I was happy with the Proffessional work and KINDNESS ..you don't see much of that combination anymore. Was very clear on what needed extra attention and did not take a leg when it came. to those extras. Really pleased all the way around.

Just called this place to get an estimate for a commercial roof replacement. Before I could get a word in, guy on the other end rudely cuts me off and berates me assuming i'm some sort of salesman. Not the way to treat potential customers. Too bad, you might've had a new $30K+ roofing job. Avoid this clown.

Roof Doctor was able to find/fix a leak that 5 other roofers tried cheap (unsuccessful) methods to fix a problem that lasted 2 years. Roof Doctor provided a proper diagnosis that was maybe not what we wanted to hear, but was what was actually needed to be done. We wasted 2 years and hundreds of dollars prior paying roofers money to do cheap fixes (that didn't work) because they were cheap, but it wasted time and didn't fix the problem. Roof Doctor was honest, straight forward, and fair, and mainly the leak has not come back in 2 years. We are very pleased and trust their understanding of how roofs work. We will use/recommend him again.
