I am so surprised. They listened to me so attentively. The technicians are so polite and professional. I will highly recommend this company.

I had Micheal come to inspect a possible roof issue at my house. He was very professional. He did his job professionaly.

A little bit of water comes through the living room when it rains hard, called these guys to come repair it and now 3 times as much water comes down not to mention the uncoordinated and unresponsive team that communicated details poorly, and was unaware of delivery times and pickups for trash and material.

Roof Insiders started work on my home two months ago and they told me the job would take about 3 days after the material was delivered. The material was delivered and work began late September. Now my home has water and roof damage that was never an issue before. When I call this company they either tell me that they will come or that they can't do work because of the rain. However, when its a nice day outside no workers show and there is no communication about when the job will be done. Winter is beginning and my home is freezing because of this terrible job where they left my roof and home exposed to the elements. Me and my family are feeling sick. The water damage that has occurred has traveled through my whole home, there is water in all the bedrooms and now there is mold growing. They are negligent, they show up when they want, leave when they want, left materials all over my property, left a rope hanging into the public street. We have been overly patient and they are not treating me or my home with care or respect. Do not trust this company, their contract language is very vague so that they can get away without doing the job.

UPDATE: They have finished the job as of January 2021.

One more update: I eventually had to wait until I was able to be physically at my parents home and, found another contractor come a secure the siding. He was too embarrassed to charge for the service as it took him 2 minutes to resolve the issue.
Update: After several more emails an employee came the night of December 4, 2020 . Based on the pictures I could get the sliding was back in place but damaged. Fast forward to March Sunday, March 28, 2021 the one piece of siding disrupted when installing the roof has pulled away from the house now damaged 3 more pieces of siding. The flashing installed when the new roof was added is pulling away as well. I'm hiring a company to fix the issue and inspect the work done. The roof was completed end of July 2020. All of this could have been prevented if the company fixed the issue when it was brought to their attention in August 2020. Seemed odd that after seeing all these glowing reviews that for this couple customer service just wasn't available. Not sure why?
You offered to rectify via email 4 days ago and then I
heard nothing. Im resorting to posting a review to get the issue resolved. I used their services to have a new roof added to my home and garage. Work was done well however an issue arose due the installation. It has been 4 months of attempting to get someone from the company to repair the issue. Several calls and emails promising to make it right yet nothing. Now winter is coming and part of the house is exposed to the elements causing an issue we didn't have when their services were provided.

They replaced our roof on the house and the garage Also they installed a new sky light Our salesman Nick Pinn was very helpful He was available to answer any questions The roof was done very well and the men worked very hard When doing the garage they stayed until the roof was completed around 8 o’clock at night Good job
