Great company to work with. Quoting was done within a day of requesting. The crew showed up on time and they were all hands on deck. Roof was done in one day and gutters completed the next day. We walked the entire project and it was a fantastic job well done.

I have used them twice. First for a small job (flashing blew off in a storm) then a bigger job (replacing a rubber roof) and they did an amazing job both times. Not only did they arrive early (never seen this before from a contractor, ha!) but they did extra work that was not budgeted for AFTER they had already been paid. Oh, and they also had the best price out of anyone I called. I will only be using Roof & Gutter Solutions from here on out!

From start to finish, Robert was wonderful to work with. Dealing with an insurance claim due to a fallen tree was a daunting task, but Robert was able to work directly with our adjuster and their strict claims process. This made our roofing, siding, and gutter project completely painless. His crews were timely and their work was very good.

Robert and his crew did an amazing job on our 900sqft garage roof. His price was reasonable and half the price of other companies. I was really nervous about getting a new roof, but Robert made it such a nice and easy experience! He came by, gave me options and told me what was going to be done. I dealt directly with Roof and Gutter Solutions' owner. He was a great communicator and was present on the jobsite to assure that my two roofs and gutters were being installed correctly by an obviously experienced and conscientious crew. They did excellent work and paid great attention to detail. The cleanup was continuous and on completion there wasn't a scrap of shingle or a single nail left behind. Roof & Gutter Solutions did an amazing job. They did a complete tear off, installation, and clean up in 1 day. I also hired them for some siding repair which was also done within a day. Robert was always available throughout the entire process to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them.

Listed as a preferred vendor with my insurance company - and recommended and used by my repair/remodel contractor - was the absolute best decision I could have made hiring Rob to replace our roof after the hail storm in June. He was very much hands on with his crew - who worked like well oiled, polite machine. Got me the shingles to almost perfectly match what I had before, protected our property while doing the job and were very clean - even picking up things with flashlights when they lost light. Rob with Roof and Gutter Solutions saw the condition of the roof, and the fact that we had no gutters on our ticket booth at Okauchee Lions Park and brought his whole crew in to tear off the roof down to the plywood - replaced and reroofed for us and will add gutters when the weather warms up again - as a donation to the Okauchee Lions CLUB! Rob - the entire Lions Club can't thank you enough for being part of a much needed renovation - and as a donation. THANK YOU for this gift to us and the Park. PRICELESS!

Rob was extremely responsive and conscientious. Work was done on time and entire yard was cleaned up. Price was based on the actual work being done, not simply how much our insurance was going to pay. Highly recommend.

Bottom line- working with this company has just been IMPRESSIVE. Met with Robert Monday evening, had a new roof that Wednesday. Cleanup was great- walked outside after completion and it was like they were never there. Price was fair. Robert communicates well and often. Would 100% recommend! He even referred us to another amazing contractor to complete our siding that we also could not be happier with! Robert has a large crew! So the job gets done quickly AND accurately! We also received a QUALITY product backed by a real nice warranty. :-) Process was soooo easy! Cannot say enough good things!!

Robert and his crew were absolutely amazing. He made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed, and never once tried to talk me into a service I did not need. He even explained I did not need to do a few things I thought I did. His crew works incredibly fast and meticulously. The clean up afterwards was very good. This was such a good experience I would absolutely go through them again if ever needed.

Went to the office in the morning arrived back home early evening and bam! new roof on the house! Robert and crew removed old roof, replaced square roof venting with ridge line vents, upgraded the valley flashing all in 1 day. Amazing! Clean up job superb!
