Just had my home and garage roof replaced and the experience could not have been better. The thing that stands out most to me (aside from the beautiful new roof) is the fact that every part of the process went exactly as scheduled with no missed dates, no unanswered texts or calls and no unkept promises....a welcome relief in this age of chasing down contractors that just don't seem to care. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional and Levi, Adam, Tim and crew were all first rate and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Roof Georgia to anyone looking for a company that cares about it's customers and does quality work.

I first heard about this company through hockey friends. Gave them a try, and was NOT disappointed. Not only did they install a 50 year shingle, which will probably outlive me, but the quality of the work, the communication, the final product is first rate! Even better, when there was a small detail that I had a question about, I reached out to Erik, and he got right back to me the same day and addressed it right away. Roof Georgia is an awesome company with great integrity. I found their information on my door and decided I would reach out to them; which was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I had previously reached out to other companies that promised to be committed in assisting with the insurance company, but never followed up. Levi immediately gave me clear direction and comfort and in dealing with my insurance company and also got involved with the process by reaching out to my claims adjuster on numerous occasions. It is so refreshing to work with someone who cares and is efficient. The team was great in protecting my property, thoroughly cleaning up and completing the job in one day.

Getting roof work done is a nerve-wrecking process for new homeowners, or anyone really. Filing claims. Dealing with insurance companies. Pleading your case when they don't see the issues you see. Then there's the terrifying bottom-line, out-of-pocket expenses.

Levi, from Roof Georgia, made this ENTIRE process a breeze. From beginning to end, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The only thing I had to do was file the claim, and then hand him a check at the end. He came out the day the insurance claim agent did, went up on the roof with him, and handled all of that. He went over the claim with us and explained everything in a language that we could understand.

His team was quick and efficient. They managed to re-roof not only our house, but our barn in one day! Granted it met setting off the dog at the crack of dawn. But that was small price to pay for the peace of mind that getting a roof that would withstand the storms—that at the time we had clue were coming—gave us.

I can not recommend Levi and his team enough!! Thank guys for the wonderful work and for making this process a breeze.

From the business card politely placed at my door to beyond the final product, I have been thoroughly pleased with Levi's service. He was patient, professional and caring. He supported me with the claims call and kept me encouraged as I waited for the Insurance to make a final decision on my claim. He also supported me with the inspection as he was right there showing the inspector what needs to be replaced. When the claim was approved for a brand new roof, he walked me through the process in a very educating manner. He made choosing a color and style of shingles so simple, and the actual transformation of the roof was done in just one day! We had our roof replaced this past May. Roof Georgia exceeded our expectations. Roof Georgia used only superior materials. They applied these materials in a manner that exceeds the manufacturers recommendation. Levia stayed in contact with us before they did the job. Everything worked as he said it would. They came when he said they would. They cleaned up well when they were done. All the workers were pleasant and respectful. Levi stayed on the jobsite the entire time. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did.

I’m really glad that we decided to use this company for our roof repair. We had damages to our roof and gutter that had been caused by a hail storm and the shingles they have us looks 10x times better than what was originally on there. Levi was very easy to work with, he was knowledgeable and very transparent. He came out to meet with the adjuster and one it was approved by the insurance they came out within a couple of days to do the work. I would recommend anyone looking to have their roof repaired to allow Roof Georgia to do the work. You won’t be disappointed. 10 out of 10!

This company and Levi was the best experience I have ever had with a company. He did what he said and was with me every step of the way while dealing with my insurance company. He was there with the inspector and worker’s until finished. Highly recommend

I must’ve interviewed 5 different companies before I decided on Roof Georgia to install a new roof for me. The other guys talked to me like I was stupid and they actually acted like I didn’t know what I wanted and wasn’t going to check them out. Wrong girl!
And then I met Levi with Roof Georgia who was more than 2 thousand dollars cheaper and came in my house and went through the entire process with me and brought pictures of everything he was going to do. He even suggested that we use architectural shingles and they look beautiful. They got here on time and finished on time and I am very pleased with the job they did. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof, and he signed the contract before hand that no new charges would be added no matter what kind of damage they found.
