I had a great experience with Roof Evolution from beginning to end. They handled everything and always acted/responded quickly. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and never pushed back on any of our requests or questions. They were able to earn my trust early in the process by walking me through what was necessary and what was not after some door to door sales people over sold the project. They went above and beyond our expectations. Again, the efficiency of communication and customer first mentality meant a lot after working with sub contractors on other projects who chose to argue rather than listen to our concerns.

I am always skeptical about contractors and the way roofs were being replaced, I was expecting a rough experience… well we got the complete opposite. Karlo is awesome! He was very informative after the inspection. Helped us along the way. We had never had to do this before so we were very green. He gave advice with our insurance and how to handle. Then the crew to replace the roof and remove our solar were awesome! I would recommend this team to everyone. No better experience!

I used Roof Evolution per my insurance agent. I had the privilege of meeting my roofer Josh. He was very friendly and professional. His crew did an amazing job on my roof and cleaned up all the mess. During this time, I was speaking to Kenna who was keeping me updated on everything, upon the insurance finishing the claim, Kenna was kind enough to stop by my place of business and pick up the check. The guys at roof evolution replaced gutters all around at my son's house and sealed some leaks in the roof they were fantastic to work with the gutters are so much better than the ones that he had... I liked it so much I had him quote me on my house and he replaced my gutters all around including leaf guards very reasonably the crew was great and the workmanship just top notch. I highly recommend that you give these guys a try they were awesome

In fact, I was so pleased that they were able to replace my noisey rood exhaust fan with a ridge vent - very well executed, and now i have my peace and quiet back.

Dan Matheny was excellent in all aspects of our reroofing project. He got the solar company set up to remove and replace our solar panels and allow for the shingle replacement in a very tight time frame. Very happy with the whole process.

Great service! They showed up when they said they would and did everything we needed. Not only did we need a new roof we needed new windows as well. We didn’t have to worry about anything. I would absolutely recommend Roof Evolution!

I've had a few roofs done. Most done poorly. Roof evolution was epic and crushed three of my properties. These guys are awesome!

Roof Evolution has great customer service and also does great work. I was selling my home and need some minor repairs done. I called them they came out the next day and had the repair done in a timely manner. And they also gave me a great price. I would refer them to anyone that need work done to there home.

After a major hail storm in 2018 damaged our lightweight tile roof I met with almost every tile roofing company in the Denver area to get bids on a full replacement. I actually met one of the owners, Rich, at a car show where they had a display. I made an appointment for an inspection and they came out promptly and gave me a bid that was in line with the insurance estimate. They gave me a 10 year warranty which was longer than most other companies quoted. I had concerns about roof and soffit ventilation, vaulted ceiling concerns, gutter replacement concerns, removal of my old roof without damage, etc. They addressed all of my concerns and did an outstanding job with no damage to my landscaping, concrete fountains, concrete planters, etc. all of which was important to me. Best of all it has now been two and a half years since the job was completed and I have had absolutely no problems whatsoever and the tile roof still looks amazing. I would highly recommend Roof Evolution for any size job, especially tile roofs which take a special expertise,

He gave me several options on materials, made recommendations and stayed in close contact throughout the install. The crew came when they promised. Removed old three layers of shingles and installed new in one day. Great job. I have a rental house that will need a new roof this summer and i plan on hiring Roof Evolution to do that one too.

I no longer find shingles in my yard! This is probably the best roof my house has had. Originally my insurance company only want to cover a portion of the roof after Richard arranged for a new inspection the insurance covered the entire replacement! Great customer service.

They brought many samples to our house and were patient as we made a choice. They made sure it was ok with our homeowner association. Install was fast. They could have cleaned up the nails a little better in the yard. We still find some almost a year later.

When selling my house Richard helped me take care of the roofing items in the inspectors report. He told me as soon as the snow melts he would pop up there and check it out. He responded and took care of all items that were necessary.
I am 85 years old and a widow, I knew I was being treated with a reliable honest company.

Everyone from Roof Evolution has been helpful and kind. There have been issues with getting the permit, but they continued to be diligent and kept us apprised of every step.
