Marquis replaced our roof a few years back, and recently we had some (unrelated) minor repairs that needed fixing on some soffit and fascia areas. Josh came out, he was very professional, and he fixed all of our issues in a very timely manner. I would call them again if ever needed!

We had a new standing seam metal roof installed. Very happy with the results and just as happy with the customer service.

We needed new sheeting on the dormer section of our roof, plus some repairs. they were prompt, professional, and did a great job. And they cleaned everything up afterward.

Marquis installed new shingles on our roof 3 years ago. During this past summer we started noticing some staining on our interior ceiling from all the rain this spring. They sent someone out to shore up the caulking and flashing around the chimney and under the shingles, free of charge (thanks to their 5 year warranty!). I'm super impressed with their service!

Arrived early morning, started to lay out all tarps and proceeded to start old shingle removal. I had an old chimney that needed to come down at least below roof line. That was done, roof was repaired and the rest was all done by late afternoon. Yard was all cleaned up, wouldn't even know anything was done. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

This company is awesome! The representative who gave me the quotes was very professional and informative. The quote was reasonable and they were able to take off the old roof and replace it less than 5 hours. The foreman even assisted me by putting something up to divert water from an area which was a mistake another company made years ago. I am an officer at a small non-profit that was looking to buy a building and was in charge of getting quotes from a number of types of contractors. Marquis Roofing was a standout in so many respects: got me an estimate promptly, was understanding of our budget and gave us several detailed options, pleasant to deal with and exuded competence without making me feel talked-down to. We wound up not buying the building at all for reasons that had nothing to do with the roof, but I will be calling these guys again when it comes time to replace my own roof :)

These guys were great! I can't say enough about the responsiveness of the Brad and Tom. It was a busy holiday season and we had some flashing blow off. I contacted them and they were able to come out the next day with a reasonable quote. We had a big storm in the city and many people lost power. These guys were busy making repairs and our job got delayed, but they were very good about keeping us in the loop on our repair timeline. When they day came, these guys were ninjas and made the repair in less than 2 hours. Great clean up and service.

This company checks all the boxes on perfect! I had three beautiful standing seam metal roofing projects completed by them this year and will continue to use them for future projects......professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and exceptional workmanship.

They showed up with 10 guys and replaced my roofs in a single day. They did excellent work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Let me start off saying this is not our first roof. From the start, our experience was great. Chris came out and brought comfort to what is pretty stressful between our roofing issues and the price tag. This is in NO way to suggest Marquis is crazy expensive. (We did select a standing seam metal roof.).

We did get several quotes and definitely competitive to better. What pushed them over the top was both the great communication and what is clearly a devotion to delivering a quality product and installation. They certainly delivered on all fronts.

These guys do travel so don’t be discouraged if you think you are too far away either. Had we known this at another home several years ago, we would have had them do that roof too. So if you are in the Nashua area, a better experience than RK or some of the others out there. In those cases we either felt like had to try too hard to be their customer or just questionable what was going to be delivered. We managed to find a small contractor to do our roof but wasn’t the experience we had with Chris and Marquis. If we could go back in time, a different choice would have been made.

A roof is a serious investment and need the right team. Look no further. Both Chris and the Marquis team is that team for you.

Came in right at quote for completed job. The crew showed up first thing in the morning and got right to work. Job was done by 330. They tarped the house to avoid damaging anything. Cleaned up all debris. It's been 6 months and roof is great.

My partner called Marquis roofing and spoke with Ben. We needed an estimate for a home and he was sending out a guy named Chris. We had the realtor there and a business partner of ours and this was a very old home and very important for us. After my partner reconfirmed with Ben and double checked that Chris would be there on time, no one ever showed up. We didn't get a text, we didn't get a phone call and obviously no apologies for ruining all of our day and inconveniencing several people and having us spend money on gas, and waste our time, our effort and our life dealing with people that are so despicable that they don't even have enough concern for customers to use a finger and send a text. How lazy and disorganized are you? Well I have a finger for you and you're horrifyingly poor company that is disgracefully bad. I've never met such a lazy horrible people in my life that would do this to other people for no reason whatsoever. They are truly despicable and the worst. Please don't give them any business. I think you will regret it forever. Pathetic and revolting individuals.

It's been a whole year since Marquis replaced the roof and skylights on my house and the roof on my shed. They look great and they've been through all kinds of weather from torrential rain, wind, snow and ice and held up perfectly with no signs of wear or damage. Terrific job!

Marquis Roofing was a wonderful experience. I called them on a Friday, the came by to give us a quote on Saturday, and they came today (Tuesday) and got the whole job done in just 9 hours. To be fair, they got a cancellation and called us to see if we wanted the day, otherwise it would have been 2 or 3 weeks, but in today's market, that's excellent. They are, of course, fully insured, absolutely professional, very friendly and responsive, and they do quality work. We got several quotes for this job which was a full roof replacement on a 30 foot by 46 foot building. Remove the old metal roof and add all the plywood, then Ice and rain guard, Drip edge, tar paper, and shingles. They were very reasonably priced. Not the highest quote we got, but close to the lowest. They use all high quality products with the best warranties, and gave us lots of information on everything and listened to everything we said. Their crew works continuously and methodically and have the whole system down and finely coordinated. When done they clean the place with a fine tooth comb and leave it better than when they arrived. I encourage anyone in the area to call them for a quote, you won't be disappointed. We couldn't be happier with the people or their work, and will be using them again for future projects.

I received a very competitive price from Marquis last fall, so we decided to have their company reroof our house, garage and mud room. They knew the end of fall was coming, so they put a full, very efficient crew on it, and got all of the roof work done in two days. There was some small siding damage, but Tom’s company fixed it all. They cleaned the entire area and actually a worker came back a few days later to check the lawn and flower beds and cleaned the area one more time. Tom’s crew did a great job and I would highly recommend them. Financing was very easy also.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I called to see if they would be willing to come out to replace a shingle that had blown off my roof. It was a small job and I would have understood if they had not wanted to bother with it. The response was quite the opposite. The workman who came out did more than replace the one shingle. He told me that he noticed some of the tabs around the missing shingle were raising up so he anchored them. You would never know there had been patchwork done! He was very efficient and professional. I will definitely remember them when it is time for a new roof!

We needed a simple repair on a leaky pipe boot (around the bathroom vent) on our roof and the shingles around it. The first company we called never showed up after scheduling. Called Marquis Roofing and they showed up when scheduled to quote the job. Brad was fair and honest about the scope of work and estimated cost. Winter weather ultimately delayed the job for a bit, which wasn't an urgent issue until Spring, and when we followed up on rescheduling, the workers showed up the very next day and completed the job. They were very responsive and pleasant over e-mail. Matthew handled the contract and payment and was friendly and professional. Work was just completed today, so I can't speak to the actual repair, but Marquis provides a 2-year warranty on their workmanship, so I am satisfied with that guarantee, and their reputation is such that I am not concerned. I recommend and would use Marquis Roofing again.

Tom and company re-roofed our house this past Summer, and we were very pleased with the job they did. We had two other companies over for estimates, and the estimate from Marquis blew the other two away.

As soon as supplies were in stock Tom's crew started work on the house. They finished re-roofing our complicated roofline, and replacing 8 skylights in just two and a half days. I was amazed by how quickly they were able to do the job, and by the quality of the work. His crew did a great job with clean up, too.

We worked with Chris throughout the whole process and he was quick to respond and very professional and knowledgeable. After getting 2 additional quotes from other roofing companies we went with Marquis roofing because they were affordable, and had quality customer service, They even worked us in super fast because they had a cancellation. They finished replacing the roof in one day and installed the gutters in a few hours on a different day. The roof is beautifully done and is 2 months in with no issues. Would definitely recommend Marquis for either one of these services!

We hired Marquis to replace our 60 year old, low slope tar and gravel roof with a mechanically fastened metal roof. I got quotes from several companies, Marquis was the only one who sent out someone who climbed up on the roof and pointed out some specific deficiencies that would need to be fixed as part of the replacement. The other two companies measured from the ground and quoted from there. One of the other quotes was similar in price to Marquis but I felt more comfortable with choosing the company that had looked at the job in depth.

It took several months between quote and the job, due to me choosing a non-standard color and materials shortage. Each time I checked in with them, I got a quick response on the delay, though I would suggest they aim to be more proactive with updating customers when the miss an estimate due to the supplier.

Once the job started, I was very impressed with the crew. They were thorough, cleaned up each day, and polite and engaged with myself and my family.

The end result looks great, the trim and flashing is very neatly done. Marquis roofing did a really nice job and I'm happy we went with them. Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Marquis. They gave me an estimate which was very reasonable, and were able to fully complete the job very quickly and efficiently. The crew surprised me with how quickly and expertly they removed the old roofing, and installed the new. They were done far quicker than I anticipated, and the roof appears to be of significantly higher quality than the original roofing. Cleanup was also speedy and very thorough. The crew arrived early and immediately got to work. The team of 12, who knew exactly what needed to be done, worked all day, taking a short break for lunch. Everyone was very professional and courteous and were able to remove my old roof and install a new one in the same day. Getting a new roof installed is a messy job, but the crew cleaned up everything before they left.

During the wind storm on March 1st a bunch of our shingles flew off our roof. We called them and they came out quickly to assess it. They were very professional. Had the roof fixed in the matter of an hour. Prices were very reasonable too! I definitely recommend!
