. A new roof is a big expense and I’m happy I found these guys!

Tom was the most responsive contractor when I initially called for estimates, he worked with my claims adjuster and even saved me money by scheduling work on a Sunday before a materials price increase the following Tuesday.

He left the property in better condition than when he showed; his crew was on-time and worked very efficiently through the day.

This company did excellent work replacing our roof. Very easy to work with and did an excellent job of covering everything on the ground while they were working. The clean up was absolutely amazing. They even ran a magnet over the ground around the house when they finished to pick up any nails that might have been lost. Our roof looks amazing and it only took two days to complete. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their roof. We are very happy.

Fantastic response time, one-day completion, and easy to work with. Was originally scheduled for a Wednesday but bad weather bumped the install twice. The guys ended up working in a Sunday to get it done. They did exactly what they said they would do. Very clean job site -tarped/covered our flower beds and deck, and left no nails or debris! It looks great and we are very happy. 5 stars!

We were promised all new plywood replacement at the cost of $95. per sheet. I agreed since that included tear off and replacement with new plywood and the cost of it was fairly high at the time. I just recently discovered. Roof-It used OSB instead. OSB is not equal to Plywood in strength and durability. The Contract Specified Plywood was to be used. My advice is to keep an eye on the job as it's being done. Make sure you get what is promised on the contract.

The roofing person, Thomas came out the same day I called to ask for an estimate, and gave me the estimate that very day..no waiting. Thomas explained to me everything that would be done to my roof, how it would be constructed, all the way down to protecting my landscape during the job.
